My name is Don, and I went in to the Buffalo Wild Wings in San Antonio off of I-10 and De Zavala rd. just as I would any other wed. night, because that is when there is the fewest amount of people, I dont really like a busy crowd. At 12:33am I couldn't help but to over hear a gentlemen "putting down" ( insulting ) another employee for not ringing up an order properly or because he couldn't do a task as fast as he would have liked him to complete it in. In a matter of minutes the gentlemen which was said to be named as Josh ( the stores Manager ) demands that employee to the office, and that is when i decided to get going, but not before walking out the double glass doors, i hear that Manager yelling as well as cursing at the employee inside that office. I am just concern for the employees here at this location. I hope this matter can be handled properly. Thank you for your time.

the waitress we had not only ignored me ( since i was the only girl) she continued to flirt w my bf and get him drunk and was friends w a friend and had gotten his number off her friend later on that same night! i dont see that as professional and i think they should not have girls like that working there that are possible of or wanting to try to destroy a relationship!

I completely agree with you, for the simple fact that I work at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Montana, and I see first hand exactly what you are talking about. I went in over labor day weekend to have some drinks with friends, and one of our servers was just getting off work. When she had came back from getting changed out of her work uniform, she got herself completely hammered, left with one patron, came back thirty minutes later, and left with a different patron shortly after returning. I'm really sorry that happened to you, and I just wanted you to know that I feel you are completely justified in being pissed off. Oh yeah, and the girl I was referring to, she is now a supervisor... awesome huh? that kind of behavior is actually being rewarded.
Maybe you should worry about your boyfriend if a girl can steal him right in front of you

This is NOT a complaint. I was just writing to let everyone know that this is one of the best restaurants in all of Las Vegas. They have great customer service and the managers are always helpful. I just wanted everyone to know that this is the place to go for some good ol comfort food and great quality service.

poor customer service
Buffalo wild wings in Rancho Cucamonga Ca has lost a loyal customer who will never return because of their barbaric customer service. My server Abraham did not bring out appetizer as ordered, it was sent back and I waited for 20 minutes for it to be brought out again. Restaurant was not busy so I did not understand why it took a long time. Abraham did not apologize for the delay or even suggest another appetizer be ordered while the original appetizer was being corrected. Manager Shawn came to the table and was more worried about who was going to pay for a dish that was consumed. It was an inappropriate gesture coming from a manager to question the integrity of dining guests in the presence of all diners. If any question exists it is brought up at the end when the check is presented. He then insulted by giving me a $5 gift certificate and not showing a sincere apology to go along with it. The food is great but more importantly is the level of hospitality being given which makes dining experiences enjoyable. When my order finally came out I did not consume it and told Abraham I did not want it anymore, the rest of my party had already finished dining. So at the end of the evening I went home hungry and extremely disappointed. I will never visit this establishment ever again and I will make sure I express my dissatisfaction about this location in any avenue possible. Be it vocally to co workers or seminars I preside over in regards to providing exceptional customer service and may I add these seminars are well attended by at least 100 people. I suggest they place more emphasis on Customer service and not the bottom line.

I rarely eat bw3 wings, but I decided to try them, yesterday that was the biggest mistake I have made, I usually go to wing stop. I ordered 10 wings and fries, the wings were old and dry I could not chew the wings, and the fries were dry and old it was terrible and the wings were small. I will not eat there again, I'll stick with Wing Stop.

on 04/08/23 at 8:18 pm we ordered the 15 pc.bone in wings & large fries. There wasn't that many customers there so we don't understand why service was so slow. The Fries were old & cold. Wings were good but for $27 we expected better quality & service. Will Not be back.
I just noticed when plaing my takeout order that you charge a .99 fee for takeout service. How is this any different then eat in service other than I come and pick it up. I'm tired of restaurants adding addition frivolous fees and still expecting a tip for takeout.
I had poor experience at your Schaumburg, IL location. 7/11/22 for a spl bday. When we arrived the restaurant was very hot. We were told they were going to turn the ac on. Thru the the meal it got worse. On top of that we received wrong wings & when we mentioned it the server called the Mgr which he told us to deal with it. So unprofessional.
More pitchers should be ordered or removed completely.
Manager should not argue with the customers.
The sauce has changed and this item is not as palatable.
I recently went in for a to-go order. I was not pleased.
The boneless chicken wings I had ordered were hard. It was as if it had been sitting there since yesterday.
The fries were also cold. I didn't notice until I obviously got home, and I wasn't going to go back to the place. I ended up just throwing away the food.
Disgusting!
She took 20 mins to come to the table. When we received our food only part of the order was ready. She stated your fries ain't ready this as she was passing by. When she did bring them she flung them on the table. She never came back until it was time for the check.
Had an under cooked wing, was bloody and now I'm feeling sick

The management is the worst I have ever seen. Their training program is a joke and their Sr. Leadership all need to be replaced or retrained. At the very least they need a course on etiquette. The Florida market is horrendous. I will make sure I post on every available outlet letting people know how much of a joke company this is.
Stopped at St Augustine Buffalo Wild Wings last month just to try this store out. The service was terrible and the food was cold. Made a complaint and all I got was silence. I think they do not care if they get bad reports. It is like they believe a " s____" is born every minute...an unlimited supply of people to give poor service to. I did express my feelings so they had no excuse to shrug the shoulders. Lost our business to indifference.
Oh ok, so I answered all of your b.s questions perfectly, am able to read and write well, deliver superb service to patrons- this is a bar/restaurant is it not? In any case I was professional and polished, carefully following proper business etiquette and that may have been the whole problem really as it was quite clear the "managers" desperately needed a crash course in the types of behavior appropriate for the workplace. Sad, but hey, good luck with your endeavors bdubs3, I'm sure I'll be hearing many a complaint about your establishment while working for the competition.

I went to Buffalo wild wings in Columbus Ga. I was out getting donations to help kids that may not have a nice christmas i went to about 50 places and Buffalo wild wings is the only place that would not give anything, and was down right rude about it.
Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the worst places to work.
That is just plain rude! I hope the employee said, "Take this JOB and Shove it"! some times we are between a rock and a hard place...That is terrible.
