Hello, at 8:36 am today 8/21/20 I ordered 2 items. The first item was an Egg normous burrito with NO Sauce. Of courcse for the third time in last 2 months they got it wrong. Once again they put that spicy sauce on it, which my girl friend hates. Really how hard is it to make a burritto with "NO Sauce". Thus I have to drive all the way back to the BK and return it for a new one. Well I'm here to tell you that it's getting old for it's a 10 minute drive there and another ten back. Plus there's my Gas usage . You would think that the manager would come over and apologize or even the teller. But per usual I got no apology and I'm sick and tired of how those people run the BK. I feel like they're discriminating against me because I'm a white person. My Receipt says BK# 88, 5405 Sheldon Road, Tampa, FL 33615. Another horrible mourning experience due to your BK.
