Calli Tire & Wheel

This company has a terrible problem with their white wall manufacturing process and they don't even admit it or support it with their warranty. They're scamming customers with their fake promises. There's loads of negative reviews on Facebook and I'm adding one here.

Ordered whitewall tires for our 1949 Chrysler in January. They came in March and we put 'em on right away. But dang, those whitewalls started turnin' all brown-like real quick. Tried cleanin' 'em with different stuff, but nothin' worked. And now, as time goes on, the discoloration just keeps gettin' worse. So I called up the tire company and talked to this guy named Moses. He tells me that the warranty don't cover this "staining" issue. But hold up, stainin' is when you put some foreign stuff on somethin', right? Well, Moses says it's 'cause of the oils in the rubber. But here's the thing, on their website, they say that there's an extra layer of black rubber under the whitewall to keep it white. Clearly, that extra layer ain't doin' its job. I asked 'em if I could return the tires and get a refund, but they said no. It's like their warranty is all messed up or somethin'.

Horrible! A manufactoring defect that apparently has not been corrected. The tires were never even taken outside, the car is in a museum. Within six months, the whitewalls were brown. I wish I had read the Facebook reviews before I bought them. We have 20 other cars with whitewalls that DO NOT have this problem. We did not purchase those tires at Calli Tire.

I had a problem with the white walls. There were bulges about the size of a quarter in the whitewall. I emailed *** and sent some pictures. They responded saying they would send me 4 new tires. The customer service was great. The only downside is that the tires wear out pretty fast for no reason. However, they do clean off easily. But considering the price of these tires and the good customer service, the wear is just a small annoyance. Overall, it was a good experience. Right now, I haven't gotten the new tires yet, but they did tell me through email that they were ordering them for me.
