Today i picked up a sofas from the dumo at Deerfield Illinois store, guys wrapped for me but they didn't wrapped well, in my way home looks like one of the cushions was missing, so i come back to the store they gave me this info to call, also they gave me the model of the cushions which is 01447780531501c7 so let me know if i can have my cushion back, or how we can resolve this issue thx!.

Haynes Furniture Haynes furnature sales agents are a bunch of liers.

Haynes Furniture Furniture buyer beware, this company will do and say anything to get you to purchase furniture from them to include the extended warranty.

we spent almost $4000 on a sectional and extended warranty solely because the the sales agent Sally Coyne-Coll(something) stated that any damage to the couch was 100% covered. called the warranty company today about fabric tares and support damage only to find out that nothing is covered. called the Haynes customer cares department only to find out they wont do anything about any of it. only to say they cant control what their sales agents say and what the warranty place will or will not cover.

I will continue to bash Haynes Furniture for the rest of my life; because i can be petty and salty as hell.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE!

Desired outcome: replace or buy back the couch at full price

Haynes Furniture loveseat/sofe

I purchased a set from them that was supposed to be leather. Within a year, it started fading. Call to the store no assistant. Don't buy from them they lie about the quality of the furniture. You be better off going to the Dump. I will never buy from them they LIE. They just want your money. I purchase the sets in 2019 and 2021 I'm buying a new set because the furniture looks terrible. There is no way two years later I have to purchase a new set being Haynes claimed the set was leather.

Desired outcome: Haynes just lie and this is a sorry company. It makes me sick to my stomach when I see the commercial. Stop lying to customer about the quality of your furniture. It is Dollar General.

Haynes Furniture Service and delivery

I purchased furniture from Haynes on November 15th 2023. I am out of the general delivery area so I paid a $699 delivery fee. At some point Haynes sent me a document via text and posted same doc on their website as part of my order that delivery was estimated to be November 23rd. It showed 3 lines of detail when furniture picked up and transported to multiple locations. Well it’s 15 days past November 23rd and Haynes has refused for the 3rd day in a row to contact the carrier and get an updated status. Nor will any manager at Haynes communicate with me. Customer Service standard line is the carrier will contact you prior to showing up. But no idea when or they will call or deliver. My thought is the furniture was a few hours away from my residence weeks ago and now Haynes cannot even give me a status. Their customer service will respond more than 24 hours after I contact them and I was told I would receive a call from a manager and that never happened. Essentially they have my money and they don’t care. So, I either call my bank and dispute the charge or I wait until I receive a call some day. If I receive a call. Bottom line this is unacceptable customer service and I purchased from Haynes so they should be able to obtain a status on furniture that was supposed to be delivered 15 days ago.

Desired outcome: I want to know where my furniture is and when they are delivering. If not, I want a refund and I’ll purchase from another furniture store.

Haynes Furniture Refund

Back in 4/1/22 My in-laws purchased quit a bit of furniture (Order # 0401219SO53) for their new house in Naples. I (Mark Palmer - Cell # [protected]) put the deposit on my MasterCard. On 10/20/22 the sales person contacted asking for me to pay remaining balance ($4,958.42) which I did, this time putting it on my Visa card ending in 1190. The next day I was told the Sofa ([protected]) was not available and I would be refunded ($1,129.04) for the Sofa & Protection plan. The sales person Robert Bruemmer said it would be 3-5 day's for it to hit my account. I told him several times I wanted the refund to go into my Visa card and not my MasterCard which he assured me it will. I have been waiting since October 21st for this refund! It is Now 11/08 and still no refund in my account. I have made numerous upon numerous phone calls to the [protected] number only to get transferred to the Naples store and told again and again that we put it in yesterday and it will take 3-5 business day's to hit your account. What began as a fun shopping experience with my wife and her parents at Kanes has turned out to be a Horrible Experience!

It's Not hard! I'm just looking for a simple refund of $1,129.04 to go on my credit card that I paid the remaining balance on. I just don't understand what the problem is.

Desired outcome: I would simply like the refund of $1,129.04 to go on my Visa card ending in 1190 that I paid the remaining balance on and NOT on my Mastercard that I initially used for the deposit.

Haynes Furniture Mattress

The mattress we ordered isn't the same one in store. There looks like an obvious defect on the right side of bed, which feels like you are going to fall off bed. The seems on left and right are also coming apart. We have only had this mattress for like 3 weeks and spent the last week trying to file a claim. They basically said nothing they can do. Haynes and the warranty company.

