Carl's Jr. order

Today October 18 2018 it's Thursday..drive thru @12:30pm. 4th time this year going to Carl jrs. So i choose the chicken sandwich meal. Simple it said it came with lettece, mayo and a tomato. I was on my lunch and work at a bank just a couple miles away. 30 minutes only. I came to work and I had chicken with jalapeños .. which I don't like. . The thing that upsets me the most I have called like 5 times the number on my receipt with no answer. And I spent about 10$ on a meal which I threw the sandwich away. I did take a picture of my sandwich and will enclose with the receipt too.. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I feel this was crappy . I just someone to make it right.oh and i did order pepper jack cheese For my sandwich

Thanks Sasha Marston

Carl's Jr. buttermilk ranch

I can not express how upset and frustrated I get whenever I go to purchase my favorite items from your store, zucchini fries, and 5 piece chicken tenders. If I only buy one order of zucchini I am allocated 2 buttermilk ranch. This Is the perfect amount to allow me to dunk each one of my zucchini. When I buy my 5 piece chicken tender I am allocated 2 sauces again just enough to somewhat dip five chicken tenders. But when I purchase them together I am given 2-3 sauces and told I must purchase the so-called extra sauce that they cheated me out of. This is unjust when you pay good money for the enjoyment of the food and given less sauce because I bought two items. And forced to eat dry chicken or zucchini

Carl's Jr. food

my orders were not fresh! the Crisscut Fries was old, cold and so soft instead of crunchy !
I paid a $36 for an old/cold food with a noisy place. It didn't look like a fast food restaurant, it looked like a bar where people are looking for a new date! Sorry, but I must be honest.
I don't want to go inside with my family anymore because of its inside environment. I live in San Mateo and I had come couple times before, but this time, some of the employees had changed and their behavior was perfect to be in a club and bar NOT IN FAMILY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!

Carl's Jr. poor service

My thoughts were to patronize Carl Jr. located Rosecrans and Long Beach blvd, Long Beach Ca, I could have easily went across the street to Mc Donalds, and save myself 15 mins since I ended up there anyway. I asked the attendant if I could have a token for the rest room. "Her reply I can give you one if you buy something otherwise It would cost you money to use the restroom here." It didn't settle well with me so I paid her, used the rest room and took my business across the street to McDonalds. Disappointed but not surprised!

Carl's Jr. no payment and no transfer

My daughter has worked for nearly a month now without them fixing her pay card so she can be paid. She has yet to receive any pay from this company and the boss who hired her has her working at a store out of the area which makes it difficult for her to get to by bus. She did not apply for this location. The one she applied to work at they are now telling her they don't need her there and are no longer hiring for that store yet it is still be advertised in all their restaurant windows around town that they are hiring for the specific location she applied for while it was still being built. She also can't seem to get anyone to fix these issues.

Carl's Jr. getting my order wrong

I have been to Carl's Jr. several times in this area, and they frequently get something wrong on my order (e.g., giving me fries when I asked for onion rings, not putting catsup and musturd on my burger when I told them not to forget the catsup and musturd, putting lettuce, tomato, and onion on my burger when I asked them not to, etc.) The last time this happened was today, but I am submitting this complaint because this has happened several times.

Carl's Jr. grease saturated through the bag and soaked into my car seat!

I visited the Carl's Jr. on Magnolia and Adams in Huntington Beach, Ca today (9-15-18) around 12:15 p.m. I ordered the famous star with cheese and onion rings. When I got home from going through the drive thru the bag was saturated with oils from the onion rings and caused oil all over my brand new car's front passenger seat! After cleaning my car seat, I started to eat the food. The onion rings tasted so dirty, it was as if the restaurant had not cleaned the oil for days of operation. I immediately started looking for my receipt so I could provide the information in my complaint, only to discover I did not receive one. At least I paid with a bank card and not cash so I have record of my purchase. I am so disappointed and angered at how careless the management at Carl's Junior is operating. Carl's Jr. is supposed to be a trusted establishment and I will never trust quality, nor give my business to CJ's in the future.

