On 12/22/2019 at approximately 2:00pm my wife and I stopped in for a late lunch while Christmas shopping. Upon entering the store (#0645) my wife who was following me trip over a carpet that was folded over on one edge, she fell forward and into me. If she hadn't been behind me she would have fell to the ground. I asked her if she was ok and she explained to me that her leg (hamstring) was bothering her. I get it accidents happen, but sitting here two days later and she is still in discomfort, what bothers me is that the manager (Shaun) and I quote says "that ones a flip flop trap" while laughing. Never once was he concerned about her, nor did he ask if she was ok, it was funny to him. It WAS NOT funny to us. To end on a positive note Emily our server was great and the food was, well what you expect. Thank you for your time. Jp Carroll
