Charged for a free burger
To whom it may concern, I noticed on my receipt that I was charged $3.48 for a Whopper..I had completed a survey for a free Whopper and it was not subtracted. Plus the cashier did not give me the larger coke which I thought was packaged up too. Is there any chance I can get the money back for the overcharge? Thank you very much. Pictures attached. Burger King #2505 Railroad Ave Pittsburgh CA on 8-23-20 I arrived in the drive thru at 2:15 pm I was the 5th car from pick up window after sitting in line for 30 minutes I finally got to the order point at 2:47 pm I tried to place order with coupon #8971 I was told that the grill was down and all I could order was crispy chicken or fish yukk I was very upset because I wasted over thirty minutes of gas and was told they had NO MEAT ! No one came out to let us know that the grill was down nor did they compensate me in no way finally at 3:10 pm I got my order after 50 minutes of wasted gas I had to spend $24.76 but if the grill was working and I ordered what I came for the cost would have been less than $20.00 I am a disabled over 55 displaced due to the COVID 19 Pandemic living in my car I was so frustrated and crying .hot smoke from the fires sitting in the drive thru at Burger King for Almost a complete hour .I would like some type of compensation it costs money to get gas it was very inconvenient please help resolve this matter

The Ironwood Michigan Burger King parking lot has so many DEEP Potholes. They are about 5 inches deep. The Potholes are unmissable in the entrance/exit to the shopping center and mall. A truck could make it in. A car will bottom out in the terrible Potholes covering the entrance/exit to the Shopping Center Complex... Hello, The Burger King restaurant in Ironwood, MI, 906.932.7232. There are yard-sized potholes in the entry/exit drives at the alley exit/entry driveway. These potholes are 4 to 5 inches deep. They are about a yard-sized proportion round. I almost blew my tires as I tried to drop into and then climb out of the potholes. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO MISS. EVERYBODY HITS THEM!!!

When it was time to deliver my order, the staff blew into the bag to open it. No masks or gloves in sight. Staff was very surly about not wearing mask and refused to refund or remake my order until I made a fuss about it. Restaurant was at or near 1376 International Speedway Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 I guess its back to McDonalds, although I did like their onion rings, but I won't get sick over them.

We gad used the app for the first time and when we got home I check my card and see the same transaction number twice. My wife contacts them through the app and they say 3-5 business day that was ten days ago. We contacted someone else and they say just to wait longer

I had to sit in the line for 40 mins with a total of 4 cars in the drive through. My burger was not cooked all the way through but more Importantly I am allergic to cheese. I tried to report this to the manager Amy who was very unhelpful. I had to wait for 10 mins for her to come out disoriented and all over the place, just for her to tell me I cannot have my money back and think it's okay for me to wait another 20 mins to get another burger.
The chicken nuggets for way over cooked, literally hard as bricks, bricks!. How? When they are set to a timer store 1170 on Pulaski highway is not being ran properly at all. Visited 2 separate B.K.s in 2 day. None of the employees were wearing there masks. Some had a mask down around their neck. My main concern was the young man actually preparing the food! I frequent BK several times a week. I moved to another BK location as the one I usually go to was slacking on customer service. Today I went to the one off S Dupont Hwy. My receipt has no store number or manager name. I am so disappointed in BK. It is not all the girls. Just a few have made me not want to go back. Todays experience was over a cup of ice. I asked for a large and was given a baby cup. I asked for a bigger cup of ice . The girl told me you have to pay for it. I said"ok" she told I cannot take your money here.
