Canadian Tire review: Mastercraft maximum 12" dual-beveling sliding compound mitre saw

When I removed the sliders from their housing I found that one of the 4 bearing sleeves was never installed. See pictures. 055-6757-4 mastercraft 12 dual-bevel sliding mitre saw. I originally thought this was a sealed unit that can't be taken apart. But then was able to remove the bearing cover. See pictures.
If they can provide a replacement set of bearings I'm confident I can replace it. How do you miss installing a part like that?