Carl's Jr. lack of service. rude service and health violations

On 9/15/18 My husband and I with my 3 grandchildren walked into your restaurant on 12th Ave in Nampa Idaho.
When we walked in there were two gentalmen trying to resolve issues they were having. I watched for 15 min as they continued to get their order wrong as they continued to complain. At this time several workers were up front and could have taken my order but didn't.
Crystal who represented herself as the manger which Later I found out was just s shift leader advised me they wouldn't serve me the breakfast I ordered because it was 4 min after breakfast. Mind you I was patiently waiting for 20 min for my order to be taken. 20 min well with in breakfast time.
When I asked for the managers # she refused. I asked for a district contact she refused went to the back and left me standing at the counter. Finally the real Manager Kevin arrived. I explained what occured as the two other gentalmen were complaining to him as well and finally left. He was argumentative and very combative and refused to give me his managers number. Finally to get me to leave he gave me a number for eduardo Morfin who I tried to call [protected] and he wouldnt answer or return my calls.
While all of this took place I witness numerous health violations inc gloved cook up front handling counter. Trays and money than walking back with the same gloves continuing to make food. Filthy floors and tables. Good on the floor in the cook area etc. I feel this needs to be reported to the health dept and your rude unhelpful employee that refuse to serves their guests need to be recognized by facebook and every other social media I can post this too. I will never eat at another Carls Jr. ever again. It has been ruined for me and my entire family

Carl's Jr. senior discount

Since the Carl's Jr opened in Carlsbad NM, whenever I purchase a meal, I have been asking for the senior discount (I am 66 years old) and have been told that " it doesn't work". I'm not sure what to make of "it doesn't work" but this time I asked the cashier to ring me up with the senior discount (see attached receipt) and sure enough, there is no discount applied.

I do not have this problem with other Carl's Jr. stores so I assume it is not a company wide problem, just with this store. While, not getting the discount doesn't discourage me from visiting the store, it would sure help my budget if this discount was available.

I am not looking for any refund, just help getting this corrected for future visits. I appreciate any help you can provide with this matter.

Thank you

Carl's Jr. drive thru window employee dami & unknown male employee

I used drive thru window to order Double slider box, 6 piece chicken nugget meal and order of zucchini. Employee repeats my simple order. Get to window and cashier is charging me only $7.66 which is only for the slider box. She quickly yells at the kitchen that she needs an order of zucchini and 6 pc chicken nugget order. She asked me to park because my order is not ready. I asked her if my order was not ready because she failed to add it to my order from the beginning. She shut the window while I was talking and asking her to remove the items that are not ready since I was pressed for time and needed to get to my kids swimming lessons. A guy comes to the window and I ask him if my order is not ready because the employee failed to do her job correctly. He was very rude while charging me for my order. Never offering to rectify the situation and he also closed the window on me.

People with no customer service skills should not be allowed to work at fast food places. My kids now have to go hungry till after their swimming lesson.

I need for district manager or owner to call me back regarding this situation.

Carl's Jr. product policy

I saw the promotional commercials for the Carl's Jr. charbroiled sliders starting at $1.50 each beginning in August. I am a fan of the slider, especially not wanting to spend in excess of $10 for a traditional Carl's Jr. lunch resulting in well over 1000 calories. I was happy hearing about an economical option for someone like myself that tries to avoid excess calories.

I got my co-workers psyched up about the inexpensive slider options for lunch, so we all piled into my car and headed over to Carl's for lunch. Much to my disappointment, it became apparent that the charbroiled sliders for $1.50 were not part of your lunch or dinner menu. They are only served during "slider happy hour" (2-5pm). The only slider option available during the lunch hours are the Charbroiled slider combo for $7.99 at 1120 calories. If you want to order the single, double, or triple slider, you have to wait until 2pm when Carl's Jr "Happy Hour" begins. Of course the sliders are conveniently back off the menu by dinner time.

This is a bait and switch promotion that insinuates the advertised items are available during normal lunch and dinner hours. But in reality, you have to come during their special "Happy Hour" between 2-5pm. Not cool Carl's. Just another reason besides your ridiculously high priced menu items to stay TF away from Carl's Jr.

