Burger King manager/ rude ness

I had dropped my daughter off for work to get a text from her that she was yelled at by the manager in front of customers and this has happened multiple times to my daughter. And the manager satisfy do not call the upper of the store that she needs to talk to her but every time she feels like she is not being treated the way she is supposed to. She has yelled numerous times at my daughter in front of customers or even if it's in the back you can still hear her when you go to get your order. Every time I try to contact the customer service or make a complaint nothing is being dealt with with that manager. My daughter feels unsafe every time the manager is there and I will not tolerate my daughter being yelled at that is not how you treat a co-worker and I've seen her deal with coworkers that not my daughter and came out crying because she's talking to them rudely.

Burger King customer service

My wife and I came through the drive thru and ordered 1 ice cream cone, my wife wanted one too once we got to the window. The girl in the window made the cone and gave it to my wife out of the window. She handed her the card to pay for it and the girl stated that we needed to drive around to order the ice cream cone. We said no so the girl took the cone and threw it in the trash. My wife was very upset and never wants to come back. Plus on top of that they're not giving out receipts. The service was totally unprofessional and unpleasant.

Burger King french fries

10-15-2019 2:12 pm Burger King #23859 order #96 The assistant manager Edgar took my order, which included no salt fries. That request was made due to the health problem of high blood pressure. He gave me my hamburgers while I would wait for the fries to cook. Before the fries were about to be picked up, I tried to get the assistant managers attention to ensure no salt on the fries. I was continuously ignored. The fries were quickly picked up with a scooper previously used for salted fries putting salt on my fries. They were put in the bag and put on the counter by someone other than Edgar. I tasted the fries they were salty. I told Edgar they were salty. He said she didn't put salt on them. He came over and snatched the bag with an attitude, told me to calm down. I told him this was not right, because he could cause someone to get sick, cause the franchise to have a lawsuit, and lose his job. He turned his back, and never acknowledged me after that. Started talking to others in his language, which was rude. Others completed my order again and gave it to me. It is often that the customer service at this Burger King location is terrible, yet it is at this time I am putting in a complaint, in hopes that such poor service will not continue to happen.

Burger King abusive behavior by burger king's employee named hailey

On October 2, 2019, Burger King's employee named Hailey refused to give me a refund after my chicken sandwich was burned and not edible. She has a nasty attitude and dramatically pointed to a sign that said no refunds. She claimed it was going to be a 20 minute wait for another chicken sandwich because of a large drive-thru order she was complaining about to her co-workers. All the while, the rest of my order was getting cold and she refused to remake it. While I was trying to get a refund, my husband was eating alone.
This employee was extremely rude, abusive and hateful and doesn't belong in the customer service business.

Burger King Absolute embarrassment

Twice in the past week, I have visited this location. On the first visit, last Tuesday, my visit was at 7:40 PM. I pulled into the drive thru, where I sat idle for 15 minutes. Thankfully I was the last car in the line and had the opportunity to back out. I entered the restaurant where i encountered a line from the counter to the door. A manager immediately instructed the cashier to "stop taking orders." I waited approximately 5 more minutes before abandoning this venture.

Today my family and I returned at 12:40 PM. The drive through was backed out to the entrance, so again I went inside. 3 people in line ahead of me, and 4 people clearly waiting for food near the soda machine. Again, the manager instructed the cashier to "stop taking orders." I immediately left, as we were going to an appointment.

I have a degree in culinary arts and restaurant management. I have NEVER instructed staff to stop taking orders, and this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant? What an absolute embarrassment. I suggest you send someone from corporate into this location to get them back on track, because they will continue to lose customers of this continues.

I certainly don't need to go back.

Burger King bec crois x 2

I ordered 2 B/C crois, got my food, and both sandwiches were cold, one sandwich had 1 piece of bacon and a crumbled piece and the other one only had 2 pieces. Tried to do the survey and I couldnt read the numbers to submit a survey. I have worked at BK and I know the sandwiches are supposed to be hot and have at least 3 pieces of bacon unless that has chnaged but this is very disappointing

Burger King burger and onion rings

My purchase was made at store #22557 niagara falls ont, 10-13-2019. I had a bacon whopper and not cooked properly onion rings that after I ate went to my hotel room and threw up. Never in my 20 years or so of ordering food from Burger king have I had this happen to me, just shocked and disappointed at the quality of food I received and the best part is that nobody cares and that's what is making me write this review. I have attached a sales receipt and would like to speak to 1. Someone that cares and 2. Someone that will be able to do something about the uncomfortable and unpleasant situation I was put into really. Not only did I end up paying more that usually for my food because I was at Niagara falls I threw up like nobody's business and that is what pissed me off the most. So please get back to me thanks. Burger King impossible whopper

