VERY UNIMPRESSED. I visited this location on January 31 of 2020 at 10 PM to pick up an online order I placed, the restaurant was surprisingly slow for a Friday night. I approached the pickup counter and the 2 females working the "to-go" counter never greeted me- okay, that's fine- I can get passed that. The 2 female employees were very unapproachable, off-putting, and rude. They got snippy with my husband and I when we asked for the ranch we had paid for, spitefully saying "Well, she just asked you if you wanted ranch!" However, she never made the effort to check our ticket to see whether or not we had ordered any. After that horrible encounter, the 2 females proceeded to glare at us as we left the restaurant. Overall this was the WORST experience I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. Consider re-training these very unhappy/unhelpful/unpleasant employees.
Sounds like typical Buffalo Wild Wings. They don’t provide very good customer service.
