Burger King - Drive thru cashier

I have a 30 minute lunch so I placed and online order to pickup. I got there and the drive thru was 8 cars deep so I waited for 5 minutes and it never moved so I decided to go in hoping it would be quicker. I get in and there are 2 people in line and realize they are VERY short handed. An older lady was in front of me turns around and starts talking about how it was a mistake for her to stop there. She ordered and paid and was waiting on her receipt and cup because they cashier walked away, and she said it would be nice to get my receipt and cup so I can fix my drink. The girl in the drive thru came over I told her I placed my order online and she started running her mouth about being shorthanded. I told her I didn't say anything she then pulled my order still running her mouth and handed me the receipt I reached up and got it out of her hand she claims I snatched if, with the way she was acting I hope I did really snatch it. She gets even louder saying some words she should not have been saying in front of the customers especially the lady with kids at a table. She got mad and told them not to give me my food and I said that's fine give me my money back she said you ordered it online you get your money back online I said show me how she said that's your problem you figure it out. I asked for the manager and what a surprise she was the one standing right there and never said a word. I told her to either show me how to do a refund or give me my food. she got my order ready the other girl still running her loudmouth starts hollering as I'm leaving and I am hollering back. The cashier and the Manager are pathetic neither one needs a job there, they are making your company look very bad. I don't work far from that restaurant and our whole business refuses to go there because of the employees and how long it takes to get your order. You need a real Manager that can control their employees.

Burger King - App order refund

I placed an order in the app and the restaurant shut the broiler down two hours before closing and couldn’t cook my order. The store stated that they couldn’t initiate a refund because I ordered through the app and that I had to contact support. I’ve been waiting on support for days now to reply back to me and they haven’t. The store refuses to give me a District, Franchise, or Corporate contact. The GM won’t return my calls. The incident occurred on 9/23 at 10:42pm. The doesn’t close until midnight and the team stated that the [censored] the broiler down at ten. When I pulled into the drive thru the male team member stated that the system was down and that it would be 15 minutes before I could order. When I informed him that I placed my order through the app a female team member stated that the broiler had been shut down and they couldn’t cook my food. I requested that she give me a refund and she stated that she couldn’t I had to contact support. She then called the GM over the building and let me hear him state the same thing. He wasn’t concerned at all about the store not serving customers when she told him that the broiler had been shut down since ten.

Desired outcome: I need a refund and I want to speak with the Franchise or Corporate owner of this location. The horrible treatment of customers at this store must stop.

Burger King - various

Saturday, Jan 18 @ 10:07 am, I placed an order thru the drive thru. Upon paying for my order I was immediately instructed to pull up and wait for my food to be brought out to my car. Only 1 car in front and 2 people inside the facility. After waiting 11 minutes for my food to be brought, no condiments, napkins and I had to request another syrup. I purchased 2 pancake platters for only 2 syrups to be in the bag. Also, no receipt with my paid order. I had to come back and request it. I watched the Jack's restaurant next door complete 5 - 6 prior to my food being brought out. Service is very slow and I believe that they leave out the receipts to discourage complaints. I can not see my family eating at this location again.
