Burger King breakfast

Stopped this morning to get breakfast to go at the drive-thru, although the young man who took my order was very pleasant; the food was horrible. For the sum of $6.35 I got a waffle sandwich tater rounds and a coffee
The waffle was so hard that I couldn't bite it all i could eat was the sausage off the sandwich, the taters were stone cold.
Since i parked in the parking lot there was no drive time or anything that should have interfered with the quality of the food.
Was going to go in and complain but what good would that do? The best way to get my point across is not to stop there again, there is a McDonalds about two miles away.

Burger King Customer service cashier

On Oct 9th at 539pm I went to get food the cashier named betty took my order then walked off without giving me my receipt with order number I took my receipt from the printer. She then came running across the counter yelling I was stealing from her I told if had done your job I wouldn't be standing here waiting on my receipt the apparent manager came to her aid asking did I want a refund I said yes because I come here everyday and there is always an issue. This is the worst burger king in the world its nasty and the employees are rude and disrespectful in every way.

Burger King food made wrong

This Burger King keeps getting orders wrong. I'm Allergic to onions and I keep telling them to not put any on the burgers when I order. Last night was the last straw. They mixed up mine and the persons that ordered in front of me orders and gave them to other people. They took my receipt so that they can make my order because it wasn't showing on the order board anymore. When I got home with my food, my wife took a look at my burger and it had onions on it and my receipt clearly said no onions and they never gave my receipt back to me when I got my food. If wife did not look at my burger and I would have taken a bit of it, I would be in the hospital. I took the burger back to them and they remade it and it was even wrong. This keeps happening at this Burger King and I'm done with them. I will be going to Burgerville 2 blocks away from this Burger King from now on. The guy last night who ordered before me told his kids that if they asked to go to Burger King again, it's not going to happen and they will go some where else.

Burger King crispy chicken sandwich

I have ordered the crispy chicken sandwich multiple times in the past years. The last couple of years the prices go up and the quality has gone down. The last three I have tried are paper thin and past crispy, pretty much burnt. Very disappointing. They use to be full size chicken breast, it seems now it is just the crispy coating. It WAS my favorite item to order off the menu.

Burger King open times

Your website states 530a however the times on the door states 6am and once the doors are open there are no workers. One of the workers had to tell us there was no cook and the workers come whenever they wish. How can you run an establishment where you are supposed to be running starting at 6am and you have no one. It is not the first time this has happened. Customer service is horrible at this location. The food tastes like the oil hasn't been changed in days. Went in and they had no toppings for the food as well as no nuggets in which they were not to receive shipment till a few days from what I overheard and the workers were happy as they could close early. That is not proper customer service as this location is in a well trafficked area and people expect great service and everyone is just being nonchalant. This location needs to be seriously looked at and reimaged as you will lose a lot of clientele for the poor service.

Burger King employees and managers

Store on Auto Center in Salinas, California is understaffed. When other employees are sent to help from other locations they make it worse not better. Vianca who was helping from another location is always socializing with manager Linette (also from another location), who assigns her easier work, even during rush hour. Linette once had a girl cleaning, manning the front counter and the drive through by herself, while her friend Vianca was told to just "clean the office". Another time during rush hour Linnete had Vianca watching videos in office instead of helping customers. Really? Linnete wants to be district manager but can't even delegate work properly, or fairly for that matter. Employees manning the drive through are pressured by management to keep the timer low even though they are alone manning 2 or 3 areas, doing the work 2-3 people should be doing. Yesterday when Linette left she took our last box of ketchup, leaving us with no ketchup at all. Apparently her location on Sanborn was out of ketchup and she couldn't have that, but it was perfectly fine for the Auto Center location to have none. Are you sure you want to promote this person? These managers are incompetent and unfair. They play favorites and don't know how to properly delegate tasks. Oh, the employees are also pressured into reviewing their location several times by using codes or info found on old receipts customers leave behind. This is dishonest and uncomfortable for employees. The reviews should be honest and from customers, and not because employees are being intimidated by their superiors to fill these out. Catherine, one of the supervisors in the Auto Center location in Salinas, has been pressuring employees to fill these out and asking them to tell their families and friends to do it as well. She even said you can do multiple reviews so they get a good rating. This is shady and unethical. Please please please get better quality supervisors that follow company policies ethically.

Burger King pay/hrs were scrubbed

So I worked there for three weeks and three days, and when I quit I was missing a 56 Hours of pay, An entire week of pay w over time.
Manager says I only worked ther 2weeks and 3days butt w/Bk they hold a check back and pay every 2weeks sooo.. If ur thinking about seeking work there HEADS Up..
My pay was loaded on my card monday after the wednesday I quit. Never the less 56hrs short butt doent the alone employ 1mounth from time of start... 2222Booot...
The scrubed a week b4 my last, Leaving a paper and date trail soo kinda sloppy for a scam arttist. It's a private owned store and it's taking corpprit alil long to deal w the issue but Who just let a 56hrs pay go as a unfortunate blooper.

