Canadian Tire

August 20, 920am.
I just got a phone call from the delivery person and I was disconnected- no problem, however he called back and actually said to me "why did you disconnect from me." As I was telling him I am not sure what happened as I received another call at the same time as his, he said: "you think I am air duct cleaning don't you." This I presume is because he has an accent.

I am disgusted, he has no idea who I am, where I am from or what I look like. Audible accents don't tell the whole story.

I cannot believe the audacity and lack of professionalism. It is absolutely disgusting. This is the treatment I am paying 60$ to have deliver my bookshelves- revolting.
