today I ordered the first time from BK near Siheung-Si, Mokgam-Dong-Ro. As we are new customers, me + my boyfriend were maybe confusing the names of the different burgers while ordering via callcenter. After calling again, because the burgers had no shrimps, bacon and mushroom like in the pictures, an employee came home, opened our burgers, checked the ingredients and explained that it is exactly what we ordered. I can understand that but we had to eat our wrong burgers completely cold because we waited until he came to check them. That is so weird. Why don't you trust your customers? I am so disappointed. Now I don‘t want to order ever again.

Paid 22.70 got stale cold food. customer service was horrible both employees had headphones in ears which is a distraction while taking orders in drive thru. I was treated rudely when asked to replace fries for fresh hot ones and missing a cheeseburger. I got home noticed nuggets and mozzarella sticks we're stale and old and hard. Horrible experience.

I have been to the Seaford, De store. I was shocked at how dirty it was, and that is an understatement. If the board of health were to walk in the doors would be closed. We ordered an item and they were out. We tried twice more with replacemeitem which was also out. The ice cream machine was down as well. We finally got just a burger plane. I had to take it back in 3 times before we finally got it plain nothing but cheese. These things are not a really big deal because we won't go back. Please inspect your store it is filthy.
