Buffalo Wild Wings dining service

Tonight 2/22/2020 we decided to go get some wings at Buffalo Wild Wings in Spokane Valley, WA. This was our second time at this location. Tonight we had the same experience as our first time. Horrible service since the 6 of us we're sat. Tonight we sat for 25-30 min then I stopped another server and said "Do we have a server tonight?" The gal said "Um you should let me see who's assigned to your table." She came back and said "Kati is assigned but she's finishing cashing someone out but let me take your drink orders." There was 6 of us at our table. She brought us 3 waters and one soda but our 2 bud lights came out later. We had waited an additional 15 minutes From the time we were told who our server was and that she'd be right over. So much for being right over. Then we ordered some appetizers and then food. We waited and waited and waited for our food. Then the server came over and I asked her " Are our appetizers coming out anytime tonight?" The server said " Yes anytime." After another 10 minutes our meals came out. But again 6 people ordered food and we received all but 2 meals. Then our server came over again and asked us how we were. I laughed and said " Well our appetizers NEVER came out." She said " what really?" I told her " take them off my bill we don't want them." And where is our 2 other meals at?" We all waited never saw the waitress again. I finally had enough of this horrible service yet again so I got up found a manager and told her " We've had [censored] service since we were sat. Can we just have our other 2 meals so we can all eat?" Manager came to our table and said " So there was a mix up with the last two orders. They were placed as to go orders. So these two meals are on us." Oh boy thanks for that at least. JESUS heaven forbid you apologize for another horrible experience at your restaurant. And explain something to me. We all ordered at the same time how do 4 meals come out but the other 2 meals get screwed up? They're excuses made no sense all night.
We finally got the other 2 meals and the side order of tacos were very cold all of our meals were cold because we waited to eat ALL TOGETHER. The waitress kept saying thanks for your patience which was getting very old. We over heard her saying them at to multiple tables. We felt they did not care. Does anyone not take acceptance when the messed up anymore?
This was the exact same service we got the first time we came. We will not be back again!
This restaurant has the worst service and A manager that needs to learn better kiss [censored] skills. She looked high and that she could careless. We felt like we were the inconvenience. This place needs a revamp in training. Worst servers I've ever come in contact with and not they're fault. Bad training is to blame.

Buffalo Wild Wings Shorted out free wings.

Three of us were dining at B-Dub's in Springfield as we do most Thursdays. We ordered 2 separate orders. 1 was for Boneless wings Snack size. The 2nd order was for Boneless wings Small size. 1 person was having the Snack size, and 2 of us were sharing the Small size. The orders were brought out on the small trays and I asked about the rest of the order. Our waitress assured me they were correct, at which time I asked how many were in an order, then she realized we only got 1 order and not the free one. Looking at the Snack size, it was on the same size of tray with 4 containers of dips. We only ordered 1 dip. So, I called the waitress over at which time she questioned the size. I assured her that the whole order couldn't be on a small tray with 4 containers of dips, she proceeded to get the rest of that order too. Our order number was #70033 and we paid our bill at 3:39PM.
I take my grandkids there on Thursdays, and usually have 3 grandkids, but this time I only had 2.

Buffalo Wild Wings Manager Angela Zapata

This manager was very rude. Very unprofessional with how she handled the situation. A group came in and waited for their food and Beers. The waitress Kay was having a hard time with our orders and looked very lost. She couldn't keep the orders correctly and was very out of it. The manager got upset because we were going to drink hot beers. I don't now about you but who likes hot beers She lies to our faces about being fresh and cold. When clearly we saw them on the side bar just sitting there getting hot. She didn't like that we requested having new beers poured. We told her we didn't have to take her ring rude and disrespectful. She said something and walked off. Next thing we know the cops are called and she's trying to have us out. We couldn't leave because Angela and Kay didn't have the tickets for us to pay for our stuff. It took almost 30 mins for them to figure out who had what and it was so ridiculous. I know she had attitude from another in our group but she had no right to be this way. Being a manager of the establishment she needs to learn how to control her words and attitude and over all demeanor in this situation she was very very unprofessional. Being military I've seen more professional behavior out of a lower grade individual. We had kids with us asking us way the cops were there. My own kid asked why the manger was yelling at an adult. I've never been to Y'all establishment Before and the manager was talking like that. Especially in front of 6 young kids.

