I have never in my life had worse customer service than I just experienced at the Kitty Hawk Carl’s Jr. I genuinely hope the owner of the franchise is in this group because your employee genuinely needs to be fired. I placed an order through an app. It was canceled with 10 minutes of notice and no good explanation. By the way, this has happened to me two weeks in a row.
The employee who was also the manager told me it’s not her problem because she doesn’t own the franchise or the app. Literally didn’t give a [censored].
Then, when I asked her to please re-order it she told me I needed to go to the end of the line and that it was my problem.
It was the most inappropriate,rude, complacent, horrible employee behavior I’ve ever seen in person. And just to give the owner a little more information my visit was at 5:30 February 19.
I can prove I’ve been a loyal customer as I have every order I’ve placed on the app.
I genuinely am shocked.
I genuinely hope this person gets fired.
I also genuinely hope that the franchise owner sees this complaint and deals with it appropriately however they’ve permanently lost a customer.
I didn’t even complain when I got raw chicken. I don’t know what kind of business they’re running, but they seriously need to get a grip on it.
It was the biggest load of garbage I’ve ever experienced.
