Burger King - Horrible workers all should be fired

If I can give this place a big fat zero i would. Today with my 5 yr old child who is now traumatized was disrespected in the most bad way. At the drive thru the guy never welcome us he had a bad attitude from the jump. Once I placed my order he didnt say the cost or pull up. When I pulled up to the window I asked for his name he said Chris then I ask if he was the manager he said yea with an attitude then I ask for his manager he refuse I told him I'm calling cooperate that he needs to fix his attitude once I told him that he snatch the food n curse at me with spit flying out his mouth onto my face for he wasnt wearing no mask. Of course I didnt tolerate that so I spoke my mind and that's when he call the police because he spit and curse at me with no mask on and my child who is 5 who I dont curse in front off crying scared. This man could have hiv aids or covid 19 now I'm scared and got to get tested. I spoke to cooperate and they telling me it will take up to a week b4 anything can be done I'm like what. He can do it to someone else and that person might b the 1 to end him. I'm calling me a lawyer tomorrow to seek legal action for me and my child. And Im going to the precinct to file assault for spitting at me. I was shaking for I have health problems now I'm more worried this monster could have give me covid 19. I worked at so many places and u get fired right there not a week or weeks for something like that. And they have bad reviews n they dont reply cuz they dont care. Btw he's a short chubby male he looks like he's Mexican, Indian or phillipines very feminine especially in his voice

Burger King - french fries

10-15-2019 2:12 pm Burger King #23859 order #96 The assistant manager Edgar took my order, which included no salt fries. That request was made due to the health problem of high blood pressure. He gave me my hamburgers while I would wait for the fries to cook. Before the fries were about to be picked up, I tried to get the assistant managers attention to ensure no salt on the fries. I was continuously ignored. The fries were quickly picked up with a scooper previously used for salted fries putting salt on my fries. They were put in the bag and put on the counter by someone other than Edgar. I tasted the fries they were salty. I told Edgar they were salty. He said she didn't put salt on them. He came over and snatched the bag with an attitude, told me to calm down. I told him this was not right, because he could cause someone to get sick, cause the franchise to have a lawsuit, and lose his job. He turned his back, and never acknowledged me after that. Started talking to others in his language, which was rude. Others completed my order again and gave it to me. It is often that the customer service at this Burger King location is terrible, yet it is at this time I am putting in a complaint, in hopes that such poor service will not continue to happen.
