Buffalo Wild Wings Boneless wings

I order boneless wings, ask for heavy parmesan garlic sance.didnt get extra dance, they were light sance, dry, over cooking.even said extra wet on my receipt.Teriyaki boneless, was dry n over cook also.
Very disappointed, never had bad order at this location before. Ruined my dinner n felt like I wasted my money.

Buffalo Wild Wings Unauthorized taking 1300 points out of my rewards account

On March 7, 2021 my rewards account was charger -1300 points for Certificate redemption for Brisket Taco's which I have never had in my life. I have tried contacting, this is now the fifth time asking to have the points put back into my account. I have heard nothing back from any of the five contacts and have not gotten my points back. Is this the way the company gets out of having someone using their rewards points is by just taking them out of your account so you can't use them. I have logged other complaints about specific stores and it appears that the company really doesn't care. What do I need to do, go to social media and start a campaign to wreck your reputation or just go to the news? I don't want to become angry but this is the fifth time I have tried to get this rectified. My account is [protected]@msn.com

Desired outcome: Give me at least the 1300 points back to my rewards account and possibly some sort of comps.

Buffalo Wild Wings Missing food items, wrong preparation. Third party delivery. Manager at location wouldn't even cone to phone.

Not sure you can make out image included, but they have printed single burger, No place did I ever mark single burger I was expecting a double burger!

So I never ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings before n frankly I'm not sure I will again. First of all my 2 burgers only had one patty on them, no grilled onions as requested on both. No ketchup on side as requested. No salsa w the chips n salsa I ordered on both burgers.

I called the Lyndhurst location n the girl that answered asked the manager Shawn about he said I could go there n get sauce n or come in another time. I called an hour later, because my dad is 98 yrs old n he had to eat. I was disappointed with the response I got n also the amount I had to pay for what ended up being (2) single burgers.

I paid $55.35 with delivery fee n tip.

What if anything can you do?

Buffalo Wild Wings Customer service sucked, the server sucked. Manager looked stoned making excuses for his server being so carefree about her job.

Where do I begin ", horrible server, horrible service, manager making excuses for his staff. Manager looked stoned out his mind, too much to write down and complain, im afraid to even order out from this location .The server complained about working a double that she picked up, my wife had to literally walk back to the beverage bar and get my kids a refill herself. My salad came out warm..I mean who eats a warm salad?

Desired outcome: Send corporate to location and address the WHOLE STAFF and tell them to get thier [censored] together!"

Buffalo Wild Wings Overcooked wings, all drums and no celery/carrots with wings

Sadly the Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlotte North Carolina Northlake location refused to resolve or offer any possible explanation for why I received all drums despite chicken shortage.

I have never received all DRUMS before. I did not make a special request for a mix of drums or flats so to my surprise, the cook decided to give me whatever came out of the grease.

The manager was unapologetic and annoyed when I called TWICE. The first employee (female) said due to chicken shortage, I should NOT have received all flats or all drums.

I dont know what logistics in the chicken industry were discussed but this restaurant simply makes up their own reasons even if they dont make sense. Nothing was stated to me or shown on the online ordering anything about receiving all drums or all flats. They were overcooked as well. And I ALWAYS receive celery/carrots with my wings... no BRAINER. Today the excuse was "well if you eat in the restaurant we just give them to you for free but when you order online, you MUST ask for them and they cost extra." Again DUMB logic from management. No compensation or anything for spending my money there. I will go to East Coast Wings from now on. They dont have "chicken excuses".

Desired outcome: replace my meal(at least 6 wings even though I paid for 10) or a simple coupon

Buffalo Wild Wings Service

On Sunday May 30th at about 4:30 my wife and I went to the Downingtown Pa. location for a late lunch. When we got there there was nobody to seat us so the girl that does the take out had to seat us which is not right. Once we finally got seated and our server came to our table and took our drink order which was fine, after that it went downhill from there. Our server took our food order. It took a while to get our food and when it did finally did come out they brought out the burger that my wife ordered and I had to sit and wait for an additional 5 minutes before my chicken sandwich finally came and it was not what I had ordered at all. They asked if I wanted to take it back and I said NO because I was just tired of waiting for my food. Do not get me wrong the food was very good. When we finished eating our meal we asked for the manager, when he showed up we told him about our issue he said that it was corporate policy that they bring it out hot and ready, we were not told when we sat down that it could possible that the 2 orders might not come out at the same time. The manager also stated that they were short handed, they were NOT even close to being busy, there was only 4 tables with customers at them. The other issue was that our server started to clear other tables from customers that had left, she would SIT in the booth with a trash can that she drug through the dining area. She would start cleaning off of the table and then walk away leaving the trash can by the table but took absolutely nothing off of the table. When the table finally got finished being cleaned off they left trash on the floor under the table. It is more than likely going to be a while before we go back.

