I entered this franchise and immediately observed the trash receptacles were full, the dining room tables were cluttered with previous diners' trash and the beverage station was covered by liquid spills, napkins, and cup/lid refuse. The front end staff were milling about and chatting as customers entered and took several minutes to respond to walk-up inquiries.
