I ordered a soundbar along with a TV to be delivered to my apartment. They delivered the soundbar a day early which caused me to miss it. Instead of sending it the next day with the TV (which I called and asked to be done and was reassured by the customer support line would be done) it did not arrive, and they were to refund my transaction. I ended up in what we all have experienced as the customer service support line hell. I was fed false information on numerous occasions. When asked to speak with a supervisor I was hung up on twice. When asked to file a formal complaint I was told that no such process exists. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have had and all over what should have been a simple transaction and delivery. I even offered to forgo the delivery and retrieve the product myself seeing as they already had my funds. I am shocked that such a large corporation runs their customer service in such an inefficient, unprofessional, and frankly insulting manner. I recommend avoiding even the simplest of transactions with this business, you have no idea the headache that awaits when you try to resolve it. 0/5 stars.
