Ashante at this location was unbelievable rude. Slammed the window shut on us twice. We ordered a Rodeo Chicken sandwich. She put it down as a meal. When we got to the window, she handed us a giant soda. I told her she had the wrong order. She argued with us and came back and handed us our two bags and slammed the window shut. We checked the order and found we were missing our large fries we ordered. I walked the order in through the door, and Ashante immediately went to get her manager. She stood there arguing that we ordered a MEAL until William (Manager) handed us a large fries and said he was sorry. Since when is the customer not a priority? Since when does an employee argue with a customer over such a small issue? She should be reprimanded or fired. Her actions will not change by her attitude, and your company will be best served to ask her to move on... Thank you