Haynes Furniture Sales person - Jontae Harrington Customer #108KYP232 Store 108

Good Afternoon - I made a purchase in your store in Virginia Beach Va. on July 2. My Sofa and Chair were delivered on time on July 5. When I returned from work I was excited I was coming home to my new sofa and looking forward to putting my feet up and relaxing. But my sofa did not recline either side. I called customer service and made arrangements for an exchange

the following Friday July 8th. The replacement arrived with the same delivery guys that delivered the first one, after I was told by the sales person Jontae Harrington that more experienced delivery people would be bringing my sofa. Either way it doesn' t matter they were both stoned on pot and smelled like skunks. Saturday night I went to sit on my sofa and it didn't recline. I called customer service and explained the situation to them and asked if I could return the furniture and pick something else out, obviously it is defective. I was told no "we service what we sell " I explained I understand if I was wanting to return it because I just didn't like it. But it does not work! I was told again "we service what we sell" and a technician will be reaching out to me within 24 hours to make arrangements to come take a look at it. Guess what it is 3PM Monday and not one call from anyone. I cannot tell you how this makes me feel. I am angry that I have spent a lot of money in your store over the last ten years. I have been a loyal customer! The last purchase I made in August of 2021 with Haynes was delayed because of the supply chain issues, and I understand that thoroughly you see I work in retail also and have to deal with the supply chain issues for the last two and half years myself. But finally three months later I received my purchase. We can't control the supply chain issues. However you and your team at the Virginia Beach location could do the right thing and take care of your loyal customers and have some common sense when it comes to returns and why it is being returned. I would like to know has anyone bothered to call the manufacturer to find out if there has been a recall or some defective parts used in the assembly? My guess is no, because you "service what you sell". You have lost a very loyal customer as well as my family members. Your store ripped a sixty five year old hard working individual off. Is this what your company stands for? Very sad time that a company that has been around as long as Haynes has to treat customers this way. However we have seen a number of companies fall into their own demise even companies older than yours. Not surprising though companies have reported recorded losses. Times are hard in America and your company should be ashamed of how you treat your customers!

Not answering calls being kept on hold for 15 minutes each time. Called Tuesday, July 12 in the p.m. was told Manager was not in. Called today Wednesday at 11 thirtyish and noonish. Holding 13 to 20 minutes each time verifiable by timer on cell phone with no response from the manager I was told his name is Andrew.

Simply want to know when my furniture which is in the warehouse behind the store is being delivered. It was purchased more than a week ago and still not even a call. Sales order 108A209057; My cell is [protected]

Haynes Furniture Silver deluxe dinette set (table and six chairs)

In December (28th or 29th), 2019, I purchased a silver deluxe dinette set consisting of a table and six chairs. On July 18, 2020, my grandson (weighs 50 lbs) was sitting on the chair and it collapsed as the leg broke. On July 20, 2020, I went to Haynes and the representative, named Shy took pictures and informed me that if I don't hear anything in three days, to call her. Haynes did indeed called back twice, but no on was home. I attempted to call Shy several times, but no answer. Called the number that Haynes called us from and was directed to use the chat online feature. I did that a couple times, but no answer. On July 30, 2020, I went back to Haynes and there I was advised that this was not a vendor defect. I asked to speak to the manager and was advised that the manager would call me back. Never did! Went back to Haynes, August 5th. They put me on the phone with the manager, who stated that because it is a floor model, that there is nothing they can do. Even with that in mind, I bought this on good faith as I have bought other furniture through the years from Haynes. This is the first time I've had a problem. I expect that when I purchase a product from Haynes, I expect that I am going to get something that is going to last. I'm thankful that it wasn't someone, who was heavier, that sat on the chair, because we may have had someone who was hurt. Rather disappointed that I had to make three trips over to Haynes about this. Haynes has treated us better than that in the past. Would like to have the chair repaired if possible.

Haynes Furniture Mattress

Attention! HAYNES FURNITURE A.K.A. THE DUMP furniture store

Buyers beware! All over the country, this company is ripping people off and THEY JUST PLAIN DON'T CARE!

Don't believe there Warranty it's sucks they make you go through so much just to file a claim. My husband is 100% disabled veteran who had a back operation an needed a good good mattress for his back. I sacrifice everything I had to purchase this mattress that cost 1700 and they promised me guarantee warranty but they lied they took my money, that's all they care after that you mean nothing to them, useless you purchase something again.
It's funny I filed my claim on 2/26/20 haven't received any email or calls from them on my status, but I had received about seven call from the rep that was helping me with some sectional that I like.
I'm asking to all the military member here in VA please don't buy from Haynes they take advantage of active and retire military personnel.

