Chiking chicken sandwich
We asked for no tomatoes on one and extra pickles and lettuce on the other. The fries were medium but were supposed to be large. I myself didn't get light ice like I wanted. I made a complain regarding the disqualified delivery person which was delivered our order # [protected] on 08.July.2021.The issue is the delivery person used bad words and accused very badly in front of my family & neighbours due to a location issue. Considering this issue the customer care office call me and informed to issue a free order. But yesterday I contacted customer care and they informed there is no such a free order. I never expecting such reply as a long term customer which is dealing with you. Considering this issue I am expecting a very positive feed back as agreed from your side in a ethical way.

My husband went to Burger King for lunch on 7/11 at 1:30 and spent $32.55 on 11 items (screenshot of bank statement showing this is attached) and 3 items were missing (2 sandwiches and a large fry). This is not the first time this has happened and needless to say we are very upset because that is a lot of money to spend and miss about 1/4 of your order. The Burger King in Shorter, AL this makes the 3rd time a n the last 2 weeks we could not get any service, 1st time the computers were down couldn't take any orders, 2nd time was Friday morning @ 6:15am sat at the drive thru for 10min no one acknowledged we were at the window & today @ 4:00pm the girl came on and said she was sorry she could not take any orders she was waiting for help to come in, let me advise you there were 5 cars parked by the door it had to be employees vehicles due to not letting people inside how many people does it take to cook in that place? Needless to say we will not attempt to go there again, this place is located by the interstate people sorry it's not going to be open much longer with poor customer service that I e experienced in the last 2-3 weeks! I will tell people about this place!😡

We've gone to Burger King and have not been able to order a Chi king.. Hubby was told they don't get enough and run out at 4:30. People want it after 4:00 too... FIX THIS PROBLEM!

No ice cream or milkshakes
I live in Louisville KY my address and zip code.6440 Outer Loop 40228. I have a BK right next door. I go quite a bit at least 3xa week. They never have ice cream or Milkshake. They keep saying their machine broke down. I can believe they are too lazy to make them. It is summer and their machine can't be down all yr. Everyone where I live love ice cream and they are always walking there to find out they don't have any! Come on. We want our ice cream and milkshakes. Please either put a new machine in or find out why they never have any. Thanks

Pulled up to drive thru about 6:45. I waited for several minutes, and said Hello. The lady said, be with you shortly. I waited several more minutes and said Hello again. Another car pulled up to the next drive thru, and the same voice said, welcome to BK may I take your order. After the order was placed she said, go ahead with your order. I said ma'am I've been sitting here for over 5 minutes to place my order, and you skipped over me. She said ma'am we are short there is only one person working the drive thru. I placed my order and requested to speak to a manager at the window. She never responded and preceded to take the next person's order in the other drive thru. A male finally responded and I advised what had happened and that it was not good customer service.. He agreed, apologized and asked me to pull forward. When I got to the window she what is the name on your order? I said you never asked me for my name. She preceded to call back my order, which was wrong. I said I ordered two frozen drinks. She said your total is 2.14 . I handed her my card and when she gave me the receipt it was for the wrong order she just clarified with me. I said ma'am this is the wrong receipt. She said "well if it's wrong, then it's just wrong" and walked off. She returned with the drinks, and I asked her what she rung me up for? She mumbled "the s*** you ordered" I said excuse me...I was angry at this point. She then handed me the correct receipt and walk off.
I have been coming to Bk for many years, and have never been treated so badly as a customer. I was hoping the manager at some point would have stepped in to ensure the customer left satisfied with the service. When I got home to do the online survey, I found that there was no survey code at the bottom.
Desired outcome: A free sandwhich as advertised
Wait time in drive thru
My family stopped at 172 West Cross road, New Market Va BK. We had 6 cars in front of us in the drive they with dine in closed. It took us 35 minutes from beginning to end to get our food. People working were standing around. It is shameful that a Burger King right off of I-81, a major highway, wouldn't have better service and most importantly faster service. It was all good until we were about to leave. The woman gave us our food and instead of telling us "Bye, come again." She said "yes" in a rude manner when I asked "Is that it?" And don't get me started on the food. The fries, the chicken, ect. was horrible.

I just went through the drive Thur at your Opelousas, la location and, as usual, they got my order wrong. I ordered a double cheeseburger with only mayonnaise and a small fry. I do not know what I was charged for but I received a double whopper only mayonnaise and a small fry. I just can't understand how they can keep getting orders wrong. This is almost every time I go through the drive thru. I have given them the benefit of the doubt, but, this is now strike 3. I will no longer patronize any Burger King. Not only was the order wrong, but there was so much mayonnaise on the burger I had to scrap some off with a napkin. And don't get me started on the fries being half empty. This is ridiculous. $8.58 down the drain. I know that I am just one customer but every customer should be treated like we are the only customer. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.

Does the milkshake machine only work in the winter? Burger King and Mcdonalds must have the same mechanic/machine. Put the money back in your business so your customers won't have these type of complaints. Also, the burger king in Thomasville Ga looks really bad on the inside. Buckets all on the floor because of some leaks, ceiling tiles missing/stained. Inside should be closed but it's not
BurgerKing. One order, several errors. Manager gave apology and resolution, but not honored. All food prep, and customer service issues. Not likely to return nor recommend even though their recipes are rated highly.
Still using plastic straws in 2021???

Can you tell me why this is?
