Burger King

My husband just brought my children to this facility. He ordered dinner for himself and 2 kids. They ordered 29.54 worth of food. One of the orders was for a 4 piece chicken strips to go (which was for me). They worker even said I will keep it here under the lights to stay warm until you leave. Hubby picked up strips as he left. Got home, opened, only 2 strips in there! Hubby immediately called restaurant to let them know. Manager named Vimo (?) Hubby said was difficult to understand him on phone said, next time you come in 2 strips on me. We live 20 min from this BK so difficult to just drive back to correct order. Didn't ask for our name or # order... nothing. How are we supposed to come back in like a month and just say... hi Vimo (sp?) Said you owe my 2 strips? What if he is not there? Very disappointed that we did not get correct order and even though manager said just tell me when you come back is not really fixing the problem as we do not live close...
