Wing order never delivered
Yesterday I ordered 20 wings and fries online from Buffalo wild wings. They said they sent it by door dash but I never received it. I called door dash they told me they would try to get a hold of the driver but were unable to as he didnt answer the phone. As I paid for it online the store would have to give me the refund even though they (Doordash) admitted it was completely their fault. They transferred me to the store and the cashier there took my name and number as the manager was busy telling me he would call back... 30 hours later no call back even considering I tried to call again today. The BBW website stinks and I am unable to find a number or email for their corporate HQ.
Desired outcome: Refund for my non-delivered food. Total charge was $31.52
Overall service and cleanliness
Thursday Sept 22nd > Spring Hill, Tn location > This was the first time we have ever been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, and were very dissapointed. The service from the young waiter was very slow and we did not get all we ordered. The floor in dining room and bathroom and bathroom had trash all over. Saw one waiter bring couple beers to a table and stood talking to the people for over 20 minutes. I know all the locations are not like this.
Poor Service in Brownwood tx
Last night l called in a order, they said ready in twenty minutes, l waited thirty minutes and went to pick up order, not ready, nothing but excuse after excuse, forty five minutes later still no order. It was the worst service I've ever had. Even the manager had poor skills, went in back and never came back out to let me know about my order. Do with them. Go home food cold and rubbish. Couldn't even eat it.
Desired outcome: They could of offered some voucher.
Stolen points from 2000 miles away
Someone stole my points off my app on 08/24/22 and in mira loma, california reciept # [protected] is i lost 2000 points on two different orders. How does this happen ?

Ordered sampler platter
tried to order sampler platter which look like a great deal. server came back and said they were out of onion rings and would i like to substitute something else. i told her French fries would be fine. she came back and said the manager said no substitutes.

On Saturday, August 6th, 2022 at approximately 2100 hours, my wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings, located in El Centro, CA 92243. The wait was longer than expected, taking in consideration of not many people were dining at the restaurant. We were told that our wait time would be 20 minutes. Approximately 43 minutes later we received a text that our table was ready. The table was in a rowdy location, it seems that a baseball game was playing and the t.v.'s were louder than usual. We asked to be moved, we saw that a couple of booths were empty, but were told we would have to wait 20 more minutes for a booth? After a couple of minutes of negotiating, we were finally given a booth and away from the rowdy crowd. We ordered wings, which were cooked perfectly, extra crispy how we liked it. We wanted onion rings, but were informed that they were out, so we opted for the French fries. The fries weren't very good, seems they were old and had been sitting for a while and we were shortened one wing on a 15 wing order. I give our experience a 6 out if 10, the wings were delicious, but they could work on customer service and also need to understand that alot of people do not care for the game on tv and would like to enjoy having conversations with whomever they are with without having to yell, cause of the extremely loud
volume of the t.v.'s.
Desired outcome: Monitor customers who drink to much and become rowdy. I do not need my 9 year old to hear F bombs being thrown around from watching a game and staff to not do anything about it.
Reward Points stolen for third time, no response from BWW
Reward Points stolen for third time! On 7/13/22 someone made 5 different purchases using my BWW rewards Points. I did not authorize these purchases: 600 points for "sides", 400 points for "Lemon aid & Lime", 1900 points for "House Sampler1300 points for Buffalo ranch chicken wrap", 3500 points for "Traditional 20 Wings". I used my contact on my BWW app to send a message about this fraudulent activity on 7/14/22, received a automated response I would hear back in 1-2 days. NEVER heard back from BWW. But you send me all kinds of promotional e-mails but can't respond to reporting fraudulent activity?
Desired outcome: Return my stolen points and compensate extra points for my time and frustration!

Went to We order wings and fries, and wings to go. The wings came back all dried and over cooked, the fries were cold we said something they took them back and got the same fries, still cold never ate them but we still paid for them ... We have been eating there for a long time never had bad wings before ... Then when leaving we got the wings too go and they were dry and really greasy ... Not sure if we will every go back there again ..

