Burger King review: cold food after a lengthy wait in drive thru

We ordered the 2 for 10$ meal deal 2 whoppers with cheese 2 fries & 2 drinks. By the time we got to the window, more than 5 minutes, we were given our order and the worker was rude and abruptly shut the window. We weren't given condiments or even straws. The food was cold and bland, the fries had to have been sitting there forever. Could we possibly be given a remake of our meal or equivalent credit?