Buffalo Wild Wings Food/management

I dined in on May 25th from 5:10 pm til 6:35, first off I noticed that my server took 15 minutes to get to me neither was he attending any other patrons that would occupy his time. Secondly, when the food arrived everything was hard (overcooked). I was seated close to a server's station and noticed a manager on the kiosk, I informed her that I would like to speak with her when she's done, She replied 'ok, when I'm done with this refund.' After she finished she walked off and I waited another 15 minutes for her return, but she didn't. I then asked my server could he get the manager for me, he asked "which one?" I didn't know there were multiple so I told him anyone but the one that I've spoken to earlier (because he was present when I asked to speak to her). She then emerged from the back (seemingly with an attitude), with a male manager in tow, I quickly informed her that I would rather address the other manager because she wasn't concerned with my issue or comment earlier. She abruptly turned around yelling while the male manager delt with my concerns. I wasn't seeking any refund or discount, but after that experience (with the unprofessional female manager), the male manager offered me 25% off my meal and I obliged.

Buffalo Wild Wings Boneless wings and naked beer battered chicken

We went to a Buffalo Wild Wings in Hattiesburg ms . We ordered or food was cold and they got our orders wrong . It took about an hour to our food . It was about the worst experience ever . I understand they had a game going on. But it shouldn't have took that long for our food and we got double charged for food that was cold

Buffalo Wild Wings Food and time of service

My family and I went to BWW at 7823 Zarzamora in San Antonio TX yesterday on 04/22/2021 after waiting one hour and a half for a table which I agreed to when we checked in we were finally seated a party of 8. Our waiter by the name of Gabby came and took our drink order and appetizer order it took about 30 min to recive 1 appetizer and still no drinks were brought to us I finally got the attention of another waiter by the name of Jesse and he was nice enough to bring our drinks and check on our second appetizer. Our original waiter Gabby came by after a while later and took our order which took another 30-40 min and not once did she come by and offer any refills on any of the drinks I had to wave her down and ask her if she could please refill all the drinks on the table. As far as the food order I took a picture of the tender strip order my nephews had because they looked awful. our waiter never came and asked if everything was ok. All in all we literally were there close to 3 hours from the time we were texted that our table was ready till the time we left.

Desired outcome: i feel we should be reimbursed for the bad service, long wait, and bad food that was served

Buffalo Wild Wings facility

Was just in the Bdubs in Yukon, Ok. The food and the beer were GREAT. All the CRAP in the restaurant is beyond belief. All the plexiglas and barricades makes it nearly impossible to negotiate your way around the tables. I was in the bar. So, explain to me how that when I sit in the back of the bar I can smell the cigarette smoke from the front of the bar. If all your barricades work, why can I smell the smoke? Take the CRAP down and make a restaurant out of it again. ARBY'S HAS NOT DONE YOU ANY FAVORS. Too bad you sold out!

Desired outcome: FIX IT!!!! Get rid of the the damn plexiglass. It does't work!!!!!

Buffalo Wild Wings Wings pickup

4058 BWW Tampa Rd Suite #1, Oldsmar, FL 34677. The pickup area have discriminatory people. A guy with discriminatory, disrespectful behavior and condescending language was blaming and lecturing me because they did my order wrong from their website (and he "had to lost one order of wings") because I ve a Hispanic look and accent. Even when I discussed against his wrong attitude and judgement he kept repeating the same thing. I ve bought in other BWWs in Tampa never having a problem. It is a shame we still find this kind of behavior.

Buffalo Wild Wings Southern Chicken Sandwich

On Friday March 26, 2021 at about 1:30, my husband & I had the misfortune of having lunch at the Valley View, Roanoke, VA restaurant. We both ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich with no aioli bacon sauce & slaw on the side. When we got the order, the sandwich had a chicken tender strip on it, no pickle and the "slaw" was in a pill cup and it was actually bagged lettuce. The cheese on the sandwich was about the size of a quarter. Our server called the "manager" and I explained our disappointment and he actually just stood there looking at my plate. He said he would comp my meal, but not my husband because he had already eaten half of his. Also the beer at lunch was 2.00 Heiniken which they were out of. Overall this was a very bad experience. Our server was fine but the manager lacks consumer skills.

Buffalo Wild Wings Store #790

I am very upset and dissatisfied with my online pickup order tonight. I placed this takeout order so I would not have to be in the restaurant for very long. I placed an online order to be ready at 6:30 p.m.. I arrived at the store at 6:30 p.m. I was told by staff that my order was not in the warming cabinets and would be out soon. I then waited until 6:50 at which time I approached staff. They asked what did I order and when I told them they said that's the one we lost the order name for. At that time they took the order out of the cabinet and took it to a counter. At that time Mike, the manager came out for another upset customer. When he was done I explained what happened and he went and got the food and handed it to me with no apology. As the food was now cold at 6:55 pm, I asked what he was going to do for me. His reply was do you want us to remake it. I answered yes and he took the food away. Within 5 minutes he appeared with "new" food. Again, no apology offered and no recovery customer service offered. Also, the manager was not wearing a mask.

Desired outcome: Compensation for my time and possible exposure to covid 19.

I have ordered in the past carry out wings that have been delicious! Thought I would try there Buffalo chicken salad a Big mistake! Chicken the size of a chicken nugget! Big hunks of romaine lettuce not chopped ! A bid disappointment! Will never order this salad!