I applied for job
I applied for a greeter position on May 28th. It took almost a whole month for them to finally schedule an interview with me after calling once/twice a week. During the interview, I had told the manager interviewing me that I was 4 months pregnant (almost 6 now). After the interview, she had told me that I was going to receive a call for orientation a few days later. When I called 3 days later, I was told that they had filled the position.. They have been hiring for this position since then and even more positions. I believe that they did not hire me because I am pregnant even though I have plenty of customer service and restaurant experience.
Desired outcome: Something needs to be done in regards to the hiring manager because it is already hard enough to find a job that is not hard on pregnant women.

My family and I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings located at 7404 International Drive in Orlando on Sunday, July 3rd. We have never experienced such lousy service. For starters, we were ignored for almost 10 minutes until a server finally stopped at our table to ask if someone had come over and we said no. After 2 minutes, a server appears at our table, never introduced herself, but apologized and claimed she didn't know there was anyone seated at her table. She proceeded to take our drink orders and returned within 5-7 minutes, Strike two, came when the server started to take our order. My sister ordered a burger and was told that burgers were not being prepared that night. Adding insult to injury, after submitting our order, the server returns and tells us there was a back up in the kitchen and our food was going to be delayed.
Strike three was when I noticed there was a leak from the ceiling and water kept dropping on the seat next to me. When the host showed us to the table I saw the wet chair but thought someone had spilled a drink, so I sat on the next chair. About 2 minutes later, another drop of water fell in between me and my sister. I called over another server to ask if we can move to another table. He said that he was going to notify the host, which he did. Unfortunately, the host never came over to us and instead continued to seat the guests. That was my breaking point. My family and I just walked out without saying a word to anyone.
This was my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings and probably will be my last. Orlando is a popular tourist attraction, so how can a restaurant in that area have such lousy service? Everyone knows weekends and holidays require all hands on deck.
Desired outcome: I don't want an apology because the harm was already done. I want the regional manager and/or franchise owner to know what kind of staff he/she has at such a popular location and provide them with the necessary customer service training.

BW in Kettering is my stomping grounds. I visited a few times recently. Had a problem with my CC as I live out of state. Bartender knew I was good for it, I left my DL and returned immediately upon opening the next day to pay my tab.
The next time I went in, one of the GMs minions said they couldn’t serve me. Cory, the GM, is the most anti-customer, rude manager I’ve ever encountered in a BWs or similar establishment.

My name is Kizzy Atkins I'm a cashier at the Brooklyn (3331) I've been wrongfully treat since I started at this location (back in March) by multiple managers including Mr. Leblanc. I'm asking to submit a formal complaint again the general manager Daniel LeBlanc. He has targeted me from the beginning. I've only been there for 3 months. on 4/26/2022 I fell in the store and hurt myself but he didn't have any concern for me or if I was injured. I wasn't given proper information of what to wear in this type of environment. After I fell I was then targeted everyday after by staff and managers. I was then taken off cashier and put at the greeters post. With no instruction as well, so on 6/16 I was told by Mr. LeBlanc that I had to clean human feces off the bathroom floor because I was on post as a greeter. I wasn't hire as a janitor or maintain worker. Cleaning feces is not healthy or sanitary and I didn't sign on for that and its degrading but Mr. LeBlanc thought it was funny.
I was then instructed by Mr. LeBlanc to ask someone else to clean it or I could clock out and go home (I clocked out and went home). Not knowing if I should even return today 6/17 I was very taken back by his comment while him and other staff members laughed at the situation.
I've been very unfairly treated, dehumanized, insulted, embarrassed, belittled discriminated against and I can't take it any more. He needs to be fired because theirs ways more information I need to shared about the things that going on in this location, something has to be done because I will be filing a EEOC complaint if no action is taken against the company as a whole.

In a growing town of bullhead city arizona the Buffalo wild wings restaurant franchise with we visit very often fir the past 6 times including today our experience are not satisfied like when they first open. First when you walk in they greet you like your unwelcome I believe you need to retrain your staff and renew to receive your costumers. Everytime l
