Waited 10 min in line to place order Then another 5 min to the next window.. Cashier was trying his best, but the manager at the window, wow... No smile, no sorry for the delay, how is your day, nothing! Then I get home, with no Rodeo burgers and the coldest and hardest fries. By the time it all came out it was cold. I was not about to get in line again. We are 6 generations in this town so we were3 pleased to get a BK but that store is need of GOOD management. Please fix our BK?! I want it to succeed and stay around. Im sure the owner would not be pleased. Thank you.
