We hit up Troico back in November 26 for a lil' millwork gig in our livin' and dinin' area. They whipped up some designs real quick, so we signed on the dotted line on December 16 and put down 50%. They told us it'd take 6-8 weeks for the materials to be ready and 1-2 days for construction to start. But it's been way more than 8 weeks now and we ain't heard nothin'. I've been hittin' 'em up every month since then, but they only replied once in March 2022 when I asked 'em to add some electrical work to the contract. They ain't been answerin' my emails askin' for an update from the manufacturer. It's not cool to leave us hangin' like this, especially when they used to be good at communicatin'. I get that the pandemic might've messed things up, but they gotta give us some kinda explanation.
