Canadian Tire

Aug 18/2021 I purchased a monster trapper that had clearly been open before I purchase it, no manual no packing around the item what's so ever. I wanted this item while my grand daughters were visiting for they are highly allergy to mosquitoes bites. On returning this item I was treated like I was the individual who had open the package and was in the wrong. I don't under stand how it was placed back to stock it clearly had a issue. I was then told on my receipt states no refunds on products used or open and I totally under stand this, but I didn't open the package and they clearly would not take my word on this and totally made me feel like I was being called a lair, I have never been so insulted in my life. I am a very honest and truthful individual and was not brought up to be dishonest or a lair. I have always shopped Canadian tire and have never had a problem in the past but today was the worst experience and how they handle the situation. I feel this was very unfair and not handle in a professional manor. I will say this I will not purchase another item from this Canadian tire here Minden Ont