I ordered online in September 11, 2019 on the app I ordered an impossible whopper combo with cheese when I got to the restaurant I was told they did not have anymore impossible whoppers and could not give me a refund because it was a mobile order and to call the 1-800 number I call 6 times and was told the dept that handles app orders would get back to me well it's a month later and no one has gotten back to me ! They stole my money I will never us their mobile app again to pay for my meal what a rip off. They keep saying they get a lot of complaints but they have my number and email. Address and will get back to me

Burger King sgl pretzel king combo

My first complaint is to see how dirty the place was, tables, floor, restrooms, etc etc.
We order the Single Pretzel King Combo and when the food was ready they gave us the wrong product, they took it back and the only thing they change was the bread and it was COLD, the fries were fry in dirty oil and there were soak in oil and soggy, we took a couple of bites and we throw it away. The crew were yelling at each other and talking extremely loud, It was so disappointing since I had a guest from out of the country

Burger King commercial

The recent Burger King commercial about the impossible whopper concerns me. In the commercial, a man says, "I'm a damn fool." I am a teacher, and I strive daily to teach my kids about the importance of using kind, appropriate words. It is hard to reinforce expectations when businesses such as yourself use profanity in commercials. Kids are listening. Please use greater care in your selection of words when broadcasting to such a varied audience. Thank you.

I think the commercial has to be understood in the context of what the founder of Whole Foods said about plant based meat substitutes. Eating beef, or eating a traditional veggie patty made out of beans, onions, etc., is infinitely more healthy than the chemical-laden products that "bleed" and try to imitate the flavor and texture of meat. The actor in the commercial is alluding to this; if you ingest one of these hideous frankenstein patties, you are in fact, "a damned fool".

I agree that it’s your job to parent and teach your kids right from wrong. But, when I want to watch football on Saturday and Sunday and the background TV is so loud and my three year old starts saying “I’m a damn fool” that irritates me a bit. Yes, I tell her it’s an unkind word and to not use it. However, she is three... you can’t expect her to never say it again... this doesn’t make anyone a snowflake... it makes us involved parents noticing negative rhetoric on TV which we are clearly monitoring. It should be removed or blurbed out.

Burger King meal, service and bathroom

My fiancé and I visited this particular Burger King for breakfast on Sunday morning, oct 13 2019@ 10:01am. Our order number was 37. I myself ordered a chicken biscuit combo. After rang up and paid the cook proceeds to raise his voice at the cashier stating they were out of biscuits. I agreed to have my chicken put on a croissant roll. My fiancé ordered a bacon, egg and cheese combo. We get our meal and sit down to eat. I hold my croissant only to feel just bread so I open it and my chicken is so small any young child would think it was a nugget. I was absolutely floored and laughed at how they could even serve that with a straight face. I go to ask the girl to exchange my chicken and she tells me that all their chicken is that small but she could look for a bigger piece. I told her to just forget it. My fiancé opens his croissant and the bacon is two absolutely thin, dehydrated pierces of bacon and the cheese not melted and completely fake looking. Our tater rounds almost cold. We spent $12.51 to leave hungry and knowing we could have gone anywhere else and gotten 100% better. I then go to the bathroom to only see blood on the backside of the toilet. I have never experienced this level of breakfast bad and it definitely shows that Burger King will take your money with giving in return the least amount possible. My fiancé has definitely gotten a mindset of never eating there again.

Burger King terrible service

The manager at this Burger King is absolutely horrible. I go to this Burger King once a week to pick up lunch for my elderly father who is unable to drive. Twice in the last month I have driven through the drive-through, to be told rather ubruptly through the speaker "my drive-up is closed, come inside to order." When I DO go inside, the service is as slow as a snail. I can't believe how long I have to wait for a simple order of a cheeseburger and fries. There's hardly anyone there, and yet I'm waiting forever for my order. Once, when driving through the drive-up, I forgot to order the French fries. When I got to the window, I asked if she could please ring me up for a quick bag of fries. She refused to do so, even though there was absolutely NO ONE else in the drive through line behind me. She's not even pleasant about it when she refuses service or closes her drive up window for no apparent reason other than she probably needs a break. The entire community of Rancho San Diego is talking on Facebook about how much this Burger King lacks good service. Many many people are no longer going there. The talk online is pretty bad. If I were you, I'd consider a new manager. This BK is really going downhill. After last week's incidence of "my drive through is closed", I took my business 3 miles down the freeway to Carl's Junior. Your BK manager just lost herself a weekly loyal customer. I'm done. Just thought you'd like to know.

