Burger King The whole store.

The store in Watertown ct. is awful. It's disgusting not clean the windows are covered in finger prints the inside is a mess. The outside is so gross. It should be closed down. They never have anything. Something is always broke there is garbage outside ground near drive thru. Looks like soda thrown on the building. In desperate need of a cleaning crew and some attention. Healy department is the next complaint being made

Burger King Lying staff

Hello former manager here from the east Peoria location. Unless y'all got rid of one of the three burger meats I'm pretty sure your employees decided to be lazy and tell me they were out of jr meat for a simple bacon cheese burger which comes on a regular burger, not jr meat and proceeded to argue with me. Highly unprofessional. I expect something to be done about this. If I would have done it back in my day id have been fired.

Burger King BK APP and receiving my order NOT the way I asked for it!

First off - the BK app is horrible~~~twice I tried to use it for the2/$5.00 deal and both times I had to just drive up and order and the app never finished the request.

Secondly - twice at the BK on CR 512 in Sebastian, FL I ordered an Impossible Whopper PLAIN (I have allergies to Mayo and other toppings) and BOTH times when I got home (12 miles from BK) the tops of the buns had been scraped of mayo - that's how you get SICK! Are you kidding me?

The 2nd time it happened I checked the burgers in the parking lot and brought the products back into the store - the manager never apologized, he just tossed the burgers in the trash and made a replacement.

What kind of (UN) customer service are you teaching your staff?

Desired outcome: I would like a refund on my orders (totaling over $15.00)

Burger King Product and Service

I stopped at Burger King #2028, 1198 Gray Hwy Macon, Georgia. We put in our order at 7:20 pm and did not get our order until 8:06 pm. We sat in line over forty minutes. The order was cold and some of it was wrong. The employee at the window did said sorry for the long wait and thank you and come back. Did not say nothing at all. $10.70 Michael Brezial

Burger King Free wifi stops the use of dating sites?

I am in Murfreesboro, TN at Burger King on S. Church St. Across from it is McDonald's, Arby's, Taco Bell, all offering free Wi-Fi internet! However I have a dating site I frequent often looking for a love! I cannot access my site?
I am a male 71 yr old and never seen a more biased internet server! The administrator said they blocked all dating sites?
So I typed in this phrase: "I am gay can I connect" I was allowed to connect to the site in the photo or screen shot I took of the connection site for gay's!
You can rest assured I will not buy anymore of your butt [censored]ing food!
I am ashamed to even call that place run by humans!

Burger King Sausage egg & cheese biscuit

I stopped in at the burger king in Bradford Pennsylvania this morning for a sausage egg & cheese biscuit. what a bad idea. I first received a sausage egg & chees biscuit that had a undercooked sausage patty that was virtually raw in the middle. So, I went back and they replaced the sandwich with another one that was so foul tasting my dog wouldn't even eat it. I don't know if it was the bath in old grease or the sausage was just spoiled. This Burger King has continually been going down hill for the past two years. Congratualations, they've just lost another customer...

Burger King My meal, and the service at the drive thru

Visited the Burger King in Clearfiied, Pa at 5:45 pm on 9/15/21, used the drive thru, Ordered. (2) #1 meals (whopper with cheese, fries and drink, large Size. Total of order $13.99. We were told we had to Pay cash, no credit! Cards! Very rude person shoved two drinks out the window, dripping with. Soda on the outside! The rude person then shoved the bag of food out the window, saying nothing! No thank you or come again or here is your order! And no receipt! Fries had no salt on them, burgers were loaded with pickles and very little other veggies. Overall worst visit ever!

Burger King texas double combo pricing

so i ordered the texas double combo medium size and on the menu board it read 7.99 and maybe making it a medium could have made it 8.99 or even 9.99 i also ordered a jelopeno bite side a 4 piece my total came to 13.85 while i was eating i read my reciept and realized they charged me 12.79 just for the combo, i proceeded to the counter asking about the price difference and all they said was corporate changed the pricing and it doesnt match the menu board yet not even trying to make it right...

Desired outcome: i want burger king to make it right with me and others that go to that resteraunt either credit me or something it was not right...

No welcome pulling up to order, which is fine...

Like what the heck I thought. No manners what so ever. No total. No please or thank you...
This individual should not be working in customer service.
I was actually annoyed by her rude manners, very rude and abrupt. I was just going to pull away...
Person, a male, who took my money was polite. But after that experience with the ignorant rude one left me annoyed for some time afterwards.. this BK is situated at
Barton & centennial in hamilton, ontario. Incident happened at approx. 130 pm on wednesday sept 15 2021.
I will not ever go back to that BK again nor anyother one in near future.

Burger King Customer service

9/8/21 Bk located at 1101 N Park Brenham Tx 77833 @ 2:57 p.m. Michael aka Mike per his badge was very rude to me but I kept being nice to him! I ask for fresh food he stated, "it should be fresh" however the burger and fries were cold I observed him fill and pour out the foamy coke about 4 times. He walked off soon as he gave by bag then peeed back as I was checking my food I had to wait until another worker came to the window as I waved and blew the horn. He got Michael I asked for a refund he was still rude. He acted as if he didn't want to be at work. Never had a problem before at any BK. He need Customer Service Skills. Thanks

Burger King Action to be taken

I was in Burger King in Dundalk retail park Friday 10th of September 1900hrs with my children were we often go as a treat.

