Burger King Online ordering

I made my order online. Went thru the drive thru. They asked me to pull up so other customers could get by. Literally Noone behind me. I pulled up. Brought me the wrong order asking me if this is my order. So I opened. Not my order gave me someome else's order that I physically had to open to see. Got tired of waiting after 35 mins. Went inside my order was just sitting there. Got it as soon as I went inside. After sitting for 35 mins cold and soggy. Gave me a sauce that had puncher in it. Absolutely terribly.

Burger King Customer service

Yesterday I pulled into the drive though upon making my order they asked me to pull to the front it was going to take a few extra minutes, I was lime fine, not a problem, I waited about 10 minutes before I went inside where I was told I still have to wait, sure no problem. Waited another 10 minutes and I noticed how dirty the back looked so I asked for my money back I was given a refund and they still wanted to give me the food I said no thak you and pushed it away next thing the manager called me a racist I asked what makes you say that considering there was no back and forth I didn't have a bad attitude she told me I was racist because they were all Black and I was white next thing I know I was being yelled at in a threatening manner from the man In tbe back to the point that he followed me out of tbe store and assaulted me the police came I decided not to press charges and I add the manager and cashier continued to call me names I for one will never go to a burger King again In fear of my safety and I am still on the fence about contacting a lawyer I will decide after a response form this complaint if no response comes in a timely manner I will proceed and get an incident report from tbe police and go to my lawyer I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com

Desired outcome: All shift workers be terminated

Burger King Bad BK Location

I have been eating at Burger King for my entire life and have pretty much enjoyed consistency from one BK to another all over the USA. However, the BK that is closest to my home, the one at Exit 130 on I20 in Greensboro, Georgia is consistently horrible. It has been open for around 3 years. The first time I visited this BK and ordered meals for two to take home, one of the Whoppers did not have any meat on it. I chalked it up to being new and in the start up phase. I have visited this BK over 10 times since then and have been disappointed each time. The staff is never courteous. They act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. They do not include napkins or condiments unless you ask for them. On at least two occasions, the drink machines were not working, out of Coke. They serve everything in bags for inside dinning, no trays. The location is dirty inside and out. The outside landscaping is dead and the grass areas are just weeds. I don't usually complain, but this BK is terrible and we will not go back there again.

Desired outcome: I believe in constructive criticism and hope this will lead to improvement.

Burger King Cost between locations

Hello my name is erin foesieri love hitting up burger king when out and about.
The cost jump between stores has left me with a eating elsware feeling.
On aug / 6 / 2021 in reddeer alberta #12742 my usual bacon king meal was 12.80$ total
on aug / 7 / 2021 in camrose alberta #24427 my usual bacon king meal was 14.29$ total
now i am aware this is only $1.50 but i feel i shouldn't have to shop around for what should seemingly be the same price at the same chain.

Burger King constant bad service

The Burger King in West haven CT on the corner of Elm St and Campbell, there are constant problems with them giving the wrong change, receiving cold food after waiting 20 mins after paying, them asking you to swing around and someone will bring your order to you! This time NOBODY came out! I had to go in with my pajamas and slippers to get my forgotten order, Had to start screaming for my order which I could clearly see was sitting there!. incident was on 8/7 Approximately 9:00pm.
Your hiring illegals and the elderly.
No problem with the elderly other than they CANNOT handle the surges that comes on the weekend evenings. This has a negative trickle down effect as you SHOULD imagine! (when I say elderly, I mean over 70 yr old women.)
The illegals... The one I experienced that night was the one who took my order, she barely spoke English and was VERY nasty! Enough is Enough!
I would like a response to this complaint.

Desired outcome: find out who was working that night. 3 people. 1 Spanish women 1 old blk women 1young blk man. Spanish women GOT to GO!!!

Burger King I'm complaining about the burger I just ordered wasn't fully cooked

I just ordered a crispy veg burger today 8th August 2021 at 7:41 pm in Ajmer Rajasthan and it was uncooked so I called burger king and they decided not to take any action against it they told me to complain about zomato as I ordered through it but the bread wasn't made by zomato and I have all the evidence the bill and the pictures of the burger so I want them to action or else I'll go more further into it

Website and laminate paper posted on the drive through intercom clearly stated open until 10:00 PM on Saturdays. Arrived at 9:15 pm to be told by the manager the restaurant is closed. Told me to go elsewhere. I do not know why this complaint needs to be 350 characters to get some eyes on it. Closing down a hour early because you feel like it is wrong.

