Cash Crusaders Loan

I went to sammy marks store in pretoria to do a loan using my laptop they took my laptop and they give me money,they told me i can extend my load for 4 times before i settle my final loan amount.I extended my loan for 2 times.When i went to the store to collect my laptop i found that they told me they put my laptop on sale because i didnt paid for extension,i shown them my bank statement they were shocked ,they give me my item but they have removed all my personal stuff on my laptop,and removed my battery on my laptop,and no one explained to me/or said sorry to me.

Desired outcome: i want them to restore my personal information on my laptop and bring back my battery on my laptop

Cash Crusaders Laptop

I pawned my phone and laptop at cash crusaders maponya mall, then asked if it was possible to take out 1 item and was told that Yes its possible. I then took out the phone but when I wanted to extend for the laptop the system rejected. After 3days I recieved a call that headoffice changed rules so its no longer agreed to take out 1 item. I then had a verbal agreement with a lady I believed was the manager who said as long I keep intouch she will keep the laptop. We spoke till the day I sent her a watsap telling her that my husband was on his way to fetch the laptop and she said No problem, but when he arrived instore he was told that the lady I spoke with is on leave and I must buy back the laptop. I queried that and even went to the shop myself to try and resolve it but failed. I then escalated the matter to Gauteng Consumer then got a call from a guy called Mzwandile who said he was the store manager and was angry why I took the matter to consumer. He then said he will blacklist me from all cashcrusaders stores. I then phoned him and asked why and rudely he said I got my laptop so why am I calling him then he dropped the phone on me.

Desired outcome: The manager is very rude and needs discipline, if he blacklisted me then he needs to sort that out coz he never gave me a chance to explain my side of the story or else im taking the matter with Scorpion legal.

Cash Crusaders Cellphone it's not working properly

I bought a cellphone at easlyn cash crusaders on the 5th October then whn I charge the phone the phone will be 100% full I'm the morning the phone will be 0% without being touched whn I come here to complain the cashier's give me bad attitude and they tell me I will wait until they closed, cz they dnt see any problem with that phone I called the customer complaints asking for help they said the will call the shop now it's 2 hours I'm standing here waiting for help, what is this mara

Desired outcome: I will like my refund or the must fix the problems

Cash Crusaders Failure to fulfill the suspensive buy agreement

I am seriously not happy at all with the service I'm getting from Cash Crusaders as a whole from the Branch store up to the Customer service right to the Head office!

Last year about June I had a buy back with Crusaders more of Suspensive Agreement due to an unrest(looting) that took place I lost a Laptop with the bag at Crusaders Shop 41, Davenport Square, Centre, 89 Clark Road,Glenwood..I called them they said they will assist after the renovations took place.I did I sent an email..I called them I was told to visit the Branch Davenport (where incident took place) they said I must write my name to the list of clients who lost their Goods, and I promise to PAY the Repayment amount owed to them, I waited & waited, up until I visited the Branch.

I spoke to the Branch Manager there & He told me that there were told to STOP paying clients who lost their items even though they DID PAY OTHERS at first! I was shocked cause I wasn't told that, Why must I found out when I am there at the branch, I was Never called, SMS or an email why I wasn't the One who was also paid cause I wrote my name in the list! I asked their manager how is that even possible?!He then told me to Call the Customer care/Head office for clarity.

I sent email to the customer care One of the Consultant responded by saying I must write a full description of what happened together with my personal details.. including the Agreement form I signed and I did! I sent an email a detailed email! Up until now, I have sent almost 5 emails asking for a response!

Now I find myself asking for a response to emails rather than a Solution to my problem!

I need somebody from Cash Crusaders to take this matter seriously cause this Consultant who took the case is not doing anything!no feedback! I don't know what is going on..what is the outcome..why are they not responding..I am seriously in need of a Laptop my job requires me to work even at home without a Laptop it is so difficult!

I need any one of them to respond and give me a positive outcome more of a solution than being quite not knowing what is going on honestly.

Even if there is little time and there are dealing with many Cases mine is part of those cases!

If anyone considering his Company the Best, Successful, with Good Customer service..you wouldn't have so many Cases that are outstanding to deal with why?..that means the service isn't good at all..the quick solution to your problems is to respond to them..which I am NOT getting at the moment not at all.

Desired outcome: I need One of the Consultant to respond / head office the entire staff to give me a Solution positive outcome I will appreciate that, I really need a Laptop! I am struggling to keep up my work without it.

