Dec. 8th I ordered a hoodie for my son to be shipped to his address. After checkout, I placed an order for a hoodie to be shipped to my address with the 20.00 discount they gave me at the time of the first order. Nothing has been communicated in response to my calling and emailing to find out why I haven't received any information about shipping or tracking my shipment. I have no way to engage customer support at all. I am going to the BBB right after I challenge the order payments at my bank. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY (THIS MAY BE A SCAM). IDK, BUT I'M BECOMING VERY UPSET!

Claimed loss: I paid a total of $ 187.85.

Desired outcome: I would like both orders to be shipped ASAP=NOW!!!!

One of the two orders have been received and is of genuine quality.
The company sent many 'sale' emails to my email address but ONLY 2 EMAILS WERE SENT REGARDING MY SECOND ORDER THAT WAS PLACED on 12/08/2024!
It's incompetence & absolutely STUNNING!

The 2nd order was addressed in one of Baerskin's emails to me as being, "out of stock" with the estimated re-stocking date to be two weeks from Jan. 06, 2025.

I responded to this 01/06 email again yesterday and have not received a response yet.

This business does not disclose their email address in these response communications!

I still have apprehensions and concerns about this other order being fulfilled.

WHAT the HECK are YOU MARKING THIS LATEST COMMENT as "RESOLVED due to inactivity" for?
THAT IS MISINFORMATION!
I just posted the comment less than two hours ago!
This is not resolved until my order is shipped ! PERIOD!