Burger King refund

I placed an order through the app on 9/23. Arrived at the Panola Rd location in Lithonia. I waiting in the drive thru only to be told that they can not make any fries products. I told them that I placed an order through the app and asked what I could do. I was not offered a substitute but was told I needed to request a refund through the app. I contacted the app on 9/22 and I was referred to Customer Care 8663942493. I contacted them on 9/27 and a case was created. I have not heard a response. I was not provided a direct email/contact number/a name of someone to speak or even a turn around time for these type of issues. I was told to wait, again. I would love to hear from someone that can actually assist with me being compensated for an order that I paid for and did not receive from Burger King.

Burger King both payment and food window employees

I thought I would let you know how shocked I am as to the customer service I receive every morning both at the payment window and the food received window. I have practically stop going in the last few years due to the lack of kindness (others would call customer service). I decided to go once more this morning (10-8-19). Go to the payment window, give my money, receive change - they say nothing, I say thank you, they mumble "ah hu", however you spell that. Go to the receiving window, she hands the bag through the window, looking at her machine, not even acknowledging I'm there, if I need anything in addition too, have a good day, NOTHING. This is not the first time at this location. I also received a cold or I should say slightly warm bacon, egg, cheese biscuit.

This doesn't really mean much now a days, because the lack of customer service extends further than some burger king locations. Its really sad.

Burger King prices

I stopped at this burger king on Sun morning sept 29th well before the breakfast schedule had changed to lunch. First of all i had coupons for 2 for 1 breakfast sandwiches they refused to take. I said ok then asked for 2 for $4.00 and was told they didn't accept that either. I cannot believe That Burger King allows this policy to go on right here in the u.s. Just wanted you to be aware for your coupons not being accepted.

Burger King customer service

While at burger king on Oct 4th 2019 I placed an order only to have me and my daughter being made fun of my daughter works here and Rissa and arianne ALWAYS harass her, but on this day they also were making fun of me I waited a half hour, the manager told them to get our food but they only ignored her and my daughter asked to have our order remade because it was cold they made SNIDE remarks and was still making fun, I did not appreciate an hour and 15 minutes went by we left only to turn around and go back because they didn't put all our order in bag, manager made it right, but a total stranger said Rissa and Arriane proceeded to talk crap on me and my daughter and even called me a [censored] manager made it right but I never saw such rude and unprofessional employees in all my life, I will not buy food there again, I didn't deserve to be made fun of or to have the nasty treatment I got, I hope you do something about those two cause if they keep harassing my daughter i will take it to the authorities and have harassment charges pressed on them and oh she has went to the managers and they don't do anything about it, this is WORK PLACE BULLYING and I will not have my daughter subjected to this, as I said I will press harassment charges if they keep it up. Thank you for your time.

Burger King Going though the drive thru

on october 5th we went through the drive thru between 12 and 1 pm. there were two cars ahead of us. the first cars order was not being taken. it took at least 5 min before that persons order was taken. it was about the same for the second car that was in front of us. when we got to the order tower we were asked to wait and again it took about 5 minutes before our order was taken. a line was forming behind us of about 3 or 4 more vehicles. after we ordered and were going to the pick up window the first of the two cars in front of us was still there waiting. someone finally took the persons money but that person waited almost 10 minuets more for their food. the next person in front of us waited for more than 5 minutes for someone to take the payment for the food. people behind us got very angry and all of them left. the guy immediately behind us started honking his horn and yelled the worst burger king as he was driving away. i finally convinced my husband to leave also. in total we waited almost half an hour in line from delay at the order tower to get to the pick up window. which we never made it totally there. it was disappointing because i really wanted to have the impossible burger again but had to settle for a mcdouble at macdonalds. i don't know why the service was sooooo bad on that day but, i feel i will not go back to this burger king. there was quite a bit of money lost that day from orders that were not paid for because of how slow the drive thru was. as well as food on the grill orders that were not completed. i can only imagine that going inside would not have been any different.

Burger King price of food

While traveling with my wife at McCarran International Airport on September 19, 2019 we stopped by the Burger King inside the Airport. The service line was very slow but that can be expected sometimes. The real problem is price of 2 whoppers, fries and 2 cokes $26.17 which is more than 2 1/2 times what it cost in my home state with a coupon and over 2 times without a coupon. I realize that the cost in Airports is somewhat higher than in other Burger Kings, but I consider the prices at McCarran robbery. Burger King just lost to customers.

Burger King garden burger

I have been eating your Garden Burger for over two decades because of chronic constipation and being a vegan. Its the only plant base burger I can digest that won't make me sick. When your company implemented the Impossible Burger, I was afraid because of black beans might be one of the ingredients inside the plant base burger. I finally tried the Impossible Burger and became sick. I hope your company is not phrasing out the Garden Burger for the Impossible Burger. If so, I cannot eat at Burger King again.

On Sunday, October 6, 2019, I went to a Burger King on Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC requesting a Garden Burger when the male cashier said they no longer sells Garden Burger.