Cash Crusaders Labtops sold that was only working for a month

I purchased first a mecer labtop that became faulty after 1 month after purchase i took it back and it was repla ed with another mercer labtop that only lastet for about a month until it went dead i then received a another labtop that wss asus that also went dead before a month was out it also had a broken power button i was told rhat this was broken after been sold i took it to MR computers for a quitation they told me that the whole motherboard needs to be replaced and the cost will be the same as i paid for the labtop which was R4000.00. i went back to cash rusaders and was told because the computer was in working condition when i baught it it is not their responsibility.I was very upset and refused to leave before a solution can be reached. They said they are waiting for feedback from head office now i am sitting waiting in store. I had to leave my work at a clinic for this please can someone help me.

Cash Crusaders Speaker

I bought a speaker on the 5th of september when I got home the speaker on work for less than hour I had to take it back oth 7th they test it worked I took it, and it repeat the say I had to go back they told me the manager is not around he is the 1 with access to change I must go back n come again I went today they told me I took time so they won't change or refund me i'm very hurt because I feel like they push your time by giving excuses n what they did it's fraud

I don't know what to do now

Cash Crusaders Bad service and I'm denied refund

I did send someone to cash crusaders mams mall to buy a bicycle pump. They offered her the one without a pipe an it dsnt work at all I had to go to the garage to use alternative pump. I went to the store to requested refund the manager said I bought it it's mine an she can't refund me. I asked her what should I do with it coz is not working an I need to buy the new one she said she does not know what to do and she can't help me. Bad service from the so called store manager. I hate the store now they can't even refund something worth r70 now I have to keep it because the manager denies me the refund. I got the box an the slip the policy is written there I don't even think she knows how to read. Bad manager corrupt the store with the bad service. I hate that

Cash Crusaders Whatsapp app

Hallo, I send yesterday morning a whatsapp to the store in Potchefstroom River Walk, I urgently need to pawn my Ryobi 24L compressor, i send photos as well. Below is the messages i send till now no reply. Very unhappy with the service rather take the app off, just wasting your time seems they dont want to help or even reply back.

Cash Crusaders Lenovo second hand laptop

I bought a second hand laptop around April in Cash crusaders in Phuthaditjhaba the following day i went home to Limpopo when i got there the buttons on the laptop stopped working but sometimes they would work. I returned to Phuthaditjhaba around June and took the laptop back because it was still in the warranty period, every time i would fetch the laptop they would give me stories about how the laptop is still in repairs mind you I'm student i need the laptop, till date i still have not received the laptop which is not the issue but the issue is they told me that their technician said water was poured on the laptop and i must now pay for the repairs and it definitely didn't happen when I had the laptop . What bothers me is i bought it like that why did it even take almost 3 months for them to actually "figure” it out and another thing is when second hand goods are sold to the shop they are not reviewed by the same so called technicians but rather the staff who only check the basics if it charges and stuff like that so sometimes goods are sold to the store while there are not of good quality. I am angry because I still don't have the laptop and i have to pay for the repairs which is completely unfair because it feels like the intention was never to fix it but just to make more money by saying it is my fault. My advice is to actually hire technicians at stores before selling faulty products to customers that was reviewed by staff members who are qualified to do that specific job. Hopefully i get my laptop back.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my laptop fixed without paying for repairs, or get my money back

Cash Crusaders Electric 4 plate stove

My mother took a 4 plate electronic stove to evaton cash crusaders in exchange for a loan today 9 August 2022 at 11:30 am and they checked it and told her if she sell it she could get R1200 so that they can sell it with R2000 but when they had to give here that money they didn't and they also didn't even bother to check whether the stove works or not but told her they won't take it I'm so disappointed with your service...

Cash Crusaders Service from manager at Welkom Checkers centre

Me and my son went in to you Welkom branch at the Checkers Centre to sell his play station console with 48 games at 12:08 on womens day. We were greeted by a lady (purple hair) that informed us that they close early and won't be able to assist us as it takes 1 hour to test the console. She then said she will call the manager to explain to us. The manager - Me Alina Mashiyila came out, never greated us and looked annoyed after which she (manager) said "is everything so dusty?" A very rude remark to make to a customer. She is very u helpfull, unfriendly manager and because of this treatment I will NEVER go back to this store.

