My customer service experience with UnaliWear covers the initial ordering process for a Kanega Watch, submission of set up email, and a phone call to check on status, and over all, i give this company a 5 star rating. Their website made ordering very easy, and my watch customized just the way I wanted. The set up email was thorough but clear and easy to fill out. My phone call was answered promptly and the representative was excellent at her job, very knowledgeable and capable, and made what could have been a frustrating situation flow seamlessly. I really appreciated her care and concern shown to me.

Love the watch and how it's proactive with fall notification. My only problem is I have had to get the watch itself replaced twice because the plastic parts failed. However, it was easy to get a no cost replacement watch and customer service has been extremely nice and helpful when I called. They reassured me that they were aware this could happen and hoped to have a fix in the future. I liked that they did not blame plastic failure on anything I had done. I would give it a 5 otherwise. I have lousy cell reception in my house and am so happy I found a watch that works on wifi in house and cell outside. I wear it all the time and feel so much safer.

My 91 year-old mother has worn her Kanega Watch for 1 1/2 years. Its been a lifesaver. Last July, she fell while putting the cover on the spa in her backyard and fractured her femur. She was able to use her watch to get help. The call center rep immediately notified the paramedics (they were there in 7 minutes) AND the rep called me (daughter) at the request of my mother.After researching many of the wearable emergency & fall solutions out there, we selected the Kanega Watch for the following reasons. Mom is out in her yard all the time or running *** wanted the device to be with her and usable at all times (not connected to a home base machine). Additionally, we didnt want her to have to take it off at night to charge the batteries. And she can wear it in the shower.We have had several issues come up with the watch and have reached out to UnaliWears *** Moms watch band broke and shes needed replacement batteries on several occasions. To me, exceptional service separates great companies from o.k. companies. UnaliWears CS has exceeded my expectations EACH time Ive reached out. They really are GREAT!

I do not have major problems with balance (yet), but the watch is very sensitive to my movements, so I feel very confident that it will detect a fall. The watch is very attractive as well. So much for the watch. Now about customer service: UnaliWear's customer service is way over the top with that! I am super-impressed with customer service--in fact their service is so great on the watch, that I can't wait to actually fall, and experience their service on that, haha. When the device itself and the batteries and charger arrived, we worked with customer service to initiate options and run tests with operators to make sure all was in order. I appreciate that I am encouraged to make a test monthly of the "help" call and have the operator ensure that all is well.If there is a question or a need to speak with customer service (as I have done several times as I have traveled), the representative is knowledgeable, courteous, listens carefully to what I say, and helps me resolve anything I have called for, including recording additional wifi and addresses of where I have stayed to enable GPS to locate me easily. The operators and representatives are well-informed and kind; they offer to do research or to provide another resource if they are unable to address an issue immediately. Love my Kanega watch. It alerts me of a suspected fall sometimes when I havent fallen. It is extremely sensitive which is fine with me. Better safe than sorry. Prior to obtaining my watch, I fell about 11 PM one night and laid there until about noon the next day. I couldnt move to get my cell phone and couldnt obtain help. Thankfully I survived (had Covid/pneumonia), was hospitalized 25 days, almost didnt survive!When I got home from rehab, I immediately went online to find something for emergency use. Didnt want something to wear around my neck or attach to my body. I was fortunate to find the Kanega watch which was exactly what I wanted. Have been wearing it ever since! Had a false alarm, didnt respond. My daughters were contacted immediately and had a neighbor check on me. I was fine but response was immediate. Highly recommend Kanega?
I ordered my Kanega watch on the recommendation of two friends in my Parkinson exercise class. My positive customer experience from the ordering process, the personal orientation to the prompt attention to a damage issue has been beyond my expectation. I wear the watch 24-7. Fortunately, I am able to travel independently around town tending to my volunteer activities. The watch gives my spouse and me the peace of mind that she or emergency services will be promptly notified in the time of greatest need.