I hope your company can make an exception for customers who really enjoy the taste of the Garden Burger and offer both at the fast food restaurant.

Burger King receipts of purchase

I use the Burger King at 1105 Second Street, Brentwood, CA 94513. The receipts received have been unreadable for months. I have complained but employees have no control. The receipt is readable for 3/4 of the width, but never shows charges or totals. I normally pay by credit card and receipts are important to insure proper & legitamite charges. I am beginning to think this may be on purpose for either tax reasons or to deffraud the public.

Burger King service

7:50 pm on Sunday October 6th eat in order. Store was relatively empty. Condiment/pop/serviette counter was overflowing with garbage. Fruit flies were around the garbage as well as the overflow trays on iced tea. Ketchup was empty. Counter was sticky. I mentioned that the counter was a bit of a mess and there was no ketchup for the fries. The young man gave me packages of ketchup however didn't attempt to resolve the many issues at the condiment counter The 4 young ppl working just needs a manager who can delegate to them to clean up and make the store presentable

Burger King pretzel burger not available / service with an attitude

Went through the drive through on Sat. night about 10:45 pm. Saw all the signs advertising the new Pretzel Bacon Burger. The attendant told me that they were not available. Very disappointed. Proceeded to order the King Bacon burger and placed two orders . I asked a couple of questions so that I could get my burger as I wanted and the attendant quickly gave me an attitude and continuously sighed. It was very antagonistic. She even sighed when I asked that no condiment be provided on one order. Once I approached the pick-up window, she rudely handed me my drink and then walked away having another employee hand me my food. She obviously did not want to wait on me any longer and also showed rudeness to her fellow worker. I guess she did not like someone asking questions about the menu. This was our first time at this location, and due to the terrible service, it will be our last.

Burger King Food/ Appearance

We decided to go to burger king for supper, after long months of not going, due to dirtiness. Order our food, while we were waiting we got our drinks, soda was flat as heck, and nasty, they did get us some out of the fountain machine out back. The lady didnt know how to bag up our food(due to so many orders on screen)I told her which was mine, sat down to eat, only to find a looooong curly black hair cooked into my Whopper! I took it up, and alls I got was sorry about that! I sat there no meal, as the 7 others ate their meal, went and asked for a comment card, they asked what that was. Very unprofessional, NO management on duty. Needless to say, we will not be visiting BK in Houlton, Maine again!

Burger King double charged and would not give my money back!

This has been one of my worst experiences ever!

I won't ever use my debit card at this location! I took my family to lunch at the gainesville location they doubled charged me for my family's meal which was not on my receipt. I called and and with no success of anyone answered phone I went back to the restaurant
And I took my bank statements to the supervisor that was there at the time told the cashier I was speaking to tell me to come back tomorrow which I did and then I came back the next day and spoke to rosa which she said she could not give me money back and she told me this happens quite often and so did the cashier that I spoke to once I drove 30 minutes to get my money back. My $32 meal ended up being $64, this occurred on 9/28 and i'm still waiting to get my money back and it is now 10/6!

Rosa the supervisor told me she had to speak to the manager in order to get my money back due to it being a cc order she couldn't take the funds from the register because she would come up short. I asked why it was ok for you all to take additional money from my account which caused me to come up short but you can't give me my money which was clearly taken without authorization to do so?

She apologized and said she would have eric call me. When eric called me back on the following tuesday at 6pm, this eric character was was rude and clearly unprofessional telling my I need to dispute it with my cc company!

I've been a business owner myself and I would never do this to my customers!

So very rude and not recommended to anyone!

Burger King pretzel king burger

I made an order at the drive through. I ordered a King Double Pretzel Burger. Went I arrived home I found that they made a mistake on my order. They did not give me the King Double Pretzel Burger. It was a Double Whopper. In addition they Did Not give me a receipt and there was No receipt in the bag.

About 90 minutes later I went back and asked to speak with the Manger. Her name is Tiffany Crawford. I explained what happened. Tiffany asked if I had a receipt. I told her I didn't receive it. She didn't believe me. Finally she acknowledged she remembered my order, asked what I wanted. I asked for a credit. She said, "she could not help me without a receipt". She said, I should have called immediately. I told her, "I would have if I had the receipt". She said she could call her general manager her name is Annette Kelly. After getting off the phone with Annette, Tiffany began to ignore me as if I wasn't there. Finally, I got her attention and asked what the general manager said. She told me Annette said not to give me anything.

I feel totally wronged and belittled. This was not my mistake. They didn't provide me with a receipt while at the same time, they messed up my order and refused to correct their mistake. The didn't acknowledge their mistake or give any consideration for my loss.

I will never go back to any Burger King again as a result of this. I will tell everyone I know how rudely I was treated by those who represent Burger KIng.

Really? Like I should open up every wrapped burger. & take out all the fries out the bag in my car, place it in my car seat while the next driver behind me is waiting.for me to drive off. Come on no one does that

What did we learn from this? Check your order before you get to your house 30 minutes away and have lost any evidence of you having bought anything in the first place :)
