iTalkBB Canada is a good service. I like it because it is cheap and easy to use. The only problem I had was that I got charged twice. I hope they can fix it and cancel the second charge. Other than that, I recommend iTalkBB Canada to anyone who wants a good phone service.

I've been trying to get a shipping label to send back their stuff, but I can't talk to anyone who speaks English on the phone number they gave me. They keep emailing me asking for money, but I just want them to cancel my stuff and send me the papers I need to send their stuff back.

iTalkBB Canada is not good at transferring phone numbers. I tried to switch to another provider a few times, but it didn't work. They didn't tell me why it didn't work. It's frustrating.

July 25th, 2022. iTalkBB TV got an upgrade today and when I turned on the box, it didn't work no more. The box can't get any Wifi signals. I called iTalkBB support number many times but no one picked up the phone. It's been more than 3 hours and I still haven't heard anything from iTalkBB. They should tell us what's going on and how long we have to wait for the system to work again.

I cancel my home phone line with iTalkBB on July 10
I cancel my home phone line with iTalkBB on July 10. I call iTalkBB customer service by phone, and they tell me to return the phone line adapter within 15 days. I return the adapter to one of iTalkBB branches on July 12. I'm lucky I ask for a receipt of the returned adapter. I also call iTalkBB customer service again after the return to make sure my account is settled, and there's nothing I have to return to them. On July 28, I get an email from iTalkBB saying I haven't returned the phone adapter, and they're going to charge $99 to my account. I reply to the email with a copy of the receipt. I think their mistake will be corrected, but I'm wrong. On August 10, today, when I check my balance, I see iTalkBB has indeed charged $99 from my credit card.

Italk bb gave me internet television service
Italk bb gave me internet television service. 3 years ago, they said to upgrade my box. They sent me a new tv box and opened another service for me. Nobody told me and there's no written agreement. 3 years later, italk bb called me again and found out I still have the tv service on my old tv box and the new box. I have 2 of the same service and have been charged for 3 years without knowing.

I called iTalkBB Canada on March 5th to cancel my TV service, which I haven't used in years. I was shocked when the service rep told me they would charge me the full year's service fee of $59.99 CAD, covering from February to February 2022. This means I have to pay for a service that doesn't even exist anymore for a whole year! I complained about it, but the rep said it's the company's policy. This cancellation policy is not fair at all and I don't accept it.

I've been with iTalkBB Canada for years and my home phone number XXXXXXXXXX is with them. Recently, I got a temporary mobile number XXXXXXXXXX with Shaw and I tried to transfer my iTalkBB number to my Shaw mobile. Shaw tried many times from 22nd to 25th of Aug, but it didn't work. I contacted iTalkBB each time and they said that the account is active and they haven't received any request. I want iTalkBB to do whatever is necessary to transfer my number XXXXXXXXXX to Shaw. I don't know much about technology, so it's iTalkBB's responsibility to solve the technical problem with Shaw if needed.

I'm trying to cancel my dad's iTalkBB plan since he passed away. It's been a real pain trying to get through to them. They keep saying their cancellation department is busy and they'll call back, but they never do. It's impossible to talk to someone who speaks English. Their agents are useless and just try to get you to sign another contract. They always say they'll call back, but they never do. When the contract was expiring, they called non-stop, but now that we want to cancel, we can't get a hold of them. The credit cards they have on file are no good anymore.

I been workin' with *** and sent in new requests a buncha times tryna give 'em the right info, but today they still sayin' it ain't matchin'. When I asked what the error was, the person said they didn't know, they just saw a message sayin' there was an error. I only got one name and one address, how could it not match? Seems like they tryna make it hard for me to switch to ***. They already charged me for another month 'cause of the delay. I'm super frustrated with the whole thing. It shoulda been done in 3 days, not 3 weeks and still goin' (I called 'em a buncha times). Thanks for readin'.

Last year, I got a call from iTalkBB salesperson who offered me a deal to add TV service to my phone line for $59.99 for one year. I told him that I don't watch Chinese TV, but he said I could cancel anytime and won't be charged if I don't renew it. I didn't check my credit card account often, so I was surprised to see a charge of $59.99 in Nov 2022 without my permission. When I called customer service, they directed me to cancellation service. I asked for a full refund, but the female staff (working number ***) refused. I think iTalkBB's cross-selling practice is misleading, and they abused my credit card by charging me without my consent. They didn't even try to correct their mistake by refunding the money they shouldn't have earned. I hope their management will take my complaint seriously and refund the credit card charge.
