Buffalo Wild Wings

I made an order online back in September for a future pick up. I was unable to pick up the order for unseen events and kindly called and ask for a refund. The manager told me to call the 1800 number and I have spoken to two people that told me they are going to refund me the money for the items which I didn't get. It's now ending November and still nothing. No call back or refund. Not even an email to follow up. Bad business BWW.