Burger King customer service/ food

I arrive at this location a little after 11:15 to order lunch for my children and I. In the back of my mind I thinking the customer service will be horrible, but I give them another chance. I order my food and the tone of the cashier was horrible she didn't ask me my name and just over didn't have a pleasant tone. I politely gave her $50 bill. She yell for the manager (LOUDLY) across the restaurant. The manager name is Rodney. He gave me change for my $50. My food was warm. I returned my food due bad customer experience. There was two women who had a bad attitude. I returned my food, the manager gave my money back and didn't try to problem solve. There's was no apology. Rodney should lead by example maybe his employees would have a better attitude.

Burger King food

I went to visit Burger King location store number 3 4 5 6 and it was terrible I ordered two cheeseburgers two chicken Juniors two small fries and a large Coke. Now when I got my order the two cheeseburgers we're terrible the bun was hard and actually burnt on the top the chicken jr. Was a hard as well and she only gave me one instead of two. And on the cheeseburger for the bun to be burnt the cheese wasn't even melted on there it was a terrible experience the food was not even edible that was a total waste of my money never will I go to that location again these people need to get it together

Burger King customer service issue

On Oct 7th 2019 I entered the burger king in Phoenix az off 19th ave and the 101 freeway. When I got home all the food felt and looked like it had been sitting there for over an hour cold, hard even the bread hard like a rock could not even eat it and the meals I ordered were for my children. Immediately called the location addressing the issue. I came back a few days later due to it being an inconvenience for me to go all the way back there. But when I did the manager on duty was very rude and had a bad attitude even with me presenting my receipt. It is about customer satisfaction 100% and that day it was not. I would appreciate it if something could be resolved about this as soon as possible.

Burger King herb/ manager

My daughter was fired unfairly Herb the store manager. He continuously singled her out when there are others who have missed way more days than she has. When she was hired she made it known that she was a Senior at Franklin Military Academy. He claims that she was written up multiple times for calling out and that is not true. She would not have had to call out had the managers in the store communicated properly because she always notified them in advance about days that she would need off to participate in fun raising activities for her school that she is required to for certain credits to graduate Military School. Any day she missed was due to school activities that she had no choice but participate in and she always notified them in advance, if she was written up she was not properly notified. Her name is Angel she came in on days off always stayed latesl when asked even though she had school and also had to take public transportation home sometimes past 10:30 pm. If I have to I will make this public she deserves to keep her job and in necessary transferred to a new location. My name is Sharmaine if I am not contacted by someone I plan on taking this to the news because it's unfair especially when the managers are the one's who are not communicating properly. Thank you

Burger King unethical behavior

After sitting in the driver thru line for 25 minutes, the girl, and I believe it was the manager, had a pink phone in her hand using it, put down her nasty phone on the counter where food goes, ran her fingers through her hair, then picked up a French fry container and filled it with my fries.
When she handed me my food, I nicely told her she what she had done and she interrupted me and pushed the window shut then locked it while I was talking.
A phone is one of the dirtiest things you can handle, and she should not have been handling that and the food at the same time! and her attitude was unacceptable! She was a young brown haired white girl. The lady working the window was very apologetic and nice, but the other girl was horrible. I went inside to get different, clean, fries, and she completely ignored the fact that I was standing there. A blonde haired lady helped me and gave me clean fries. If the other girl is the manager you should fire her. First for not having staff on hand, second for having her nasty phone on the food lines, third for touching her hair and her phone before handling food, especially open French fries, and fourth for her horrid attitude and shutting the window in my face while I was trying to get clean food! Totally unacceptable! I will never go back to this store ever. And I am, WAS, a frequent customer.

Burger King restroom

I am an off duty Police Officer and I went into Burger King on 20800 Groesbeck Hwy to get lunch and use the restroom. Myself and another lady asked repeatedly for assistance in getting the restrooms unlocked. All 3 African American workers ignored us, refused to open the restroom and we left! This is totally unacceptable! It is a public restaurant and the restrooms both said restrooms only for paying customers I didn't want to purchase my food and then use the restroom and leave my food alone I have never been to a restaurant in my life that the restrooms in a public restaurant where restrooms were only for paying customers. I have never been treated like this at a fast food restaurant in my life!

Burger King everything

This is the most Disgusting Burger King i ever been to. There's trash everywhere flies everywhere the employees down to the manager are rude they dont care about how the store look theres only one white guy i see that works there dont do nothing but run around trying to clean because it so dirty. Asked him if he was the manager he said he was not he's just PT he should be because hes the only one cares.

Burger King drive thru and employee lack of respect

Last night about 10 p.m. I went to my local Burger King used the drive-thru attempted to pay for my order with two gift cards both have a balance of 15 each my order was less than 20 she told me my cards were decline for insufficient funds even when I showed her she attempted nothing now manager or anything and ask for my drinks like she really needed those they were going to have to go in the trash anyway very poor respect for customers I will not be going back there horrible service.
