After sitting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, I reach the order screen and was told by the order taker to hold on for a minute. She had me holding for almost 12 minutes then she announces they are getting ready to close at 9:45 pm. There were a trail of cars behind me trying to order food! I will never attempt to purchase food from the location on Candler Rd near Rainbow Rd in Decatur, Georgia AGAIN! That location just needs to be closed cause clearly no one wants to work!

Arrived home this morning and looking through the bag realized the receipt was missing. This is becoming an issue, not just with your company. Usually, the person taking the order will ask if I want my receipt. HELL YES ! The machine prints one out and should be given to the customer without asking. This used to be standard business practice. What happened ? Next, I'd like to address an issue with your drive thru's. In warmer weather I often ride my scooter . For some reason (your store people tell me it's not heavy enough for the sensor) no one answers and I have to drive to the window to order, which can be a problem if there's a line. Missing receipt code on my paper receipt.
I just finished ordering a meal from Burger King on my computer, I received the meal and found it to be delicious, but stuck to the top of the bag was my receipt and when I tried pulling it off, the code I am unable to enter the code that was ripped up in the bag delivery so that I could've used for the free whopper deal came off, I have all the other information except for the code, Plus I am sending a picture of the receipt from where I purchased the order and delivered it, can you help me?

My grandson and myself were at this location yesterday (Aug 25). My grandson ordered the The Impossible Burger meal which came with its Medium fries and drink. I just ordered a small fry. The young woman who took the order seemed distracted and kept chatting with other staff in Spanish. She did not pay attention to my order and kept asking me the same thing. Anyway, after I left the restaurant I noticed that she had charged me an extra medium fry for $3.29.
It is none of my business if she spoke in Spanish with others outside. However, this is an English-speaking nation and almost all clients understand only English. I think the staff at this location must be trained to treat the customers right, pay attention and not speaking in Spanish.
I demand refund of $3.29. I will think twice going to Burger King, where service is getting to be shoddy at best.

Two days ago I sent my husbnad to buy Burger King French Toast and Pancake with sausage breakfast. The French Toast was so soggy with oil, I could not eat it. The Pancakes were to rubberized that it seemd as if microwave had definitely ruined it.
It was a waste of money and effort and gas a was big disappoinment. Why is my food receipt in code says $0 cash and the rest is in 2 digit numbers? The manager messed up my change because the register didn't show an amount.