Buffalo Wild Wings blazin rewards glitch / terrible customer service from a manager

Hello. I visited the buffalo wild wings store located at 6341 airport blvd on feb 2, 2020 around 6 pm. Even though it was a busy typical super bowl sunday, they were very friendly and moved pretty quick. They opened up the part/ game room to seat more guest to avoid long wait times. Me, my guests and my children were seated and our waitress was brianna. She was super nice. I showed her my available coupons on my blazing rewards app for a 50 % off of a burger of choice on one phone number add my daughter had her own blazing rewards app on her phone for 20 percent off wings. I asked the waitress would this be a problem if we had separate checks (my daughter is an adult) and used our coupons separately. She said it would not be a problem. We ate, watched the game, and played a couple of the dart games. So now.. Its ticket time. My daughter cashed out her ticket and that went fine. So now its my ticket and my small daughters ticket.. The discount would not apply with my blazing rewards coupon. My waitress asked me to pull up the coupon for her and I showed her step-by-step through the email all the way to the app. I opted in the offer from the email address associated with my account which is connected to my rewards. It was "green : and said successful but it would not activate. So she goes to get a manager... Her name was veronica fernauld... She reluctantly gave me her name but it took about 6 times for her to respond to me after rudely telling me she did not need to provide me her name. She pulled my coupon up, went to the register and came back and said" your coupon wont pull up so you have to pay full price "on a very loud and very rude tone. I asked her nicely if she sees the coupon then why should I have to pay full price? The rewards showed it was valid and hadn't been redeemed. I stated it was not correct for me to pay the full price when I had a valid coupon. She then yells at me and says" oh so you are refusing to pay? Well ill just call the cops and see wont u pay then"by this time all of the other tables are looking around and one couple offered to pay the bill and said she was totally out of line. I told them no it was the principal of the matter. My youngest daughter starts crying at this time and she said mommy"why are we going to jail?"i'm trying to calm her down and the rude manager walked off and then went to another manager, I just know his nickname was" bubba and he took over. He apologized as well as the waitress breanna as well. I kept asking her name but she refused several times with her back to me not acknowledging me at all. The manager discovered she wasn't even typing in the phone number correctly and she didn't even apologize. I was mistreated, embarrassed and not my youngest daughter does not want to go out to eat anymore because she's afraid she will go to jail. This manager does not need to work with the public because her social skills are horrible. I come here a lot, usually sit at the bar and kim byrd waits on us but I had my children with me. This needs to be addressed because no one should be treated in this manner, especially a paying citizen who did nothing wrong. They kept my receipt but I know what time it was and I was so upset I was just trying to leave. So many of the guests hugged us and apologized for her rude behavior and said they will not be returning because of her actions. Buffalo Wild Wings bar service

I am a loyal customer. I came in today 2-5-20 4:15 pm.. No one at the bar but me. After sitting for about 10 minutes finally the conversation at the end of the bar broke up and I got to order a beer. Once I finished it no one was at the bar to get me another! Finally the bartender comes back, but she can't get away from what looks like to be the manager or some type of supervisor, too much flirting from both and not enough working. I sit here now, no beer watching yet another conversation at the end of the bar and paying me no attention. It's been 12 minutes since I finished my beer! Most ridiculous thing ever!

Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant

Horrible food! Horrible Service! Way over priced! Will never go here again!
My kids wanted to go here so I gave in, but had been here once before and again cold food, waited forever and restaurant wasn't busy and over $50 for 1 adult and 2 kids! This time I ordered Black Bean Burger since I don't eat meat! Food took over an hour and 1st burger was burnt and 2nd burger was burnt worse! Waitress didn't care and neither did manager! I told manager to take them both and that his cooks needs lessons! Waitress told me burger is supposed to be black because of black beans! Also burgers on a cookie sheet! I had asked about slaw if it had mayo and waitress said yes but when I called to ask before going person said no dairy! So I was lied to! I will never ever go here again so do not try to bribe be with coupons or free meal to come back!
$74 for 2 salads with chicken, kids mac & cheese & fries, steak wrap, wings, 2 beers and 3 soft drinks!

Mayonnaise isn't a dairy product, and if you can't afford to eat in a restaurant or think you're much better yourself, then best stay at home. Maybe you can also take pictures of your food in optimum lighting and start a food blog.

The complaint was that the staff 'lied' about the ingredients when saying there was mayonnaise / it wasn't dairy (the two aren't contradictory statements). There's a difference between not eating animal products as a moral choice and being allergic to dairy products.

It just seems that the customer was looking for things to get upset about. Food costs too much? Surely this didn't come as a surprise, the prices are on the menu. The burger looks different than on the perfectly lit and arranged advertisement? Of course it does. But the bean patty looks pretty much the same if you account for the poor lighting. The rest of the complaints now seem like exaggerations by extension.

Buffalo Wild Wings everything.