Haynes Furniture product and customer service

The Dump will not provide service to a complaint with a couch purchased from The Dump. All calls are directed to a voicemail box. The couch purchased from The Dump is missing stitches at some seams. We did not notice this within their 24 hour warranty. I understand that their policy is no returns, but this couch will not last and already needs repairs as delivered. It is my understanding that if a product is defective, that I have rights. Please help me return this couch to a non-responsive retailer.

Update: after filing a complaint with the BBB, a representative from The Dump called me and requested pictures of the issue. Pictures were sent two weeks ago with no response. The Dump lied to the BBB, stating that they have not received communication from me, and the BBB closed my complaint.

Haynes Furniture delivery and refund

Was told 3 dates furniture would be delivered and each time it wasnt with no call telling us. Now where told they dont have it all. Now its goin on 7 weeks and stiill not sure. Called for a refund on ot all or dicount. Called and was told we would get a refund of $392.00 dollars back and it woukd be in our bank account sat the end of the bussiness day. And also an email confirming it. Asked for my debit card number so they can refund it. Still no refund.

Haynes Furniture two reclining custom chairs and one oversized chair.

It's a tight time of year for everyone especially the elderly.
My mom and dad both in their middle 70s, they wanted something nice, so they custom ordered 2 reclining power chairs. That would take 8 weeks.
Ok received the order, it was wrong, not just one thing the complete order. Chairs were not power and other chair was way to large. They finally came back to pick up the wrong furniture. Mom and dad had to place the order all over and now have to wait another 8 weeks. They have to keep the other chair that they didn't order but had to pay for. The sales associate made a few mistakes while helping them order.
My mother is in bad health and works hard for her money.
I believe Haynes should discount some if this for their troubles. My mother is very upset at how they were treated when they went back to try and resolve the, matter.
It's just sad and makes me upset they would do this to elderly people.
I do believe I will be finding a new place to buy furniture and I will be shouting it from the roof tops to buy some where else. To offer a huge discount would be the best solution to a couple that has spent thousands over the course of years with this company. My option they should write it off and tell them Merry Christmas.

Haynes Furniture repair or replacement of product defect

June 24, 2018. Client # 108LSI968 Discovered and reported to GBsent Rip/Tear in Reclining Chair and Reclining Sofa. Haynes Sales Consultant Rebecca Ramsey ([protected]@haynesfurniture.com) sold me the Product Protection Plan. purchase the ECO Premium Furniture Protection Plan serviced by GBsent.com. From Sales Consultant Rebecca Ramsey we purchased a Grey Leather Power Reclining Sofa and matching Power Reclining Chair September 9, 2015. The Sales Consultant Lied about what was cover by GBsent and GBsent will describe a damage as something that will not be covered by them. The Reclining Chair suffered a Tear, which they will cover and the Reclining Sofa also suffered a Tear which GBsent is calling Scaling due to wear and tear, so it is not covered. Haynes says they can not dispute what GBsent says and GBsent says that is how they see it, they don't want their Auditors to question GBsent's decisions. So we are stuck with pieces of furniture that are only 3 years old that are damaged. That says a lot for the lack of QUALITY ITEMS being sold by Haynes. I've been working with GBsent since August 1st, this year and only the chair will be repaired. AND in one of my 5 phone conversations with GBsent they reversed what was covered and what was not. I will NEVER shop at Haynes again. They have no honor, after paying Haynes $2573.21, with $179.99 of that for the ECO Protection Plan, I have Tears on two cushions with only 1 being accepted for repair. BUYER BEWARE- This Happened with Furniture from Haynes in Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.

Haynes sold a Defective Product. I belive Haynes should take back the Recliner and Chair, however I would simply like the Cushions to be replaced, if not the units themselves.

Haynes Furniture phone calls not returned, poor customer service in flooring department.

8/29 - spoke to salesman explaining we're looking for vinyl flooring. Salesman points us to the rack, then proceeded to sit and talk with another customer, who just arrived, but obviously had been there before. He talked with her the entire time we looked. We paid for measuring and after 1 week w/no communication, called salesman. Few days later floor measured, wait 1 week called w/no response or callback - called 2-3 more times then went to the store - no one on duty in flooring. Talked to manager, Kim, and another associate who promised to have flooring specialist call. We have heard NOTHING! Awful experience- No call from salesman, Bas nor manager, Kim. Poor customer service .

