Purchased over $10K of furniture May 2021. So far I have had 4 deliveries, in which 3 deliveries had damaged furniture and damaged my wood floor. Went to the Fayetteville, NC 28314 store on 29 June 2021 spoke with the manager to resolve the issue or refund of money of items not received. The manger promised me a $1500 refund to my credit card and told me that someone would be contacting to fix my floor. As of today 26 July 2021 the money has not be credit to my card, no one has called about repairing my floor and I do not have all my furniture. I have been getting the run around.

The company should be reported to better business bureau for each and every complaint that is not being resolved. Eventually there will be so many complaints of them taking money, delivering damaged goods, not refunding or canceling the orders they will be recognized. Call the news stations to for the local stores when the media gets involved perhaps 2020 to ask their corporate about their service.