VERY UNIMPRESSED. I visited this location on January 31 of 2020 at 10 PM to pick up an online order I placed, the restaurant was surprisingly slow for a Friday night. I approached the pickup counter and the 2 females working the "to-go" counter never greeted me- okay, that's fine- I can get passed that. The 2 female employees were very unapproachable, off-putting, and rude. They got snippy with my husband and I when we asked for the ranch we had paid for, spitefully saying "Well, she just asked you if you wanted ranch!" However, she never made the effort to check our ticket to see whether or not we had ordered any. After that horrible encounter, the 2 females proceeded to glare at us as we left the restaurant. Overall this was the WORST experience I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. Consider re-training these very unhappy/unhelpful/unpleasant employees.

Buffalo Wild Wings chicken wings

I ordered extra wet chicken wings for the first time from the Anderson Beechmont Ohio location and when I got home the wings were dry and the there was no sauce o them. I was surprised since I asked in my on-line order extra sauce. I was very disappointed in the product and the wing were dry and tough. My daughter only tried one and I tried to eat a couple but had to add sauce from home to soften them up no luck they are tough. I wasted $20 bucks on wings that I has to add my own sauce to at home. Money wasted, I would like BW3 to make up for their mistake and try again and make me 20 wings buffalo sauce extra wet again. Buffalo Wild Wings service/wait time for food

This evening (1/24/2020) myself, my husband and one other friend went to this location to eat. We do this every friday. Tonite - when we arrived, there were people lined up at the door waiting to be seated. Over half of the restaurant had empty/dirty tables.
Once seated - we waited for more than 10 minutes to have anyone come to the table - then were told "I am not your waitress, but I will get your drinks"
Then we waited another 20 minutes for someone to take our order - (3 orders of wings and a basket of chips) once the order was placed it took over 40 minutes to receive our food.
All the time we were sitting and waiting - we noticed that the entire wait staff was gathering either in the kitchen area or at one of the registers and chatting with each other and noone was waiting on the customers in a completely full restaurant by this time. (the milford basketball game was over)
Our waitress was seen carrying a toddler (her child) to tables to take orders and walking him around the restaurant - paying no attention to her actual job (us)
The manager on duty was a person I have never seen before - but was also seen standing with the wait staff and not doing much work.
The previous manager (michelle) never let these type of things happen while she was there. We also have a regular waitress (taylor) told when she is working, everything goes smoothly - she is very good at her job - she also keeps the other staff working. We have told her and the manager - that she needs to be promoted to a management position.
You can definitely see a difference in the entire place when she is there and when she isn't. Tonite she was not working.
Needless to say, we are very disappointed and frustrated with the events of this evening. We are regular customers and spend a fair amount of money each week - it should not be too much to ask that the wait staff be focused on their jobs and not daycare and socializing with each other.
If we have another experience like this one - we will be looking for another regular friday nite restaurant.

Buffalo Wild Wings food

I ordered a blue burger and fries on 01/23/2020. The burger was inedible, falling apart with strings all in it and the fries cold, inedible also. The burger was all messed up. The bun was old and falling apart. It was the worst experience of my life. My bill was over $20.00 . I have never seen such a mess in a meal in my life. A refund would be appropriate.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service and food.

Placed a call in order 1-14-20 for a SINGLE Cheese Burger with Onion Rings and a DOUBLE burger with NO CHEESE and No Onions, with Fries. Young lady said there would be a 2 dollar up charge for the onion rings which I ok'd but wasn't happy with. She never repeated the order back to me or gave me a total. Said it would be ready in 8 mins I told her make it 10 to give me time to get there.
I arrived shortly afterwards and had to wait 4 mins for some to even acknowledge my being there at the counted/cashier. I server finally asked if she could help and went and got the young lady that working that station. She brought out the food and fliped open the containers quickly and bagged it up. I left and returned home to find I had a DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER instead of Single. Only a few onion rings in the box not worth 2 dollars extra. The Double HAMBURGER was correct with a hand full for cold fries. My burger was luke warm and bun dry and NO it didn't take me more than just a few min to get home. I have placed this order several times before and the food was always still hot when I got home.
When trying to place a call in order its difficult to hear the employee taking the order and difficult for them to here as well since the place is so loud. There needs to be a better quieter place for them to take orders, maybe even a volume control handset to amplfy their voice and to hear as well. They need to repeat the order back to the customer and give them a total of the bill.. Someone needs to be at the cashier station at all times and not in the back. There was a young male "host" I think standing there but never asked if her could help or offer to get some on to help. He just stood there .Intstead have some one else running back and bringing orders out to the counter. I was very disappointed in my experience from the other night. One other thing the reserved take out parking was full but yet I was the only one there to pick up an order no one waiting the cashier area for any order so you have customers parking there to dine in becasue its closer to the door.
Manager needs to be more visible and watching over the floor and another manager needs to be back in the kitchen. I didn't even see a manager or anyone that might be one. They need to be better identified by a different color shirt or hat..something that a customer can identify as the manager.
I have had issues prior with some rude employees before and overlooked it but the quality of the food this time was not up my expectations from this business. I will have to think very hard about ever returning or not. At this moment my gut says NO!

