Cell C Customer Care

Hi My name is Patricia Pillay, i have called Cell C several times and get no help

On the 12 September 2023, i called the retentions department to cancel my contract on [protected] to cancel and they confirmed that cancellation is 30 days and on the 12 October 2023, contract will be cancelled and i will receive pro-rata data until the 12 October 2023 and charged only until the 12 October 2023.

i am very disappointed that i was charged full price for OCTOBER 2023.

pLEASE CAN A MANAGER CALL ME URGENTLY.

I have cancelled getmore at least 5 times... Only for cell c to reactivate subscription fee without my permission strate afterwards... Cell C Cancelling contract and additional fees

Yesterday I have received confirmation from your call centre that my outstanding amount of R 259.00 was paid in full. This morning I saw on my credit score the you are showing 2 missed payments now with the whole amount outstanding.

I am losing my patience with Cell C. Correct this or I will be going to a lawyer and sue the [censored] out of you for ruining my PERFECT credit score that I have spend YEARS on building it. It took me almost SIX months to get a contract that was expiring cancelled with you and you STILL had the audacity for additional charges.

You are not adhering to you own governance as well as your own codes of conducts.

Sies man!

I am at my wits end with the absolute PATHETIC services received from you.

Cell C Trouble canceling GetMore

Good day

I'm Melanie Pietersen and have a contract with Cell C with cellphone number [protected]. I have tried canceling GetMore since June 2023. I called to cancel and according to them it is been canceled because i received a reference number and emails, yet they still deduct every month.

Please help me, and if it is possible can I also have my money back please.

Cell C Service content

Fighting for nearly 4 months for cellc to cancel this service contents which I did not subscribe to. They stole nearly r3000 from me with this scam. This month again almost r200 stolen. What the hell is cellc fantasy 5 and xtrench! I have been a loyal paying customer for over 10 years and for the past months you added this to my account without my consent. No one helps you. They just say sorry for the inconvenience. Please note, I will cancel my new contract which is a month old if you steal my money again. Take me to court, do what you want but im not going to fly with this scam! This is absolute bs! 4 month of fighting and they still keep on taking my money. You beter bill me what I signed for in my contract 1649.00! If not ill stop my deb order and you can send someone to come take your phone and watch. Ill rather go with vodacom or mtn which I should have done long ago. Fck your customers over is not how I roll.

Cell C Cell phone contract upgrade

Hi can u please assist and show me where in the terms and conditions for the upgrade policies does it show,if u are under dept review u will not qualify for an upgrade,i have read all of the documents on cell c webb site and can not find it.

I have also checked my emails cell c did upgrade my contracts on the 25Sept 2021 did i received my new contacts and the contacts is under the new policies,so how is it now possible to decline the upgrade.

Also see attached fotos of 2years ago with almost the same complaint,where cell c states that they cant do the upgrade because of policies.

Desired outcome: Would like renew my contracts with cell c again,i have been a good client,for ten years plus,never missed payments,my dept review ends march 2024.they will have me as a custemor for another 2years.

Cell C I am having a limit on my account of R1500. I got a deduction of over R14000.

On the 1st of September my husbands account was deducted with R14361.86. My husband is working in America and is not using the account at the moment as he has a American number now. His account also has a limit of R1500 on it. The call centre does not want to assist me. He had to send an e-mail and he did so with no feedback.

I went to local shop with an e-mail stating he gives me permission to sort it out.

They just said there is no limit on the contract that he has. He receives an SMS every month stating Your monthly limit witch includes your Subscription &value added services in R1500. Your ability to make local & international calls or use international roaming services will be disabled once your limit has been exceeded.

Desired outcome: We would appreciate it if this bill can be corrected as there is a limit on this account and should not have been pushed to R14361.86 amount.

Cell C Fraud victim clearance letter case victim00275781

I am a victim of Fraud case at Cell C. I reported the case to Cell C. They closed the accounts and inlisted me on SAFPS. SINCE listed on SAFPS, MY CREDIT LIFE HAS BEEN A Hell. Im having Bad credit score, im paying High on interest Rates, Im Having a lot of Credit Queries because i cant get credit normally. Even after submitting SAFPS letter. Cell c is not Helping to remove me and Provide me with crearance letter so that SAFPS CAN REMOVE ME FROM THE LISTING. i tried SAFPS they are sending me back to cell c, since they are the one who started it. Im struggling for Cell C failure to have Good security during contract application.

Dear Cell C, My complain is that you keep sending me this Useless letter. I want a Clearance letter to remove me from SAFPS. this letter is keeping me at SAFPS listing. I want a letter to tell SAFPs to remove me. Stop playing hide and seek with me. Fikile Zulu Please take me serious. Your fraud department should stop playing with me

Im a Victim of Fraud account at Cell C, I reported the account, the account was Closed. Unfortunately Cell c inlisted me on SAFPS. The day they inlisted me My Credit life was a Hell, even with the SAFPS VICTIM LETTER. I'm losing business opportunities, i struggle to open accounts&Contracts, because of the listing. when i contact SAFPS they say Cell c should Give them a mandate to remove me. When i ask Cell c, they cant provide me with a clearance letter. Im am struggling and Paying high interest rates due to this listing while im Victim. Cell c is failing me, i even failed to buy a house, get Overdraft rejects because of this, even after providing SAFPS victim letter

Cell C Waiting 3 weeks for contract renewal and phones

Good Day

I applied for contract renewal on 25 August 2023. It is the 15th of September and I still have not received my phones. I was told that one phone was available on 11 Sept 2023 for pick-up. When I got to the Kimberley Cell C ( North Cape Mall), the consultant Linden told me that I had to wait 30 minutes for a time delay on the safe. I left to do my other business. Upon returning to the store, he call the manager whom then told me that I could not have the phone because it had never been their stock to give out and the courier had picked it up. I still have not heard from them again or received devices. I think this is inexcusable and I want to take out contracts with another service provider. I believe that my phone was given to another customer as the manager could not even look me in the eye while telling lies to me

Cell C A contract that Cell C wont cancel after months of trying.

With countless reference numbers due to sent emails, i initially received 1 response from and acceptance to the cancellation of which to date countless emails have been ignored Cell C have sent letters of demand as well as continued debit orders.

i am lost as i dont know what else to do other then reach out to every platform and explain my story please find evidence of them stating they would cancel the contract with no progress to date.

Cell C Payment not received

I have data contract with cell c, they missed 2 months not debit their money. However I paid it on the 18th of August but till today my SIM card is closed they keep saying money is not reflecting. I have went to Cell C multiple times to provide the proof of payment and also phoned the customer care they asked me to send the proof of payment via email of which I did multiple times. I don’t know what to do now and their customer care is very rude and sometimes drop calls. I am about to end a month with an closed SIM card and that is inconvenient my life.

Cell C Contract paid up letter

I had a cellphone contract with cell c for almost 6 years now it happened that I was no longer able to pay they handed over my account to mbd attorneys who were calling day and night so I ended up paying on the 28 of august the whole amount they gave me as a settlement amount and have requested the paid up letter and mbd is telling me to go to cell c while cell c is telling me to go to mbd I have been calling them non stop even went to their branch the consultant tried to help but he even dont know how to resolve this please help me I have a pressing matter regarding this