Haynes Furniture bed frame/mattress

On June 27, I purchased a full size bed and mattress from Haynes. It was delivered to me the following Sunday, July 1. Upon delivery, the bed was missing a part necessary to put the drawer in the footboard. They took the piece that was missing the insert and the hardware with them. When they returned with new piece, they had no hardware. Upon returning the 3rd time, they were still missing something. On the fourth trip, we got the bed put together completely. I had to purchase non skid coasters, as the bed slides. They told me any bed would slide when placed on wooden floors, and that I should buy a rug to put underneath it.
My problem now is that I ordered a full size bed and a full size mattress. I was shown limited number of beds, as this was all they had in full size. I did not receive a full size bed frame! The frame I have is a Queen size with a full size mattress. Now the mattress is sliding around on the bed. Is there any way to resolve this? Can I get a queen size mattress or a full size bed frame? I need these to match up. Please advise.

Please advise asap. Very disappointed in this purchase experience. Have never had this much trouble with any furniture/mattress delivery from any company before.

Haynes Furniture sectional

Purchased a not so cheap sectional about 5 months ago from the dump where I live in NJ in those 5 months my couch has been serviced 5 times and it's a hassle each time I hope oh have at least a hour just to get ahold of customer service and expect no call backs you have to keep calling and demanding them to fix stuff under your warranty. I had to contact the Better business Burea for the latest problem with the couch which they told me they don't have the serial numbers to replace and ship parts mind you it's been serviced a couple of times now just for that piece of the sectional i had to keep calling and asking where my parts were which after a month waiting they responded they didn't have the parts numbers and neither did the manufacturer lol so I threatened immediately to go to social media and contact the local news amazingly right away they were going to replace my piece which I previously asked and was denied seeing it has been serviced so many times and paid a repairman more than that piece was worth well the next week I take off work for the delivery what do you know it's the wrong piece I call back they act like they don't understand and after so many phone calls they will reship it well today is the day I called after taking off work again they have no record of me calling or a shipment so after they not allow me to talk to a manger (happens frequently apparently the managers are on business calls every time) I ask to be called back still nothing I contact the better business buruea again and now I have to file against the manufacturer lol so I am in contact with them now didn't receive back after they said they would a hour from when I called it's been 2 hours. DONT SHOP HERE!

Haynes Furniture southern motion leather sofa and loveseat

I purchased leather sofa and loveseat from Haynes. 40 days after receiving I noticed it had a hole in the leather on the side panel where a nail has punctured through the side. Several other places on the seam line are coming apart now. I bet we have sat in this furniture 6 time. I contacted Haynes customer service and have been given the WORST customer experience I have ever received. I can not even get a call back without harassing them daily. Finally I spoke with someone and was told a thread was oversewn and they will send me a new piece. I don't think I understand the whole couch is faking apart after 40 days. It's been the biggest nightmare experience ever! Stay away!

Haynes Furniture shauna - customer service

I have been on hold for over 15 minutes for the status of a past order. I called to inquire about the price I paid for a table and chairs for insurance reporting purposes. A rep by the name of Shauna (who answered the phone with an attitude) immediately placed me on hold for 15 minutes to check for the information. When she came back to the phone I asked her why I was on hold for so long and I told her it was unacceptable. I had just called two minutes prior and was assisted with the price of my couch and rug in a matter of minutes. Either her research skills are lacking or she placed me on hold to do nothing more than loath off. She told me she had to research it and that's what took her so long. However, she still did NOT have an answer to my question and proceeded to ask me more questions. I asked for a supervisor (Ms. Melita) and held for another 7 minutes. In total it took 24 minutes to find out the price of a table and 4 chairs when dealing with Shauna. Another employee was able to assist me in no time and should be commended. Shauna should be advised to NOT take breaks on the customers time. Totally unacceptable!

Haynes Furniture headboard, footboard and rails.

The simplest why to say this is, this measurements are just examples so everyone understands where I'm coming from. Headboard measures across, 72", but the footboard measures 73.5", 1 1/2" difference. Height of right side rail 10, left side rails 9 1/2. As you see all measurement out of whack! Items under mfg. Warranty and can not be fixed, but store does nothing want to send Tech, and give run. Solution, replacement furniture or credit for new. It really ain't that hard. Working on this for 2 wks, and still nothing. Oh, personnel tell you one thing, and do something else or don't follow through. Not all, some are nice. JUST FIX THE PROBLEM, BYE.
