Burger King Service

This is concerning store located at 189 Palm Bay Rd Ne, West Melbourne, FL 32904. Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes before I even got to take my order. 15 minutes after making my order I sat at the drive thru window still waiting for my food. No food was going out of the store, not from the counter and not from the windows. I video taped it. This is the third time I have gone to that particular location and had this experience. The last time they got my order completely wrong and when I complained they argued, claimed that is what I ordered, then threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I hadn't been back to that location for about a year and decided to give it another chance. Nothing has changed.

Desired outcome: I just thought you ought to know this is the worst Burger King I've ever been to and I'm 62 years old.

Burger King Incorrect order and completely unacceptable behavior by manager and employee

10/27/22 at approximately 7 pm I went through the drive thru at store on University Ave in West Des Moines. Was only car in drive thru. Girl was rushed and rude taking my order but did finally repeat order correctly. After checking bag found that I had fries instead of onion rings for one order. Knocked on window and girl did what she was supposed to do and got the onion rings. When she was handing them to me she dropped them on her side of the window then just turned around and walked away without saying anything. Then slightly older girl comes up and starts yelling at me that I didn't even order onion rings. She argues with me for a while about me ordering onion rings at one point saying that I just said "omom", which tells me that she knew very well that I had in fact ordered onion rings. Then she told me I had to give back the fries before they would give me my onion rings. I said to her, "You want me to give back the fries that you are going to throw away anyway because you already gave them to me and now you can't sell them, is that right?" She said yes. So I slid them across the counter hard enough for them to fall on the floor just to make sure they wouldn't go back in the fryer or in their mouths. She yelled at me now you get nothing and slammed closed the window and locked it. I parked and went to the doors and knocked asking for the managers name and phone #. The older girl came over shouting at me get away from my store. The 2 girls laughed at me and pointed through the windows taking either a picture or video on one of their phones. When I got home I realized that the small fry that I ordered was missing from the order as well. So not only did I not get the food that I paid for but I was treated horribly.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund for the $30.33 and an apology and that manager needs to be reprimanded

Burger King Service

Hello. First of all, I'd like to make it clear that this not a money thing but "a principle of the thing" thing (and I have pictures of everything). This complaint is involving BK at 15500 7mile in Detroit Michigan. On 11/10/2022 I stopped at BK because of a sign I had been seeing there for months advertising "$2 for Croisant Sandwich". I pulled into the drive thru and waited my turn. When I got to the window, I asked the lady if the croissants were $2. She responded, "no they are 2 for 5". I than said "the sign says $2 for Croisant sandwich". She responded the same way saying, "no 2 for $5". I than asked "why the sign out front says"$2 for Croisant sandwich". She responded I haven't seen any sign". I than said "you haven't seen the ad on the giant street sign out front that has been there for months?". She responded no, they're 2 for $5"so I left. After I left, I was a little disgusted because I felt the attended had treated me as though I was stupid. When I got home, I decided to call the manager. When I got the manager on the phone I asked her name, but she refused to give it to me. I than told her what happened, but she just responded like the other woman by just saying"they're 2 for $5". She also said,"What sign", and I responded"the sign out front which has had the same ad for months. All you have to do is go to the window and look at it". She then said I see it says 2 for 4". This really disgusted me. I responded "No. There is a number 2 with a dollar sign in front of it, followed by the word"for"not"four", then the words croissant sandwich". She than apologized and told me "The sign was broken, that's why it has that wrong ad for months. We can't change it".

This disgusted me for a couple of reasons. First of all it's one of those signs where all you have to do is get a ladder and change the letters or just cover up the ad, 2nd she had just said she didn't notice the sign but now all of a sudden, she knows what it said, and that it had been like that for months. I had also mentioned to her if someone had just told me the sign was broken (which I believe was ridiculous for reasons mentioned) I would have just left it alone, but for the drive thru attendant and the manager to treat me as though I was stupid was insulting and disrespectful of my time and intelligence. This isn't the only bad experience I've had at this BK. Although this BK is about 1/4 mile from my residence, I usually drive to the suburb to avoid them. I bought a Chi-King sandwich at the BK in Taylor Mi, and it was the best chicken sandwich I had ever had, but when I decided to buy one at the BK on 7mile it was like an over cooked chicken nugget sandwich. BK should have never stop selling the Chi-King, it was a banger. Well, that's it. Thanks

Burger King Manager

i was in the dining room around 730 on 11/8. The female manager got a phone call seemed upset about something. She informed the staff they are closed, and she had to leave. I did see another manager their and he was no happy. He started to yell at the woman saying he was leaving. I did hear her say something about a child that she had to rush to. I believe family comes first and your male manager has made me upset that he did not care about a child. I do pray that he does not have kids because if he did then he would understand.