We got are food and decided to sit in the building in designated seating

A member of staff called Issac who came over and asked me for my vaccine passport I told him I didn't have one, due to a medical condition as I am a military veteran, but we would take note of Burger King's rules for future reference and finish our food and leave... He then asked me for a medical letter or medical details, which I told him under Irish GDPR rules I did not have to present to him as he was not a doctor

The member of staff left 2mins later the member of staff came back with the manager and they asked me and my children to leave, my older daughter walked out upset... I sat and told them I was finishing my food and then I would leave
the manager lifted the tray with my food on it and put it over beside the bin... she told me if I don't have the vaccine I'm not welcome on the premises and it was Apple green/ Burger King's policy, and I told her under GDPR she can not ask me for any medical details and was she a trained doctor
She said if I didn't leave, she would ring the Garda... I asked her for the address and number of their head office she said she didn't know it and asked me to leave before the Garda (Irish police) were called I left to keep the peace
I know your staff were only doing a job and I respect that, but from a customer services point of view things should not have escalated the way they did and Could have been handled a lot diplomatic and better from a customer services point of view, a lot of customers who were present and witnessed the events approached me outside expressing their disgust at the way myself and my children were treated
The emotional trauma my children suffered was disgusting, and I have taken legal advice on the matter.

Burger King Waiting to order/rude employee

I was waiting to order at the intercom. There are 2 lanes. 1 car was in the other lane. After he pulled away I assume it would be my turn to order. All I heard from the employee was "hold on". I waited longer and another car pulls up in the other lane. He begins to order ahead of me. Total wait time was around 5mins of sitting. I then chose to drive next door to the Chic Fil A where I can get a good meal and a "my pleasure" instead.

Burger King I received the wrong order twice

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo at the drive up, and when I got home they forgot to put sausage on it, so I drove the 2 miles back, I tell them they forgot the sausage, the said sorry and gave me a new one, this time I pulled in the parking lot to check, and they forgot the egg, so I drove back around, not happy, and told them they forgot the egg, they just said sorry and gave me the right one, it was one order, how hard is that, it was ridiculous I think I should at least get a new meal for having to go through all that

I will not be going back to BK. on Niagara Falls Blvd14304 again as I can no longer tolerate the ANNOYING recording about buying a pie! I have endured hearing that for the last time. It is too bad as I love your original chicken sandwich and I normally buy my grandson food at least 4 times a week, but no more!Thank you [protected]@aol.com' Please email me if you ever stop playing that and I might give you try again. All that recording does is turn people off to the point where no one wants the pie!

Burger King Employee name Amie Nichole Barker

Amie Nichole Barker that works at Burger King at 1200 Towson Ave Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901... Smokes marijuana with a Vapor on the job sometimes... She also smoke just about every day, are employees allowed to smoke marijuana and work at Burger King? I done complain about her several times to the Corporate Office and she still works there, I don't think that's right... Also she doesn't have a Medical Marijuana Card in the State of Arkansas so she is illegal... They just promoted her to Manager the other day, what is really going at Burger King here in Fort Smith, Arkansas?

Burger King Drive thru

I went to get lunch at Burger King on Monday September 6, 2021 and went thru drive thru as this was the quicker option. Our order was big 30+ dollars. We took our bags and drove home. Imagine our surprise when we got home and don't have my original chicken sandwich. I then tried calling the number on my receipt and let the phone dial for some time but no one answered. Angry x 2 now! No sandwich and no answer. Burger King in San Jose on Blossom Hill owes me my money back for my sandwich

Burger King Order not complete & unethical behaviour

I pulled up to the window I asked which burgers I had to order to get the extra burger for a dollar. Then I ordered 2 Whoppers with the extra burgers and a large fry. I got to the window paid for my order. Got my order I again asked if the 2 extra burgers were in he answered yes. I got home with only the 2 Whoppers and the fries I called 2 X. Then I was told, Lady we are in the business of making burgers I don't know what you want! I will never go to another Burger King again.

Burger King Masks required

Masks required? There is a supermarket, Chinese food, Mexican food, and pizza place right next door. None require face diapers. Face masks are classified as a medical device. Are you a medical provider? If face diapers worked why is there still covid? If they didn't work, why isn't everyone dead? I'm calling my brother in law who is a descrimination attorney and filling a suit against you for descrimination. I've played this game before and not doing it again. And the three families behind me who saw the sign said the same thing when we tried to walk in. But nobody working the drive through was wearing a mask about their chin. Sorry, but your commitment to the control of the population has lost this family from ever doing business with you again. And I look forward to the lawsuit.

The 10-15 minutes I wear a mask here or there when I am in a store makes me confident I won't suffer from any of the ailments you are rambling on about. I wonder about poor surgeons though who must wear masks through hours and hours of surgery they attend to...hmmmm...