Cash Crusaders Poor service

I bought a used 5kg washing machine at Maunde Mall Atteredgeville late May 2022

Just I can't remember the exact date and the receipt is a thermal paper I can't see it properly

The machine it don't work even a full month then automatically it stop to work

I did reported to the store the sales person who was helping me when I buy it she send the technician to check it

The guy said the problem is a button on the door he will report to the shop and so that they can give him a go ahead to buy it

I haven't get a call from the store as their customer

I had to go back to them to check how far with my complain since the guy said he will be back after they allowed d him to buy that thing

After two days the same guy called me to check if I'm home to fix later same day he came then he put that button

Unfortunately the was loadedsheding he couldn't check if the problem is fixed then he said when electricity comes back I must use it to church whether the machine is fixed. Surely I did that then the problem was still occuring

Remember still I haven't get any call or msg from the the store in all that process

The following day I gone back to the shop telling them what happened and how is the situation

Also again they said they will tell the guy and they will send him again

I've waited again a period of 3 to 4 days hoping the guy will come or the store will call until I return back to them they said they will send him again on the 49 of June I return the machine back to the shop the super visor of the day she said I will receive a call from them when they are done fixing it

I've waited again a week a gain no calls nothing I have to go back to the shop

to check what is the progress

the same supervisor sayss with surprise face is the technician didn't call you imagine I must now call by technician not the shop where I have the deal with then I said no I haven't received call from any one neither the shop itself she called the guy

she said the guy says the part is too expensive is cost R2000 ,00 it means it is power something that I don't know or understand

I've told them so what is the solution mean while I've demanded to see the manager later the came

When she come to me she wanted to understand the story she even ask both ladies why they didn't call me along that process . my argument was I can't take what their saying after I I've been through how can they say is my problem the same mananger she suggested to get second opinions to the another technician she also says she will call me before the end of business I waited for the call for three thays until on da four I return back to the shop she says they couldn find one I myself I must find one I'm so heartbroken with the attitude I got from that shop I've ask her why untill today you haven't solve my problem or call me to let me know as your customer

She said she thought the sales lady she called me, so I'm so tired with that shop I'm trying to be short but you see how I've been treated

Now my money is gone even my machine is gone I don't have any energy to engage with that people any more my desire solution is to get my money back I'm really tired with poor service i got and bad attitude of the manager specific lol

Desired outcome: My desire solution is to get my R1500 black

Cash Crusaders Loan

I took my tv to the store to take out a loan, they gave me r2100 for the tv and I had to pay back r2550 when I buy it back, on the 15th of july I went to buy it back I paid for it and they gave it to me wrapped in plastic, the time I got home I switched it on the screen was black and looked like its cracked on inside, when I made contact with cash crusaders they told me that I signed that i'm happy with product I received, and that they can do nothing about it. So my question is, why didnt they follow protocols to show the client that the product you take is in working order before you take it out of the store? Now I have to sit with broken tv and cash crusaders just dont give a damn. It's a disgrace if you ask me and I will take this up with onbuts man.

Cash Crusaders Worst service ever. Cash Crusaders Athlone Cape Town

I put my sub and box on buyback on 26 May 2022 when i went to collect on 25 June 2022, they told me it was not there but at the warehouse, nowhere on my previous slip did it say call 24 hours in advance for big items. i then proceeded to put it back on buyback after already paying the amount due as i would be gone for 3 weeks.

I went this am at 9 15 July 2022 to collect, travelling from quite far and was told abruptly come back 10:30 as there is load shedding, no admin can be done. Should a place that SELLS GENERATORS not be able to carry on through Load shedding? I now have to return to the store later and pay more in already high petrol costs.

This is grossly unfair and very bad service. All that was said both times "Sorry about that"

I have dealt with various branches and this is the worst ever.

I will NOT be back

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for the store to move into the 21st century. Also train their staff to be more professional than to just snub customers. So now you don't have to read my mind.

Cash Crusaders Failed service

I pawned my computer box for a loan at a cash crusaders in cape road about 3 months back and asked for it to be extended on the 01.07.2022 (because it was due then) till the 06.07.2022 (yesterday), I was at work the whole day and I was trying to call them before I go there because the branch is very far for me but I couldnt get hold of them (I now understand why because they explained to me that the phone isnt working). I finally decided to go there, and when I got there they told me they cant find my computer box, and thats after a very long time of me waiting there with no communication, I had to ask whats the hold up because it didnt make sense to me why im waiting that long, please note I gave them excatly 30 minutes to look for my computer box. I was at work, I couldnt wait for more than an hour.