Buffalo Wild Wings The Whole Restaurant

My 1st horrible experience happened today with the BWW in Corpus Christi, Texas. My husband and I have been coming to Bdubs for years and have never experienced anything like what we did tonight. We chose to sit in the bar. Sat at one of the only 2 tables that were clean. I am assuming that there was only one waitress for the bar area. She looked at us several times and never waited on us. I even went to the bar and asked for a server. No one ever came. We ended up having to sit at the bar to be waited on. Abby was wonderful even though she was the only bartender and was busy. I never saw a manager. The whole place was a wreck. No one cleaning tables or anything. Very disappointed in this particular restaurant. We saw several people get up and leave because they were never waited on.

Buffalo Wild Wings I am complaining about the food that I ordered

Hello,

I normally do not complain about my food orders if there is a problem but this time I have to. My husband and I ordered BWW last night online, and we picked up the food and was looking so forward to it. We picked it up at 7:30pm (we just moved and my house is only 5 minutes from there) so we figured we would try this new location. We normally get take out on Tuesday's because we love the BOGO you offer. Furthermore, we ALWAYS get the same order and have never had a problem. This is the first time we went to a different location because it was closer to our house. The location is 6640 N. Durango, Las Vegas NV 89149.
We ordered 15 wings and were supposed to get 15 wings with the deal(making it 30 total) but we only received 25 instead of 30. Also, we always order flats well done but this time we didn't get all flats and it was so dry and hard that it was not enjoyable. Whenever we get them well done they are still always juicy inside. We also ordered onion rings, but they were so soggy and again didn't even want to eat them. The ranch that they gave us was only half way filled. Also, I tried to add my receipt to my app, so I can at least get my points but of course I couldn't read any of the numbers that they were asking me for because they wrote over it with a marker. So not only didn't I get what I ordered, but I couldn't even get the points. Very, very bad experience with my dinner last night and don't think I will go back there. I'm looking forward to your response in this matter as we normally love your food but not this time.

Buffalo Wild Wings Take out / delivery orders

Every time I order delivery from this location they only give me half of my order when I paid for the entire thing plus the fees and tip to delivery.
I thought maybe picking it up myself would fix the problem however everytime I try that it's still messed up.
usually I get the wrong food and only a portion of what I ordered.
I could not tell you the last time this location has completed my order successfully. This is a recurring issue for myself and my friends as well. In the last year I would say I ordered take out from this location and it has failed to be correct every time.
I always end up going out of my way to get the food I had already paid for, then half of my food is cold bc it had to sit out while waiting for me to bring the rest back.
Everytime this location acts like it's not that big of a deal and is very rude about handling this situation. It seems as if they must be doing this on purpose in hopes that we won't call back and then they can save money or something.
This is the only decent restaurant in this city but if this continues i'm not sure if we will be able to continue to support this location because it's getting to be unacceptable. I make up excuses for them everytime and try to tell myself it's an accident and to not be upset. However, this has just happened too many times and has never been right.

Desired outcome: gift card or coupon refunded for the future.

Buffalo Wild Wings My credit card was charged for orders that never came to me.

Hello,

On Sunday, February 7, 2021, I ordered online on two separate times for the SuperBowl. I ordered under my friend's name, Jay-mar Solis, because I was in his residence. We got a notification from doordash that my orders were cancelled and we never got the food that we initially ordered.

I just learned yesterday that my credit card was charged twice: $ 58.90 and $54.70. My contact number is: [protected].

Buffalo Wild Wings Wrong order etc.

Visited your Monona location
Did not get service right away.
When we did get served, we were told that our server was running late and needed to get ready to do her shift.
That's fine it happens.
Placed our order and drinks right away.
Got our sodas
We ordered the Lunch Brisket which included fries and soda and brisket tacos
We got our order, starting eating. And I noticed my partner didn't get brisket tacos, he got the street tacos. He said they were good.
Then I started looking at mine, it seemed more like a burger with a bit of brisket on it. Again, it was good.
We were gonna say something but a larger table with kids came in and we were already almost done with our meal.

We got the bill, and totally not our bill.
Didn't have time to go thru the process our mistake.
We are limited on our lunch and did not have time to wait for the waitress and responds.
Plus we always tip 20 %, esp. now with Covid.
Maybe the waitress, just wasn't on her game.?

Desired outcome: Cant send receipt you dont take PDF, 2 sodas BYO burger double brisket burger style, and street tacos. 26.63

Buffalo Wild Wings Covid protocol

It has been brought to my attention that your location in Alexandria VA is not practicing COVID-19 protocol. Managers are making workers work that are sick and threatening them if they call out. There are currently employees that are positive and if reported to the health department will be considered an outbreak. Also, there are no separation of tables as required. This will be reported to your local health department. Shame on you for putting your workers and customers at risk as well as their families whom you have no idea their vulnerability to this disease. Hopefully when your business is outed on national TV you will understand the seriousness of your actions

Buffalo Wild Wings Bad service!

I work as a deliver driver and they took 34 minutes to get my food to me to deliver to the customer! I called twice and finally went into the store. The store service manager Jake Lopez is an idiot!
