Burger King - my order and wait

I moved up to Jacksonville Florida from Miami approximately 7 mos. ago. I receive coupons from time to time for BK products. Today at around 4:30pm I went to the above BK location to get two original chicken sandwiches two small fries per your $4.99 coupon.

I went drive through this time, wherein the order taker woman seemed curt and dry. I waited for the order twenty mins. This is what I got...