Buffalo Wild Wings food

$40 we paid for a meal we couldn't even eat! Chicken wrap was suppose to be made with No lettuce or tomato, extra cheese with honey BBQ, extra honey BBQ on the side, onion rings as the side with southwest sauce...what I got; crispy chicken wrap with lettuce, tomato, cheese and some very hot sauce. (Too hot for me to even eat) onion rings no sauce.
Ordered Small honey bbq boneless wings with fries...what I got; barely any sauce boneless wings with barely cooked fries
Ordered small half honey bbq & half jammin boneless wings...what I got; barely any sauce on the wings
Carrots & celery were slimy and disgusting.
I live 45 minutes away. So the food we spent $40 on went to waste and had to make a different meal. Very disappointed.

Buffalo Wild Wings seating

Arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings at 5:30pm. There were 8 other people waiting to be seated. Young girl stated there would be a 15-20 minute wait to be seated. I counted 9 empty tables, none reserved. Then I stated we would go and sit at the bar and was told that we could not because there was a waiting period for that area also. So the 8 empty bar stools had to have a waiting period in order to sit there also? Then we were notified that the delay in sitting was because the kitchen was behind. Looking at my wife, I openly remarked that I would not wait 15-20 minutes looking at empty tables and seats. We went to Applebee's and we were seated within a minute of our arrival. Don't know what I am going to do with the Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate I received for Christmas. It is worthless to me.

Buffalo Wild Wings game day specials

My husband and I just visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Wentzville, Mo where we like to go during football games and they have been offering game day specials. Today, January 5, 2020 we were there to watch football playoff games and asked about game day specials. The waitress told us there were no game day specials being offered. We feel that this should not be until football games are over. We have no problem with food items but other specials that is offered is not very good. We like to represent our local establishments but if BWW cannot offer better beer specials we may think twice to go back during football and baseball seasons.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

EVERY time I come to this BWW, there is NEVER a receptionist.. I always have to ask an employee if we can be seated which they proceed to tell me "You guys can seat yourselves" so after seating myself I proceed to wait 20min JUST to get an employees attention for menu's... every... single... time... after getting menus it's another 20min of waiting to get someone's attention JUST to get drinks in.. my parents decided to stop coming a while back but I live in a very small town near San Antonio and this is the closest thing

Buffalo Wild Wings login

I keep getting and error message when I try to login, I request a reset for my password, when I get the temporary password and enter that temporary password I get the same error message.

So I thought maybe I don't have an account and tried to create an account but again an error message that an account already exist.

Buffalo Wild Wings wings

I ordered wings yesterday (12/23/19) from the above location and it only came with half of the wings that I paid for. The large size bone-in wings were not included and I had to drive back to the location to wait at the restaraunt until they made a new order of wings. Buffalo Wild Wings management

On 12/22/2019 at approximately 2:00pm my wife and I stopped in for a late lunch while Christmas shopping. Upon entering the store (#0645) my wife who was following me trip over a carpet that was folded over on one edge, she fell forward and into me. If she hadn't been behind me she would have fell to the ground. I asked her if she was ok and she explained to me that her leg (hamstring) was bothering her. I get it accidents happen, but sitting here two days later and she is still in discomfort, what bothers me is that the manager (Shaun) and I quote says "that ones a flip flop trap" while laughing. Never once was he concerned about her, nor did he ask if she was ok, it was funny to him. It WAS NOT funny to us. Buffalo Wild Wings boneless wings

I ordered your "new" boneless chicken wings yesterday - they caught my attention on tv with claims of "more meat" and "less breading."

After picking a few apart, it became apparent that these tenders are nothing but heavy breading with a tiny sliver of meat - yet BWW wants to fool its customers into thinking these "new" boneless wings are somehow healthier.

This product is a cop-out. If BWW did actually manage to reduce the breading and add meat to the new boneless wings, that's a sad statement about the food B-Dubs is willing to serve and pass off as "chicken."

I was really expecting something new. Very disappointed to have been fooled by misleading advertising.

Buffalo Wild Wings Bad food and rude management

My wife and I ate there 12/10/19 We one feted ten wings. Five Hot and Five Mild. The server brings them out on same plate. All ten looked the same. My wife cannot handle hot spicy foods. We asked the server to have cook put the hot on one plate and mild on other plate. She comes back and says manager said we do not do this. So she guesses what were the mild ones. Well she guessed wrong and wife had a burning mouth for hours. We asked again for separate orders. She brings back mild sauce and acts like we should cover the wings with it. Then the potatoes fried chips. The order had so few chips. We told server the portion had to be wrong. Once again she asked manager and comes back saying thTs the portion size period. Terrible experience.
