Purchase on 2020-05-18 it work well and i was very satisfied. However on 2021-08-15 i could not get it started so i return it to the store where i bought that is for repair. Apparently the cause is a defective battery and / or charger. I made attenpe to get my mower back . I made several calls to know when it will be repaired. I can get no answer.
It seems that the issue is the defective part is back-order. To top it all the part number has change numberr according to briggs and stratton.
Desired outcome: GET THE MOWER REPAIR A.S.A.P. OR GET A REFUND.

Received your sept 16-22nd flyer and on the front page, your math is off again. This isn't the first time that I've notified you of your miss calculations. You have your black and decker listed for $179.99 with a big 55% off and you have it listed for $79.99? Same with the deep fryer on the front page. I don't understand why math is so hard and that there isn't anyone checking these numbers. You lose confidence in your consumers. Had an inspection done on car and after e gone has a high pitch whine to it. When I complained they said it's not their fault and I can pay to have it diagnosed! Will never go to Canadian Tire again.
Master chef BBQ
This product is garbage! From day one we put it together and the warming rack locks backwards and falls out! The centre propane element lights but due to continuously getting airlock we have to use the barbeque lighter to light the other two sides I know it is cheap but come on. Anyway we have emailed the company and complained only to get hit with more questions, I just emailed them that it's in the trash where it belongs. Due to our last review on the ridiculous outcome of our vehicle strut installation quote that got doubled and head office would not honer it. We still tried to support Canadian tire, not again! will not be shopping for anything at Canadian tire

Core charges on brake calliper returns.
Purchased a set of brake callipers for a 2015 ram 2500 truck. Was charged 141.67 each for a core charge. Was told to bring back the old callipers back to be refunded the money and that was it. This store is 3 hours from my house and a 45 minute detour off my regular route home. I work oilfield and I only get home once every couple months with the job I have. That being said I drove 45 mins out of my way to bring the callipers back only to be told I needed the box to send them back. No where on the receipt or any of the paper work is this mentioned nor was I told anything about bringing back the box . so now we m lugging two oily crappy callipers around with me and I'm going out almost 300 dollars because of a piece of cardboard. I bet a single Canadian tire store recieves a couple thousand boxes a week it shouldn't be too hard to box it up and send it back.
Desired outcome: I want my core charge back and I want to get rid of these callipers and I want Canadian tire to start listing their policies in their paper work

saw some tires online and it said it had 7 tires at the store. went to the store to be told they had no tires and call auto manager in the morning. call to get more b[censored]. order the tires online and to pick up at the store saturday at 9.00 and told they didnt have them. i was going to cancel the order and got a text they were there. i went back to the store and told again they arent there. what around for 2 hours and got them. what the hell is wrong with this story. got the run around and b[censored]. i am not happy with them and felt like i will shop at walmart. at walmart the give you the stuff when they say it there. no customer service and no managers help a person. just a joke. the store i went to was 9909-178st edmonton, ab. dont shop there.

I bought a Hamilton Beach 4-slice toaster from Canadian Tire Barrhaven on August 18, 2021 for 49.99 on special. I used it once and found that it toasted OK on one side but hardly at all on the other, even though the bagel button was NOT pressed. I then checked product reviews and found this to be a fairly common complaint for this model and some others like it. I decided to take it back today (Aug 19) for store credit as I did not want a replacement of the same sort or another brand at this time. I was not able to get a store credit even though I have been a frequent customer of CT over the past 40 years. In future, it seems that I will have to purchase appliances from suppliers with a no-quibble guarantee such as Amazon and Costco.

Faulty hydrated off propane cylinders
Around April of 2021 I bought 3 cylinders of Propane from the above Canadian tire Store.
It turned out after one use each two cylinders hydrated off from too much water injected into them at the vendor for PH control. I worked in the Petro-Chemical Industry prior to retiring, so I know the indicators of this.
Today when I returned it to the above store, the store manager and staff would not exchange cylinders with me, as a matter of fact they irate and threw me and my wife out of the store and told us to never return again.

Last year I purchased a 29 inch CCM Alpha mountain bike. Since then I have spent over $250 in repairs and the bike is still unfit to drive. I need to bring it in to a bike repair shop to see if I can replace the head stem as the hex nut on mine was stripped since it was purchased and the front fork is very loose and unsafe. I had the freewheel break one of the gears and needed to be replaced, the back derailleur broke off and went into the spokes so i needed to replace the derailleur the back wheel is not warped however I did not replace that. I am very displeased with the poor assembly of the bike from the store or wherever the bikes are assembled. I feel sick to my stomach when I think that I have spent more on repairs to a brand new bike, than what I paid for the bike. I feel I should have the bike replaced either by the store or by CCM the company. I paid just under 500 for the bike which was on sale and I've have spent the equivalent amount on repairs and still am not able to use the bike as I need to replace the head stem. I was going to just shut my mouth and repair the bike however, it is just out of hand and I really do feel I deserve compensation. I do not want any money, I just want the bike I bought to be functional. I wish you could replace my bike.