Burger King Food and employee was very rude

I went through the drive thru in Frostburg md 21532 and ordered the cha'king meals for two i ordered regular and spicy the toppings were all over in the sandwich bags spicy sauce all over both coverings for sandwiches they were cold and fries were soggy and received wrong drinks when I asked to have them replaced they said they couldn't they was to busy and the girl said it wasn't her job to replace the food order and I would have to deal with it. Really? I have never had a problem with this location before .. please fix this problem we do order quite a bit from there even if it's just a drink or dessert. Thank you for your time. It is rude of you to call her a girl when she is probably over 18. If the adult woman cannot fix the order she can't fix the order. Nothing rude about stating the truth. Someone who is immature should not be referring to adult women as girl.

Oh my I have never seen such sad service in the world at the burgerking in Kerrville Texas their managers are playing around inside and can't even welcome you right to your store. Burger King Whooper's

We purchased 2 whopper meals july 23, 2021. They were cold un edible cold burgers. The french fries were also cold. Tasted like the night befores food.
We also had purchased 2 whopper meals on june 1st. They had no french fries, no pop containers. All we got was the burgers.
I love burger king but we continue to get cold food from there.
It might not be much to some people but we are retired on a fixed income .

Desired outcome: 4 WHOPPER MEALS

Burger King Whopper Jr and onion rings

Went about 20 minutes ago to the BK in Mounds View MN
My order was a medium Onion Ring and a whopper Jr, lookslike someone started to scoop fries and then added the onion rings on top that were ice cold. That whopper jr was smaller then a regular hamburger and so dried out.
Burger King used to be very good, if they continue like they are that store will be no longer open. No receipt to even call them back

Burger King Broken cash register?

I was at a BK on Airline Dr. yesterday. I had a coupon for the Family Meal Bundle for $12.99 and a coupon for 2 Whopper jr.s with small fries for $3.99. The employee told me the price was $26.00. That's $9.00 tax on a $17.00 order. Needless to say I did not get the order. I had the employee take the $3.99 order off & somehow that brought the cost down to $14.00 & change. I don't understand that kind of math. How exactly do you calibrate your machines?

Burger King Service

I ordred a whopper no mayo and large onion ring but was giveen a whopper soaked in mayo and a small fry instead I called person on phone said they will give me correct order next time and a note was left on file and with manager im in I went in tonight to get my order ni record of this was on hand asnd no note was left I can not eat mayo so I throw it out as they said the fries even though not what I ordered were cold and hard

Was there on 7/31/2021 for lunch. Staff was lackadaisical in attitude/attention to service. The only staff member that seemed competent was the gentlemen that took my order. Filthy, my shoes stuck to floor. All tables needed cleaning. Fries, dried ice cream/catsup. Crumbs & fries from previous diners. Hope I don't ptomaine!!! Will not go back

Burger King Poorly made food

Poor service poor quality of food
We ordered a whopper and original chicken sandwich, the whooper was cold it had very thick onions the sauce was on a small portion of the burger and the burger patty was paper thin as was the chicken patty the chicken was very overcooked and had a couple dots of mayonnaise the chicken was cold as well, as to the fries they were cold and very little amount which we ordered med size. This was a drive thru order and at 11am it was not busy the food should of been hot and fresh, as for the price we paid for the food It should of been made right
Burger King has always been our fast food favorite but unfortunately one to many times we have had poor food quality at the Littleton NH Burger King

Burger King survey code

I had bad service at a burger king location in new castle delaware ( long wait in drive thru- 45 minutes, since not enough workers to open inside sales ) so i took the survey, wrote the code number down on my receipt. a few weeks later i drove to burger king location in middletown, de for my free whopper with purchase. placed my order and handed receipt with code number to cashier. they told me that i had to have an app on my phone ? they didn't know what the code number was on the receipt. after trying a few times explaining about the survey code. walked out empty handed. not happy at all with last two visits at burger king, guess i'll have to find a different burger to start liking.
