Carl's Jr. incorrect item, overcharged, promised remake, denied

I paid for a breakfast burger with sourdough bread. Charged an extra dollar and the GM at the store did not give me the sandwich with sourdough bread. I called no problem, the gm said he would take care of me no problem. Now when I just went through to get it fixed, they would not fix it. Lady was rude, demanded my receipt and refused to do anything about it. I never got what I paid for and just now I had to pay for it again. This happens all the time at this store. I am a manager at McDonald's so I know that this could have been handled better. Please respond. I want my issue resolved please. The carls jr on southern drive. Hi my name is Timothy im making my complaint about ur worker @ 899 elcamino ave they give out dry double western burger and they wer talking in Spanish about giving me that old burger and they tryed to rush me out and they wer being so suspicious talk and try to cover the burger up as they wer making it so wn i look at it i said this the wrong burger i ordered a triple western burger the got mad and was throwing my food around and im a everyday customer i fill really disrespected i think thry spit in it im scared to eat it bekuz the were doin sum suspicious stuff like the drop it on the ground our something the lady to my order wrong and everthin and i talk highly about carl jr and about yall western burger and they just not takin there time no more in i normally drive but today i walk in around 3:40pm they service will make me not ever want to order from u guys again it mas a short lady who took the order a order mexcan lady and a heavyset mexican lady who was wraping the burgers on in the just put my food on the nasty counter top didnt even put wraper under it and the didnt have on glove just nasty nasty nasty disappointment

Hardees - Incompetent General Manager Oroville Location. April 2019.

 

I am a shift leader at the Carl's Jr. in Oroville.

I work the 5 to 11 shift. I've been a proud employee of this establishment for over a year now. Due to my managerial experience and my expertise in the food and business industry I am able to work all positions within this restaurant whenever needed. That being said, too many times when myself and my fellow employees have come in on our shift we end up having to do a lot of the work of the previous shift that the general manager, who was on duty at the time these employees were working, did not see fit that the work was completed.

He is negligent in ordering the proper amount of food for any given day, we are constantly running out of buns, and or hamburgers, fish, etc. When certain equipment needs to be fixed and has to be told several times by employees and/or customers. For example, when the air conditioning needed to be fixed. In California, or any business where the climate is hot, the air conditioning must be working effectively for the health and proper work and dining environment for the employees and the customers. In terms of scheduling his employees, he has no clue. We are constantly short handed and we end up staying late to catch up from the day at hand and/ or the previous shifts work. He also has no people skills whatsoever and has been known to be rude to employees as well as customers.

Please address this issue with this general manager. I know that this is not the standard of workmanship that Carl's Jr. aspires for in any of it's employees or its establishments.

The burger was cold when received as well as the French fries. The lettuce was not fresh. It was brown and wilted. There was an excessive amount of condiments on burger. I only received two tenders and were very small in size. with both orders the fries were cold and over cooked. Also we were the only ones in the Drive thru and took over 6 min to get our order.

Carl's Jr. about the store on douglas blvd in roseville cs

I've been eating at the Douglas Roseville store for years. Recently new management is skimping on the food. Like one piece of tomato instead of two..two pickles not four..half pieces of bacon and so on thru out the menu. I thought you should know they are messing with your business model and not producing the satisfying food I've come to expect from Carl's.

Gave Carl's Jr. another try yesterday after a bad experience months back so tryed again because we used to eat at lease twice a week so we ordered a dbl western cheese combo and a chicken club combo both combos were horrible first the burger was not cooked all the way it was pink and cold the chicken was burnt stiff absolutely horrible and we usually liked Carl's Jr.

On 2/2 I was in the drive thru waiting for already 15 minutes it was ridiculous, the person taking orders was rude and dry didn't even say hello or thank you then waited and waited and waited then the man taking my payment didn't say hi either or thank you then handed me a bag of my food in a bag with a ripped bottom abd I could see my burger handing out...

