Buffalo Wild Wings

I was in the facility 11/21/19 around 6:30pm. I ordered the large traditional wings, honey bbq, lemon pepper. My food was undercooked and I was told they would get me some fresh cooked ones but instead they re cooked my chicken. How I know is because today I go to heat my food up and it is 3 drums that I opened uo yesterday to see if they were cooked through. The same 3 drums I still have. That is disgusting to re cook chicken that was already cooked. If I wasnt going to get a fresh order, you should have just refunded me. This is so unacceptable.