Carl's Jr. managers at mcalester carls

My roommate worked here for 3.5 months. He has seizures from time to time and he told them when he got hired. They were nice to him for awhile then the general manager, Richard and the next highest manager, Miranda, started treating him like garbage because he wasn't as fast as them. Then they moved the other morning shift cooks to night shift so that he would be alone on his shift area. He was working 6 days a week from 5am to 1pm and that wasn't enough for them because then they made him work til 3 or 4 most days because other employees quit or they just didn't have anyone that would come in. When he had seizures at work they sent him home but complained when he could not come in the next day due to dizziness and weakness. He got overtime on his check yesterday and they told him that it was a mistake and he had 2 options: pay $15 to send the check back and have it fixed, or work the extra 11 hours of overtime for free AND have this amount of money deducted from his next check. (Seriously pay for their "mistake" or work for free) He was then told by a co-worker, Herman, who has been there for years that Richard and Miranda try to scam people out of their money like this when they want them to quit or they think they can run them over. After being yelled at repeatedly by these managers and trying his best, working extra hours along with having 3 seizures, and then trying to be scammed out of his overtime, he didn't go back to work. Who could blame him? And he got several hateful voicemails from another manager, Patrice. And over 20 missed calls from Richard. This information has been reported to corporate. Also, they had black mold in the ceilings while he worked there and it fell in the floor often. This happened in mcalester, Oklahoma between April and July of 2018. This happened to chad simmons.

Carl's Jr. shift manager was intimidating other employees

Visited Carl's Jr store# 1100692 on 07/12/18 @ 7:39pm. Came inside to order and dine in with my fiancé and 3 yr old daughter. We weren't greated nor saw a smile from either cashier. Instead the cashier was talking badly about another employee to another employee ordering food in front of us. Then when its our turn to order, ahift manager "Cindy" comes up and decides to count her drawer and doesn't bother saying anything. Continues counting drawer and also treating her drive thru employee like a child for making a mistake. She continues to tell her and others to get it together and that if they thought ___ got mad, that they didn't want to see her mad or piss her off. Very rude and intimidating. Finally takes our order, no smile, no thank you. Acted like we were a bother to her.

Carl's Jr. carl’s jr. served me cookies with bugs in them!!!

My purchase of 2 $5 boxes came to a horrid moment of absolute disgust. My cookie bag, covered in bugs. On top of that, my niece already ate the one in her bag. What do you know? Her bag had bugs crawling inside as well! Carl's jr. Was always a close, convenient option, but this? Very disappinted! Extremely disgusted! Use chocolate chips, not insects!

I feel as though this young girl should of been talked to about the way she carries herself. to actual twerk while at work is just not right. I watched the GM just look at her smiling and not saying anything to her. if i wanted to see twerking i would of went to a club! Your GM and your staff needs more training. i also complain about the women restrooms and was told that she would send someone in. I sat and watched a young woman go in and come right back out. I then went in and the stall was not cleaned but locked. To much standing around and not enough cleaning!1

Carl's Jr. food order and potential health risks associated

To Whom it may concern:

On July 4th at the Carl's Jr. located at 3205 W. Hammer Lane, Stockton Ca 95209 Phone [protected], # 1100219, I had gone there to get dinner as a nice surprise, for my client, who had suffered a massive injuries to her spine after being through a triple hit and run on black iced roads in Oregon. I normally cook for her. And as such am all too aware of her arm's length list of DANGEROUS FOOD ALLERGIES. Those being to tomatoes. This includes fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, BBQ sauce (containing and or flash pasteurized by tomatoes, and ketchup). In essence and substance, grade or degree, rate or range of proximity to even one drop of which WILL ( and has ) made her throat close up on her. With her experiencing anaphylactic shock. AND YES within mere minutes of being exposed to ANY DROP of tomatoes on her food, she reacts with it is aggressively spreading( like poison) through her entire body. Much like a series of hornet stings all over her entire body, then on her nervous system. I made it PERFECTLY clear in understandable English to BOTH the cashier taking the order at the time AND the manager. Both of which had acknowledged my request. As they carried on in the routine of taking an order from the drive-through, as well. The manager ( a young man named Ruis who) was working at the drive-through as well. I had just explained this concern for her well being in mind to the cashier and he started to relay it with trepidation. Detailing her allergic reactions to tomatoes( and other foods). BOTH of the men ( cashier and manager) SEEMED to have acknowledged me in a way that made it clear about her need for the NO TOMATOES NO KETSUP NO BARBEQUE SAUSE request because of the need for an EPI-PEN IF she was exposed to any drop of tomato. Even If I ate the fruit ( because I might be in close proximity and she inhale even a particulate of it )she might get sick from that exposure to it. Or worse even Die. Then I proceeded to list off other things she is allergic to and results of her exposure-- towit the young cashier seemed to actually wince when I said, " HER THROAT WILL CLOSE UP " they both appeared to have gotten my very simple request, during our brief but detailed conversation. AND no. There was no Rush. Only one other person in the Dining area came in AFTER this order had been made. And NO one was in the drive-through ( as in the construction of the store had the exit door going right into the direction of any traffic coming out of said drive through) to gain access to the sidewalk over bushes, in this location. When I gave her( Miss Anna Lopez) the food ( her sandwich) had tomatoes in it. She then proceeded to call the store and the manager named Luis answered, and before I knew what had happened she went into the store to get it replaced. I am BOTH a minister AND a caregiver.