Carl's Jr. drive through

12:midnight I order French toast sticks asked for syrup and ended up with hot sauce I ordered harsh browns and didn't get them ordered California Burger, double cheese burger heavy onion no pickles and a famous star heavy onion lots of pickles when I get home I have hot sauce and no syrup there are no harsh browns my cheese burger had no onions and the famous star didn't have onions or pickles the California Burger was the only item that was correct I hope we can come to a fair reasonable solution

I just visited a carls jr location through the drive thru and i recieved the worst customer service. The guy on the microphone was extremely rude and slammed his window on me after taking my card without a word. I didnt get any receipt or anything. Carl's Jr. customer service drive-thru

The staff of your location at 996 Third Avenue in Chula Vista, CA. repeatedly hold up the drive thru customers so they can re-set some type of running clock. I'm not sure what the clock is for, but they continually won't let customers pull up to the window until the clock re-sets to their liking. It causes delays for people and has dissuaded me from going to this location in the future. Just this evening, I had to wait about 4-5 minutes to place my order even though the prior vehicle in front me had just completed their order. Upon ordering, I sat in line while they slowly pulled each car forward one at at time. It's not the first time this has happened to me at this location, and when questioning the reason for this I was told about the clock and the female employee was rather rude and bristled at my questions. Very unprofessional and quite disappointing. My hope is this will be addressed sooner rather than later. Thank you for allowing me to bring this to your attention.

Carl's Jr. life threatening dairy allergy preclude cheese and all dairy by products

Today, I ordered a hamburger without CHEESE; upon opening the order at home, I found that cheese was on it; needless to say, I could not eat it.

This is not the first time I have placed orders to go, from this site: 2nd Street in El Cajon, CA.; upon arriving home discover that my order was not created as ordered.

Very Frustrating!

I suggest that staff receive better training in understanding orders they are reading and the anaphylactic risks of food allergies.

I will appreciate a refund, as the item purchased ended up in the trash.

Carl's Jr. management negligence

I'm an employee at Carl's Jr. and I submitted a complaint and I'm soon to be fired because of it. My general manager is not running the store properly we often run out of bread. When my general manager was on vacations the play was closed for a week because the a/c wasn't working and we lost customers because of that we were also left without bread for sliders and breading for our tenders and our general manager called the store and told us to use the Maseca Flour from our local supermarket which is not the proper one for our tenders, and recently I had to go to the store to buy soap because I wasn't provided any to wash the dishes. I have reached out to higher management but my general manager has convinced them not to listen to me and I don't think that's fair, just because I'm an employee my voice is put on mute? I called my general manager's supervisor but he hang up on me and he doesn't care what I have to say how can a supervisor treat an employee who is concerned about his store like that. Orders are always on 10 minutes because my general manager is short on staff and I'm expected to do the burgers and the sides on my own but my previous shift has two employees one for the sides and another one doing the burgers. I work the night shift and I have to clean everything to detail which takes more time and employees but how could it be that I have to clean everything on my own, make the sides and the burgers at the same time but the previous shift has two employees and they leave everything dirty? Nobody listen to what I have to say they hang up on me and I have pictures I would like to email to you guys of how dirty the store is my general manager makes sure the store is intact only when she knows we have inspection, when that should be done on the daily bases. Dirty dishes are left behind from previous shifts and I'm expected to wash them but how could it be that the shift before mine has 4 well trained employees but the night shift (my shift) has a shift leader, the new employees (which are barely learning), and me but how could can I find time to clean when I have to make the burgers, sides, and on top of that I have new employees asking me questions because they are lost due to the fact that my general manager never takes the time to train them. I recently spoke to my general manager regarding to this and I clocked out on her because I refuse to serve low quality food because I'm not provided with the proper supplies or the proper help the new employees don't know much and my general manger never makes time to train them at all. She tried to cover all of this by calling her supervisor and convincing him that I was lying and I'm a bad employee when in reality it's the other way around I have pictures I would like to email to you guys but I need to be provided an email. I was told I would be fired because I told my general manager a shift leader didn't know how to make inventory or burgers and it's true she doesn't know how to make a burger she is often asking me questions like "how many cheeses does this burger has" the other day I had to stay late because I had to help this shift leader do inventory she made me and another employee count everything and she asked another shift leader "how do you make inventory?" I don't think a person that doesn't know how to make a burger or inventory should be a shift leader because she is not able to answer my question if I have one. Now my question is how did a person that doesn't know how to make a Famous Cheeseburger become a shift leader? There's a lot of unfairness and it's felt within the facility. How could a general manager or a supervisor not care about what an employee has to say or hang up on him or even worse fire him for reaching out to higher management because he is not provided the right supplies or speaking about the unfairness? I am really concerned because we are the only Carl's Jr. In town the other one is located on the way out of the city which means our restaurant has more quests yet me have the most complaints from guests and we're always short on staff.