I asked the manager to call me when they get my computer box (I was under the impression that they will continue to look for it even while im gone) I even left my cell number there, but I didnt get any call from them which means they stopped looking the minute I walked out of the shop.

Im very disappointed, im frustrated because I used so much money to get there, I dont even understand how they couldnt see my comouter box because I know they label the stuff with customers details.

Desired outcome: I would love to be compensated the busfare i used and wasted, i would love to get a sincere apology from the management for the time i wasted going there. Im honestly not using their services ever again

Please can you advise me on why companies have signed policies on family members and people you know not been able to work in the same together but cash crusaders tolerates staff members having affairs are there no links in that .

Also cash crusaders welkom checkers centre employed someone who failed their polygraph test so anyone who fails a polygraph should then be employed at cash crusaders

Desired outcome: To investigate why staff members are allowed to have affairs and why people get hired even tho they fail their polygraph

Cash Crusaders Stolen leatherman

I see that out of 218 complaints only 2 have been resolved, so I dont know if you guys care about your cuistomers as much as other companies I do business with. Anyway here goes... Yesterday one of my workers who was on site with me, stole a very sentimental item given to me by my deceased father years ago. The item was a leatherman knife, as soon as I realised it was missing, though late at night I drove a long way and got him out of bed. After denying it at fiurst he admitted and told me he sold it for r150-00 at your branch in somerset-west (behind kfc) so this morning I fetch him and we go to see the store manager... I tell him I dont want to lay a case with the sap I simply want to get my knife back and I will even buy it for what they bought it for r150-00 so they dont lose a cent, which they would if I laid a theft case. What he said blew my mind, he wants r150-00 plus interest so to get my knife back will be r400-00. I argued and eventually paid r300 and got it back... Now I have been a good customer since the previous owner just started, I bought all my tools there thousands and thousands over the yearsd and your pipsqueek manager demands 100% interest which I paid to keep my stupidf worker out of jail. This is disgusting abd unacceptable and I will not leave this matter. Unless I receive some kind of professional response I intend taking this matter further. I will write articles on every online site telling my tory, and eventually the ombudsman and after that the small claims court, where I will sue for my money and every other expense I can think of. I have never been so insulted and want satisfaction. Please do not underestimate me or the harm I will do to yiour (cash-crusaders) public image... Cash Crusaders at Albertina Sisulu me a faulty phone at a price of a new phone in store, it keeps giving me problems and when i go there to report they're are giving me bad customer treatment and attitude.

Cash Crusaders Advertising a bunch of lies

I would like to know how can Cash Crusaders advertise that they take old, Antique and broken Jewelery and when you go there they tell you all your jewelry is fake gold. One is a Vintage 1916 Omega Pocket watch, 1935 Omega pocket watch, a Osco Parat 25 jewels Shockproof watch and others. But its not the first time everytime I go in there with jewels they tell me its not gold. I will not do business there soon

Cash Crusaders Poor service

I bought a laptop bag on Friday, 27th of May 2022 at Cash Crusaders Paledi Mall, and I was convinced that if I'm not satisfied with the quality I could make an exchange within seven days of purchase. So today (29th May 2022 Sunday)I went in store at Cash Crusader Paledi Mall to make an exchange ..they are now telling me that I should sell the bag to them and they will give me half price...Mind you the bag is still new I didn't even use it and I still have the receipts with me and they also agreed that they can see that it's still in it's good state but they can't make an exchange and I just bought it this last Friday, it's been 2 days now. I've attached a picture of the bag below.I'm so disappointed 😞.

Cash Crusaders DXN pro usb18xlr dj controller

THE DXN PRO USB18XLR DJ CONTROLLER is not a DJ CONTROLLER as CASH CRUSADERS has advertised the product online and on the PACKAGING of the item. This is false advertising about a product that does not have the capability it is advertised and sold as. This is a complete lie on behalf of CASH CRUSADERS. A DJ CONTROLLER IS CONTROLLED BY DJ SOFTWARE WHICH IS INSTALLED ON A LAPTOP AND WHICH IN RETURN CONTROLS ALL FUNCTIONS OF THE HARDWARE(DJ CONTROLLER).

MY point is simple, how can you dop people that are new to the industry into buying a product that cannot perform the capability that it is advertised as.

I spent R2899,90 ON a PRODUCT that cannot perform the task that i intended it to perform.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund and for the product to be correctly labelled and advertised for its purpose and capability.
