drive through and inside the restaurant.
First I received no receipt for my order. Second the lady in the drive through is rude. She acted as if we were a bother to her. The order was messed up and I went in and still gave me the wrong chicken sandwich. I went home because I was so upset. This is not the first time this has happened at this one. There is always an issue at this Burger King.

Listen I'm piss as I writing this comment because I can't believe everything I order was not done correct and my hash brown for #1 is so greasy and hard you can't even chew and my burger for #2 was burnt in some areas like really Burger King and I paid 16 for none of my food to be done right I feel like I got rob because I couldn't enjoy none of it and my hash brown had old fries at the bottom ! I am dissapointed to see the grilled Chicken sandwich discontinued. It is your healthiest food choice, I eat it at least 4 times per week, and have for many years. The impossible Burger is too high in fat, saturated fat and sodium. The beef is too high in fat also. I will no longer visit Burger King, there are no other healthy alternatives to chose from. I do not go alone, bringing 1 to 4 people with me each time.

We were travelling so we did not have time to go back to store. The bread on the Whoppers was a little stale. The order number is 81. We ordered a 4 piece mozzarella sticks a small coke a cola and a special, 2 for 6 dollars and no onion. The subtotal was 9.28 with.11 cents tax, making it 9.39. we also used my husband's credit card for this transaction. This was not a good stop at all. Thank you Julie Ferguson.

This Impossible Whopper Commercial should be banned! It is inappropriate and uncalled for. I have a 5 year old daughter that knows that this is an ugly word and as soon as she hears this commercial come on she comes running in the living room to mute the Television(proud mama moment). Yes I am aware that we will not always be able to shelter our children from this cruel world and awful language that's in it, but there is enough of this that we have to listen to and deal with while being in the public but we should not have to deal with listening to cuss words within our own homes, and we won't. This commercial should not be aired. Burger King has lost mine and my families business and we will no longer be watching any Television station that chooses to continue to air this commercial. It is such a disgrace what our world is becoming.

I ordered a double Whopper no cheese, just ketchup. I received a double Whopper with cold cheese, smashed bun, all the toppings with almost no ketchup. The topping mix up has happened before and I just scrape everything off and use a lot of ketchup to cover the onion and mayo taste. I did just that and there was still something nasty under the cheese and I couldn't eat it. And I can't get the taste out of my mouth.

Please review the cleanliness of the children play areas in the 27530 & 28365 area zip codes or Wayne County North Carolina. The play areas need some cleaning inside and out. Lots of dust bunnies, food (Fries/Nuggets) are under the play areas. Inside the tunnels are sticky and 1 smelled of urine. Our children do enjoy to play centers but they do need some attention. unethical behavior
I have left reviews online for Google. I have had issues at 2 of your locations with the staff refusing to make an order. The last location at Del City the manager Regina could not be the worst decision you guys have made. I do not like leaving negative reviews online so I chose to direct it to you guys. This facility definitely needs Improvement. Poor drive-thru poor management. And by the way my special order is a Club salad minus the chicken add a Whopper Patty. Please help
