Employees at store bad attitudes and cussing at customers during my visit there. Customer allegedly states an employee who has a bad attitude had stolen his card numbers and made some sort of purchase. Another day she was rude towards myself and son. They closed store down somewhat. Early during a holiday and had customers turned away once we got to drive thru window. Rather than make a barrier at a specific closing time, we waited thirty minutes before 10 pm for food and were turned away cussed at by drive thru by same employee accused of theft. Then this last visit lunch time a colleague and me went to drive thru gave our specific order and came out with a burger which was overloaded with mayo. And onions. Heavy mayo and onions. Doesn't mean overload it. It was sloppy service and not prepared as usual as Burger King standard. Meat was burnt on one side, very cold to touch. Bun wasn't even warm. We ended up not having a bit of a bag of chips for lunch due to time. I want a refund!
Desired outcome: Refund and corporate to investigate their ratings and resteraunt issues about food preparation and hire better managers
