This complaint is in regards to Burger King number 10755 located in Holmen Wisconsin. I picked up my food at 3:42 p.m. on October 5th through the drive-thru. I was on my way to another appointment so I started eating my Burger King meal number one right away. To my surprise the fries were cold the Whopper was barely warm plus I never heard one please nor thank you during the time I ordered nor the time I was at the drive-up window. If I wouldn't have been in a hurry for another meeting I definitely would have went back and demanded my money back. this is not the first time this has happened but it's the first time that I'm issuing a complaint. The workers there to me seem lazy and rude not only to me but a lot of my friends have also experienced the same issues.

I think you guys should still give Senior citizens discount. After all if not for us citizens there would no young guest coming in Burger king to order a famous whopper. so please put it back on our orders and if not there will be a lot of us go to McDonald to eat. now days even a little change saved is still good. thanks, sue. a lot of us are just riding around and we go by Burger king and look over and can smell the whoppers so we pull in and order food
Milkshake machine
Starting 14 months ago, the Burger King location in Erie, CO, started having trouble keeping their milkshake machine running. The problem continues through today and has only gotten progressively worse. They need either a new milkshake machine or a new franchisee. The area is developing and fast food competition is stiffening. It's getting easier to get out of the drive-up line and go elsewhere.
Lobby complaint
Bay Minette Burger King has a sign stating the lobby is open. When approaching the door there were signs indicating which door was the entrance and which was the exit. Both doors were locked. If the lobby is still closed then take down the signs saying it's open. Thanks

9/17/20 stopped & got the 2/$5 chicken and fish sandwich & an oreo shake. Took the first drink & got a mouth full of long blond hair and what I can only describe as possibly skin (the size of a thumb nail). I have never pulled over to vomit so quickly in my life.
