Closing time
Website and laminate paper posted on the drive through intercom clearly stated open until 10:00 PM on Saturdays. Arrived at 9:15 pm to be told by the manager the restaurant is closed. Told me to go elsewhere. I do not know why this complaint needs to be 350 characters to get some eyes on it. Closing down a hour early because you feel like it is wrong.

I went through the drive thru in Frostburg md 21532 and ordered the cha'king meals for two i ordered regular and spicy the toppings were all over in the sandwich bags spicy sauce all over both coverings for sandwiches they were cold and fries were soggy and received wrong drinks when I asked to have them replaced they said they couldn't they was to busy and the girl said it wasn't her job to replace the food order and I would have to deal with it. Really? I have never had a problem with this location before .. please fix this problem we do order quite a bit from there even if it's just a drink or dessert. Thank you for your time. We purchased 2 whopper meals july 23, 2021. They were cold un edible cold burgers. The french fries were also cold. Tasted like the night befores food.
We also had purchased 2 whopper meals on june 1st. They had no french fries, no pop containers. All we got was the burgers.
I love burger king but we continue to get cold food from there.
It might not be much to some people but we are retired on a fixed income .

Whopper Jr and onion rings
Went about 20 minutes ago to the BK in Mounds View MN
My order was a medium Onion Ring and a whopper Jr, lookslike someone started to scoop fries and then added the onion rings on top that were ice cold. That whopper jr was smaller then a regular hamburger and so dried out.
Burger King used to be very good, if they continue like they are that store will be no longer open. No receipt to even call them back

Broken cash register?
I was at a BK on Airline Dr. yesterday. I had a coupon for the Family Meal Bundle for $12.99 and a coupon for 2 Whopper jr.s with small fries for $3.99. The employee told me the price was $26.00. That's $9.00 tax on a $17.00 order. Needless to say I did not get the order. I had the employee take the $3.99 order off & somehow that brought the cost down to $14.00 & change. I don't understand that kind of math. How exactly do you calibrate your machines?

I ordred a whopper no mayo and large onion ring but was giveen a whopper soaked in mayo and a small fry instead I called person on phone said they will give me correct order next time and a note was left on file and with manager im in I went in tonight to get my order ni record of this was on hand asnd no note was left I can not eat mayo so I throw it out as they said the fries even though not what I ordered were cold and hard

If you speak as poorly as you type they messed up your order because they could not understand you.
Cleanliness of location 11685
Was there on 7/31/2021 for lunch. Staff was lackadaisical in attitude/attention to service. The only staff member that seemed competent was the gentlemen that took my order. Filthy, my shoes stuck to floor. All tables needed cleaning. Fries, dried ice cream/catsup. Crumbs & fries from previous diners. Hope I don't ptomaine!!! Will not go back

Poor service poor quality of food
We ordered a whopper and original chicken sandwich, the whooper was cold it had very thick onions the sauce was on a small portion of the burger and the burger patty was paper thin as was the chicken patty the chicken was very overcooked and had a couple dots of mayonnaise the chicken was cold as well, as to the fries they were cold and very little amount which we ordered med size. This was a drive thru order and at 11am it was not busy the food should of been hot and fresh, as for the price we paid for the food It should of been made right
Burger King has always been our fast food favorite but unfortunately one to many times we have had poor food quality at the Littleton NH Burger King

Burger King at Malaga airport departures. It took me 30 minutes to get my order. This is totally unacceptable! Especially for serving at the airport!

I had bad service at a burger king location in new castle delaware ( long wait in drive thru- 45 minutes, since not enough workers to open inside sales ) so i took the survey, wrote the code number down on my receipt. a few weeks later i drove to burger king location in middletown, de for my free whopper with purchase. placed my order and handed receipt with code number to cashier. they told me that i had to have an app on my phone ? they didn't know what the code number was on the receipt. after trying a few times explaining about the survey code. walked out empty handed. not happy at all with last two visits at burger king, guess i'll have to find a different burger to start liking.

Went to burger king on foxon blvd new haven on 7/23 at 615 pm. Girl at window was talking rudely about us with window open and swearing. When she handed food over she was so rude and mean. They never took credit card so we sat waiting and when the opened window again they were so rude. I will never go back again. Staff is usually very nice but she should not be working there
I like how you are acting like a kid and calling her a girl when she is most likely an adult.

I just had a ChKing meal the total was$8.05, the girl then told me that she had no change to give me and charged me $9.00 for my chicken sandwich. I told her that it was not my fault That she had had no change to give me and that she should just give me the dollar and the store should just absorb the nickel short! She told me that there was nothing that she could do and that was it. Since I had already waited 10 minutes to order out of my 30 minute lunch break I had to accept it! If this is Corporate Policy I will never eat at Burger King again! This store is just off the corner of 19th and University in Fargo, North Dakota!

The bun was soggy as if it had been sitting for quite awhile, the chicken was cold and raw in the middle and definitely not crispy. No lettuce or mayo to be found. I had to recook everything and use a fresh bun. The mozzarella sticks were cold and unedited. I threw most of it in the trash. I very much doubt I'll ever return. Worst food I've ever eaten and definitely not worth the $6.00 I paid for it.
It is rude of you to call her a girl when she is probably over 18. If the adult woman cannot fix the order she can't fix the order. Nothing rude about stating the truth. Someone who is immature should not be referring to adult women as girl.