Every time I go to Kerrville, I do enjoy on going to burger king to eat, I also take food to go. I hope something gets done about this no mother should be yelled at for her children.

Burger King Dirty nasty, noisy burger king

The burgerking in Cumberland County nj on the corner of park Ave & n delsea drive the tables were dirty there was something liquid on the the floor that I slipped in but did not fall. The fan in ceiling is getting louder & louder u have to talk loud so u can hear each other the fan been k Ike this since they remodel & getting worse as the yrs go by some1 needs to do something about this horrible sound I don't reck Amanda any1 to eat inn this bk won't get my service anymore & they were not busy

Burger King nasty customer service

stop on my lunch break yesterday had a awful experience with placing my Oder. first, they were only serving fish and chicken for lunch with no signs up prior to arriving to the place second never took my drink Oder then gave me the wrong two drink with no ice she was screaming the drive through because i was upset about my Oder in which i used my hard-earned money to purchase two fish sandwich meals. never came back to the window she sent another young lady to give me another drink still with no ice I want my refund back immediately

Burger King Service in the drive thru

I placed an order at the drive thru of Burger King located at 940 US Highway 9 South Amboy, NJ 08879. The asst manager Spencer was extremely rude and obnoxious. My order was over priced because the cashier didn't include my coupon. She said she would have to get an over ride from the manager. Spencer looked at me and told the cashier Cynthia we are short staff and can't do it. There were no other cars in line behind me. I don't know if it was because I am a black man or she was just having a bad day. I told the cashier let me speak to the manager. Spencer came to the window and refused to amend my order. I have the entire conversation recorded and I told her I would be reporting her to corporate, she replied so what, I don't consent to this recording. I will not be going back there, she needs to learn better people skills.

Burger King Discrimination! And refusal of service!

On the date of 11/05/22. I arrived at the burger king located at 603 Fm 1960 West, Houston, TX 77090. At around 4:48 PM. The employee unlocked the west side door. And informed me that I would be served after the customers at the counter. But because they were short-handed. I would have to wait until the others were served. A person who claimed to be the Manager. Was outside with me. I informed him that I was to be served next. He said " I DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOU! " I then after the lobby was opened. I was refused service by the Manager that I helped to get inside. This was personal. I'm very offended. I plan to take legal action. Slavery Is Over!

Desired outcome: This person needs to be terminated ASAP! This is still America!

Burger King coupons

a while back in october 21, we went to Burger King in Rapid City, SD on East North St. We had 2 coupons for a Whopper meal for 6.99, One was for my husband and the other was for my grandson, who was buying his own.The coupons were good until the end of october. We had to go through the Drive thru because the lobby was close. They would not take either coupon and it ended up costing a lot more than I had planned. They said we could use them next time. My husband was really upset. I want to file a complaint about that burger king. I will not go back.

Burger King Employee rudeness

BK store location #470. After years of being a faithful customer, and forgiving multiple mistakes (we're only human), I am finally no longer patronizing this location. I have worked nearby for over 12 years. This morning, I pulled up to the drive thru, studied the menu (for pricing), and ordered 2 Croissan'wich's for the posted price of 2 for $4.00. The woman told me it would be $5.55. I corrected her and was told the price went up. Whenever I pointed out their sign said $4.00, not $5.00, she said, "I know. The price went up. We just haven't changed the sign yet." I told her to cancel my order. "What?" Cancel my order! I repeated. She responded as I drove away..."okay. I don't know why ya'll gotta get an attitude." That's when I decided that with McDonalds right next door, I would not be back. Also, Sonic, Taco Bell, and Arby's are across the street, with KFC a block down. I will take my years of "attitude" somewhere else.

