Burger Kingboth payment and food window employees

I thought I would let you know how shocked I am as to the customer service I receive every morning both at the payment window and the food received window. I have practically stop going in the last few years due to the lack of kindness (others would call customer service). I decided to go once more this morning (10-8-19). Go to the payment window, give my money, receive change - they say nothing, I say thank you, they mumble "ah hu", however you spell that. Go to the receiving window, she hands the bag through the window, looking at her machine, not even acknowledging I'm there, if I need anything in addition too, have a good day, NOTHING. This is not the first time at this location. I also received a cold or I should say slightly warm bacon, egg, cheese biscuit.

This doesn't really mean much now a days, because the lack of customer service extends further than some burger king locations. Its really sad.

    IF you need anything in addition why not ASK?
