Went to return an item that was two days old. Didn't work. They couldn't due it due to using virtual card. But the level of disrespect was astounding. I can get more respect from a stray cat. If this wasn't the only option in elliot lake I'd never be back. From now on only ordering online unless absolutely need this garbage store. The attitude from every single person in there was just disgusting. I am very polite please and thank you all the way. Was treated like garbage. This store needs some serious customer service training

Wanted to return an item was met with outrageous attitude and disrespect. A stray cat gives more respect. Will never spend a doller in this store again. Absolutely appalling behavior by all staff. Even heard staff talking about wanting to beat someone down. All staff needs training.
