I had stopped going to this Burger Kings for years because there were some women that worked there that did not care about the quality of the food, service, or timely service.
I started going back this January, and in those 3 times, I have yet to get exactly what I wanted. I have even gotten other peoples' orders.
As bad as this sounds, it is still better than it was. They have some young folks, men and women, and while their attitudes, food quality, and speed is better. Results are still pretty bad.
Desired outcome: Get Better and Correct your mistakes with great service recovery.
Burger King - quality of food, service
This Burger King never have receipts to provide to the customers. The food is cold and taste as well as look like it's been sitting around. No freshness to it at all and today, as usual, not only did they not have receipts but they were out of coffee yet again. They wanted to substitute with orange juice with an upcharge.
I've had this conversation with the manager in there and she waived the upcharge previously but refused to do that today so I had her take some off the cost and just give me the crossanwichs and has browns only. I'm so tired of the horrible service and poor management that I am petitioning to you to just go ahead and close this location down because its such a big disappointment and let down routinely. I don't expect a response because I've entered complaints in the past with no follow up or response. My rating of this location is less than a 1 , just HORRIBLE ! Todays date is 1/28/23 and I came through the drive thru there approx. 9:30 am.
Desired outcome: CLOSE this location for good !
Burger King - refund
I placed an order through the app on 9/23. Arrived at the Panola Rd location in Lithonia. I waiting in the drive thru only to be told that they can not make any fries products. I told them that I placed an order through the app and asked what I could do. I was not offered a substitute but was told I needed to request a refund through the app. I contacted the app on 9/22 and I was referred to Customer Care 8663942493. I contacted them on 9/27 and a case was created. I have not heard a response. I was not provided a direct email/contact number/a name of someone to speak or even a turn around time for these type of issues. I was told to wait, again. I would love to hear from someone that can actually assist with me being compensated for an order that I paid for and did not receive from Burger King.
Burger King - unprofessional service and unorganized order follow thru

I put my order in drive thru and when I came to the window my order was not ready so the employee said pull forward to the side door and we will bring your order out to you. I waited 15 minutes and my order never came. I went inside the burger king to get my order and 3 people received the same item that I ordered. I asked for my money back and the cashier rushed and gave me my order and never apologized for anything and I asked for my money back not my order. This restaurant is very disorganized, slow, and rude. I will be posting this restaurant on other complaint sites. This is very unprofessional.