IN focusing on my earlier conversation with Luis, I am left wondering what part of "No Cross CONTAMINATION" is a foreign language to English speaking people, or those trained in the food industry?

What part of that indicates that is OK to make another customer's order at the same time as a person WITH DEADLY FOOD ALLERGIES?

I had watched this many times before by other restaurants. And was reassured by them in the store, that the orders were to made separately and bagged separately.

I was witness to Anna Lopez' conversation on the phone at the residence of Anna Lopez and myself. with the store manager. when it was that he had called me a liar, about the food order I had literally made less than 30 minutes earlier. That I had ordered what I had exactly as it was. I AGREE that a retraining in proper or ethical procedures for handling customer's orders is put in place when being made. Known perhaps as Food Allergies and the individual's order. I know that in certain shops it is labeled as a "Grill order". While an apology for wasting time by a customer coming back into the store an extra trip in her walker for an attempt of a corrected order that turned out she cannot eat because of cross-contamination. A simple thing to put in place is in the changing of work gloves and a simple washing down of counters ( taking an extra 15 seconds) in an order that takes about 7 to 20 minutes to make, in its entirety. In various other restaurants or ethnic food service places( Halaal for instance) a very simple thing is in place that actually has its various food items be separated by a simple plastic sheet over a simple plastic tub of veggies and meats, all separated. and covered. ( now granted that is not what I am requesting. BUT perhaps a tour of those food establishments should be in order. Lest a patron or several paying customers with allergies be boycotting your chain. Or, possibly run the risk of potential death before a thing be legally done.

Sincerely,
Reverend Daniel T. Gorman

Carl's Jr. the $5 box-fries and chicken

Hi Yesterday I went through drivethrough in Vista ca. and ordered 3 of your $5 box fries chicken strips meals. I asked the guy as I ordered if he could please make sure the fries and chicken were hot as last visit both were cold and soggy as if they had been sitting for a while. Well as I sat at the window I noticed the guy dump french fries back into oil and he and another employee were commenting on me wanting fresh hot fries. well the guy took fries and chicken out of oil and looked at other person and said oh well at least they are hot and proceeded to package and give me. well as i drove home i opened one box for some fries and was so upset because they were so over cooked and hard and so dry the chicken strips it was ridiculous. I guess me asking for fresh hot food was too much to ask. It seems to have been food that had been sitting and he just recooked it making it way overcooked. what a disappointment. this is the second time i have had a issue with the food.

Been going to Carl's Jr. for years and I have never bee n so disappointed as I am at this moment...false advertisement, they advertise all drinks any size for 1$ yet they charge you an extra 75 cents beware they do...two breakfast sandwiches for 4$ yet some how they don't do breakfast after a certain time, McDonalds doesn't do that anymore...OH by the
way yesterday I got their 5$ meal deal and today it suddenly stopped and let along in all the other issues occurring in many of your fast food locations, sad my kids grew up with you since they where tot's we even collected your famous star Christmas ornaments, let me see does your cooperation even remember that.