Carl's Jr. ordered one thing and got another

i visited the carls jr on beach blvd in Huntington beach ca today and ordered a slider. the guy said double slider and i asked if i order a slider then do i get one or two. he said i could order one or two. i ordered 2 sliders and apparently he clicked on 2 double sliders even though i asked just for 2 sliders. i thought it normally came as a double because of that. then he proceeded to order a double slider combo for $7. i corrected him and said i just wanted 2 sliders. then he gave me 2 double sliders and charged me $4 for the 2. i just read on the web site that you carry the slider, double slider and triple slider. for $1, $1.50, and $2 respectively. so i am upset they didn't give me the 2 single sliders i asked for at $1 each. instead he gave me 2 double sliders and charged me $4! if they had single sliders why didn't he just give me the 2 single sliders i expected. not only this, they didn't even have sliders even on the menu and this is why i asked him originally if they even had them, after seeing a commercial on them and that is why i asked. so if you have single sliders then why didn't he give me what i wanted instead of giving me 2 double sliders and then charging me for 2 triple sliders apparently based on pricing i see online now?

Carl's Jr. coupon not honored

I was at Carl's Jr on Oct 22, 2018. I presented 2 coupons for a meal i got a bag thinking
my order was fulfilled, when I got home, opened the bag I did t' get everything I ordered. There was no receipt either in the bag.
I had my grand kids with me, they were hungry and I needed to get home.

I went back the next day to make my case known, I had a horrible experience.
The cashier, did not believe me
2. she went and got a manager, who said I should have called before coming in
she cannot do anything for me.
3. i showed them current coupons similar to what I presented, they ignored my complaint and said I have to pay. The coupons I used expired on that day . So I brought similar coupons to show what I did not get.

They said sorry, cant do anything. So I left.
Well I will probably not visit this particular restaurant again.
Very unhappy customer.

Carl's Jr. longmore and southern in mesa az

I was at Carl Jrs Longmore and Southern in Mesa Az. The girl by the name of Lena waited on us as we went through the drive through. She has attitude problem. I asked for a grill chicken sandwich which you do not care anymore. Then I asked for plain burger. I told her I did not cheese on my burger. But she insistence that I Have the Cheese burger there are no plain burgers. When I got home my food was cold.
I only live 5 minutes away from there. Then she handed me the bag of food or should I threw it at me. This is very poor service. Please here is my email address

Carl's Jr. order

Today October 18 2018 it's Thursday..drive thru @12:30pm. 4th time this year going to Carl jrs. So i choose the chicken sandwich meal. Simple it said it came with lettece, mayo and a tomato. I was on my lunch and work at a bank just a couple miles away. 30 minutes only. I came to work and I had chicken with jalapeños .. which I don't like. . The thing that upsets me the most I have called like 5 times the number on my receipt with no answer. And I spent about 10$ on a meal which I threw the sandwich away. I did take a picture of my sandwich and will enclose with the receipt too.. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I feel this was crappy . I just someone to make it right.oh and i did order pepper jack cheese For my sandwich