Desired outcome: I don't want this to happen to someone else. Change the sign first and then tell the customers that it went up. And keep employee attitude to themselves when the speaker is still on.

Burger King Latest Burger King Commercial

I'm not sure who the genius was who decided to, not only re-write the Burger King jingle, but to do it horribly, should be sent to live with Burger Chef and Jeff.

The only way this commercial could be worse would be if it were longer.

It sounds nothing less than ridiculous, especially to those who remember the original was a catchy tune with well-written lyrics. This crapfest sounds like what someone who spent the entire night being over-served, then, swerving his car into Burger Kiing, and making this tragic tune up while he's waiting in line to slur his order to the hard working folks on the other side of the microphone.

You've managed to make the average Burger King customer seem like a poorly-educated idiot, who can barely string words together

Burger King Food at Burger King

I was at Burger King -198 Thomaston Ave, Waterbury, CT 06702 - around 8 on Sunday 10/30/2022 after a long day at Lake Compunce. We waited the drive thru line and order our food, 2 orders of chicken nuggets with fries and 2 cheeseburgers for out 2 children. My husband wanted to order more food (for himself) and he didn't because the food server had such a bad attitude while taking out orders. We pulled up, pay and received our food. To come to find out, she was by herself working, maybe that's why she was cranky! I also ask for my receipt, and she said she couldn't provide that for us because the machine ran out of paper. The children usually finish their food but this time NOOO- not this time. They gave the rest to my husband; my husband took a bite and said the chicken is COLD and was the burger! He asks the kids if the nuggets were hot before, they said NO! This was the worse experience we had at Burger King. We will never go back and will tell all of our family/friends not to go there. We never have had a bad experience like this in Stamford since that is where we are from. BYE WATERBURY BURGER KING! DISGUSTING AND COLD FOOD!

Desired outcome: I would love some type of compensation. Thanks!

Burger King my food

Yes my husband and I went to Burger King in Toccoa Ga about 4:21 pm today and ordered 2 $5.00 whopper jr meals with the nuggets fries and drinks. My food was terrible. I always request that my food is cooked fresh. Most of the employees or whomever is working get an attitude bc i request my food to be cooked fresh. I dont want any food that has been left over from lunch time. My whopper jrs were dry and the buns were so hard you could through them through a window and break it out. Burger King is my all time favorite restaraunt. And the way they do things here at this restaraunt is ridiculous. I would appreciate if you could resolve this issue for me in a timely matter. Thank you

Desired outcome: To get a refund or get free food cooked fresh and an apology would be great as well

Burger King Janesville WI Burger King Out of product

I went to the Burger king on 2624 Milton Ave Janesville.

Was going to have the 5 Dollar meal deal one for me and one for husband. I found out they are out of nuggets. So ok I will get something else then. I say can I have 2 whoppers and a large Fry my husband and I will share a fry. She says we are out of container for large fries. Offers no other solution like 2 smalls, I wouldn't have even cared if they dumped the fries in a bag.

I worked customer service for 14 yrs this was just wrong

This Burger king has really gone down hill.

I love the Whopper but this place is just not a good Burger King. My kids and I never missed a Whopper Wednesday when they were young.

I will have to drive twice as far to the other Burger King from now on.

Burger King Refund not received

After successful transaction from UPI bk employee told they haven't received payment and I had to pay twice to get my order. I still haven't recieved my refund for that transaction.

Burger King Poor Mangement

Went to Burger King on Cortez Blvd in Brooksville, Fl on 10/30/2022. Got 2 Whopper meals and handed the employee a $20 bill. Giving change back, he said he had no quarters. I said dimes will work. He replied, I don't have any dimes. I was short changed about .70 cents. No big deal, but why did I have to take the loss? Poor manager in that location. How much extra did that store take in on this date?

Burger King Whopper and chicken

First of all I love bk. I’m a huge fan of the whopper, and I love the chicken too but the restaurant near my house has routinely been serving room temp or cold burgers and chicken sandwiches. I really don’t want to have to drive to mcDs I Love BK. They just need to step up the quality and customer service. The whopper was cold and it took 15 mins to arrive, it was ridiculous. and than i ordered a spicy ch'king sandwich and i had to wait at least 10 mins and it wasnt even heated properly
